Also had seeds soaking in a drawer with a heat mat on top set to 80*F 11.29 One seed broke soil but grew sideways 11.30 seed that grew sides...pulled seed that had yet to break ground was pulled(taproot dried out) 5 seeds remain(71%)

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50ยฐ F. Listed nutrients are ml/gallon of well water. Day 1 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temp of 72ยฐ. I watered from the hose about 2 gallons per pot. Day 2 we had clear skies, sunshine, and high temperature of 89ยฐF. I watered about .75 gallons. Day 3 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. High temp was 89ยฐ. I watered about .5-.75 gallons per pot from the hose. Day 4 we had rain the previous night, so no watering. We had lots of sunshine today and high temperature of 86ยฐ. Day 5 we had high temperatures of 88, clear skies, and lots of sunshine. I watered 2-2.5 gallons, from the water hose, per pot. Day 6 we had lots of sun and high temperatures of 90ยฐF. I watered this one twice at about .75 gallons Day 7 we had high temperature of 86ยฐ and mostly sunny skies. I fed once about 1 gallon of the above nutrient mixture. This week was a success. The plants height has been achieved. She appears to be entering mid flower. I started feeding a potassium heavy feed on day 7 this week. This formula is 16ml of molasses per gallon of water. This is roughly 2-1-10 npk.

Struggled to maintain stretch but just gotta work with her.. didn't start showing signs of flower until 2 weeks into flipping lights to 12/12.

First off I just want to say for some reason itโ€™s not letting me change the right temperatures on my diaries ! Each time when I put it in they stay at 50. My day air stays 75 degrees an , night degrees is 70 ! Today is day 58 for all these ladies! This week has been really great ! Girls really progressed a lot , especially for one the Forbiddin Runtz, looks like is gonna finish up in a week or 2 ! Other then that they are coming along well! Hi everyone โ˜บ๏ธ. Today the New Aeroponic Diary begins, as before with the wonderful variety Gelato from Zamnesia . This time I planned to leave the full 8 cuttings instead of 3 as in the last run. For test purposes I would like to give a very short vegi time this time. To be precise, I would like to switch them to flowering a few days after rooting. Since the growth is extremely extreme on Aero, I think that a few days will be enough to get 8 little trees ๐Ÿ˜‹. Of course everything is documented and uploaded. Today the cuttings were cut, brushed with clone gel and placed in the aero system ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. Of course, the entire system was cleaned very time-consuming with disinfectant after the last run, and all seals, pumps, etc. were checked for their function, so that the new run could start today ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘. Still got some slight burning of leaf tips more so on the right side of the tent. Otherwise, growth is good. Stratiolaelaps scimitus are now abundant in the soil. Pretty neat. GIBBERELLIN: Note: As gibberellic acid is not soluble in water you need to dissolve in alcohol first, Mixed 0.75g Gibberellic Acid 90% with 50ml of 99% Isoprponal alcohol , (Any alcohol will do but a higher % works better) also warmer alcohol helps dissolve the gibberellin. Mixed with 1000ml =1L of distilled water, bringing the concoction to 400ppm. 2000ml = 200ppm etc Every plant has a different threshold required to elicit a response, 400ppm is on the high end of the scale I've read to be careful with dosage as it's easy to over-apply, let's find out if it does anything like it described. Added bunch of enzymes, aminos, 5 or so different kelp. Can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator. Nutrients for the week are recipe foliar application. The speaker (containing a 3 KHz signal and nature sounds) is played at high volume with high treble and medium bass for 10 minutes before spraying the plants. The plants are then sprayed while it's playing and the sound is continued for another 20 minutes after spraying. Both sides of the leaves should be saturated. Treatment is best performed early in the morning/daylight, preferably in foggy 65+RH% dew. On cold mornings, spraying should be delayed until late afternoon if outdoors. Do not spray plants when the temperature falls below 50o F. The formula also can be administered in the regular weather supply, by drip-feeding, hydroponics, etc.. The nutrient solution should be applied once somewhere in first 4 weeks, then twice weekly thereafter. https://biologydictionary.net/gibberellin/ Once a plant has sprouted past the surface of the soil, the endosperm is long gone. The plant must now rely on photosynthesis for food. However, the role of gibberellin does not stop at the seed. Gibberellin is responsible for many aspects of plant development. Further, plants produce many forms of gibberellin molecules, which act on different parts of the plant. In the image below, you can see the effects of a specific gibberellin applied to a plant. In number 1, no gibberellin was applied. Plants 2 and 3 both had gibberellins applied, with plant 3 receiving the highest dose. Gibberellin here encourages the plants to increase their internode length or the length between their leaves. In many plants, the regulation of gibberellin is an important natural process that regulates their height due to this process. At the cellular level, gibberellin is influencing the balance of proteins. In doing so, it encourages cell growth and elongation in the stems and between nodes. In some species of plants, gibberellin is involved in many more processes. These include flowering, fruiting, and senescence, or the natural death of leaves and other plant parts. Interestingly, many genes that regulate and adjust gibberellin levels are influenced by the temperature. Thus, when the temperature changes during seasonal change, the plants react to this as gibberellin levels change. This starts off many processes such as flowering and fruiting. Gibberellin molecules are involved with and interact with other plant hormones. The auxin level, for example, is directly related to the gibberellin level, and the two complement each other. Ethylene, on the other hand, tends to degrade gibberellin levels. Plants use these hormones, which respond to different inputs, to balance and react to inputs from the environment. These inputs signal various environmental conditions, which the plant is keen to take advantage of. Gibberellin Structure Gibberellin molecules of different types are synthesized in many different parts of the plant. Currently, there are over 100 uniquely identifiable gibberellin molecules. These molecules are synthesized in many cells of the plant, but tend to be concentrated in the roots. This is different from auxin, which tends to concentrate at the apex. Gibberellin is a diterpenoid, which is a familiar and highly represented molecule in biochemistry. It forms the basis of molecules like Vitamin A and Vitamin E. Seen below is Gibberellin A1, which was the first identified gibberellin. Other gibberellins have the same basic structure, but have various side groups attached. These groups affect where and how the gibberellin acts, which is how gibberellin can have so many diverse and unique functions in different tissues

The plant seems to be in bad shape, with problems all over the place, but itโ€™s still flowering. The other plants that sprouted from the buds seem to be photoperiod, but Iโ€™ve never given them much priority.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

the little dwarf is going into flower whether she likes it or not end of week 1 flower, not much of a stretch but i will say it has never looked healthier or fuller than now. hopefully this trend continues and i get a few decent nugs off this lil squirt

Day 22 - Rolling into week 4 looking mean and green! ๐Ÿ’ช I need to make a decision on what kind of training I want to dish out to this lady. She's growing a bit faster than her tent mates. Day 23 - Always experimenting - today I begin my first mainline! I've already built the foundation by allowing the plant to grow to 6 nodes, as recommended by the tutorial I followed by the brilliant Miss Nebula Haze @growweedeasy. My next step is documented here in a video, as I take my lush, happy, healthy plant, and give her the kind of haircut that makes you want to storm out of the salon without leaving a tip. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I even managed to get in my signature branch snap early in the game - being held together now with duct tape. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ In all seriousness though, I'm thrilled to be trying this out, despite the agony of cutting down my plant to nothing but a stump and antennae. I've seen some great growers create some serious masterpieces using this method, and damn it my curiosity is taking control! Here's to learning something new! Day 27 - Came home from vacation to find that my plant had hulked through the duct tape that held her snapped branch together... I guess she's doing well. โ˜บ๏ธ Over the course of the past few days her branches have gotten notably thicker! ๐Ÿ’ช Day 28 - Now that each new main stem has grown out, I removed all the growth tips from below the 3rd node on each side. I left the fan leaves in tact to give plant access to extra energy as she pushes through this intense training. I softened the branches with my fingers, very slowly, to tie down my new main stems horizontally across the net basket. I took a sterilized x-acto knife to then top each of my two main stems at the 3rd node on each side, leaving me with a beautifully symmetrical base to my masterpiece.

She continues to show good growth. I had to do some more defoliation this week to remove the bigger fan leaves...again. She's showing good bud formation and I am enjoying watching her grow. She is nice therapy after my heart attack. Growing relaxes me and gives me almost as much relief as the medicine I am growing.

Decided after seeing the improvement in the Tangerine Dream to continue with the new feeding schedule, which will include a flush in a few days. She got pretty burnt from the salt based nutes, but her flowers have thickened up considerable over the last few days so I will try to get as much out of her as possible. NCH x SB trichomes are finally beginning to fill out with milk, and several sugar leaves have already gone 30% amber. One more week of flushing and I think Iโ€™ll chop her down. Feed pH 6.5, EC 0.9. Flush pH 6.2, EC 0.3.
