Good growth this week. The inchworms are still munching away so I sprayed with some neem oil. Will be watering in some Big Bloom and molasses later. Really looking forward to this one flowering in a couple weeks. It had the prettiest purple flowers last year!

we just finished 2 weeks are are going into the 3 week. These ladies can EAT!! 1,000 ppm’s and no issues..looks like I have to up the ppm’s for bloom phase 4 out of the 5 are doing GREAT. The 5th one is having issues and I know it’s the media I am using. I had a different brand of soil for 1 of the banana MAC’s and it freaking SUCKS!! I am amending with Iron-Tone by Espoma to get the green back and it has some cal-mag also with sulpher ( hits all suspect deficiencies). The other 4 are in Mother Earth soil which I have had zero issues with. I will be sticking with Mother Earth for awhile. 11/6 Potassium deficiency in the banana MAC’s…kinda of a good sign. Let’s me know the plant is going into bloom phase and it’s time to change the ratios from 1:1:1 to 1:3:2. The 1:3:2 is flower girl 1 week and fish bone meal with Langbeinite the other week. I will alternate between the two for 4 weeks. Tuesday ( 11/8) will mark 3 weeks. I did defoliation and lollipoping today. This is the second one I have done ( I do the first one the week before flipping).

Day 42-49 (Day 43) I was at the dollar store today and I found the best little plant risers. And they all link together in perfect 12” squares. Fits in my tent perfectly and only spent 15 bucks. That should help the dry downs quite a bit. I’m going to transplant the euro genetics into 1.7g pots with amended sunshine mix #4 for their final containers. I moved all of the non-marijuana seedlings into a small greenhouse out of my tent so I have some more space and light per plant. I also set up an exhaust fan to keep the humidity at a perfect 65-70% night and day. (Day 44) Everything is looking a little nute burned and droopy. The garlics are showing signs of overwatering and nitrogen toxicity. They look like they want to flower so badly. Node spacing is weirdly short too. I picked up the American genetics to look for roots and they were busting out of the bottom. They’re definitely not rootbound as they’re not even a foot tall yet. This is likely from having soil that is too compact (from using too much rock dust and not enough drainage) causing my waterings to not even reach the bottom of the pot. This was also happening to my other grow. I will make sure to very lightly pack soil into pots for now on because you can always add more later. I’m going to fluff up the pots and see if I can loosen the soil a bit. If that doesn’t work I’m going to look at transplanting into 3g fabric pots and lightly shaking off most of the old soil. Luckily I added a shit ton of drainage for the euro genetics when I amended the sunshine mix so they won’t need a transplant. (Day 46) The fluffing didn’t do much. In fact it might have made it worse lol. I just went to the store and bought some Destiny Organics soil and have decided to transplant. I dusted off 90% of the old soil down to root ball which will cause an insane amount of stress to the plants. The plants started in the aero garden were being choked out by the shitty sponge plug it was germinated in. I took a razor blade and carefully cut them down the middle so the stem can expand. I might have cut a few major roots one or two plants. Other than that everything is transplanted. I cut all my amendments in half and I packed the soil very loosely this time. The situation is not ideal by any means but I’m hoping they will bounce back in the next week. This should at least set them up for a more successful flower. I can’t really expect much quality from botched run but who knows. I might come out with some fire. Since this is my last grow here I don’t even have to pay the power bill for the next few months! (I have a very generous landlord as he’s letting me finish my grow until mid September now 😂) (Day 47) I’m going to give them their first good watering and test my fluffy soil. I watered in approximately 700mls each making sure it soaks to the bottom of the pot. (Day 49) All the plants have bounced back except for the ones with root damage. They are still looking droopy and sad. The black garlic #1 has recovered really nicely and is looking happier than ever. The apical growth tip is so tight it has like 4 nodes within an inch somehow. I recently learned that hormones contained in kelp and seaweed extracts can act as plant growth inhibitors and shorten node spacing drastically. I only added a very small amount of kelp meal to the soil so it must be leftover from the previous foliar sprays Velokelp. I’m going to pinch the top off bg1 and see if the lowers can catch up. Sucks to do that so close to flip but oh well. The euros are looking fully recovered from their burn a little while ago. The sunshine mix is quite thick and water retentive as well but at least it has some extra drainage. They’re all looking quite healthy.

Everything went good last, these girls have a ton of foliage and some of the fan leaves are getting as huge so I’m forced to remove a lot of the larger ones to make room for all the sprouts coming up, they are everywhere! Very packed screen so I’m kinda forced to let them come up soon, they seem to be keeping pretty low so far though so we will see. Overall was a successful week and we are trucking along. Cheers💨

Man Let me tell you, I am over the moon excited about my amazing haze right now. We're currently in week 2 of flowering and let me tell you, it's looking absolutely stunning in my 4x4 tent. I decided to use a scrog net, it has been a game-changer. The technique involves weaving the branches through the netting as they grow, which helps to create an even canopy and maximizes light exposure for all the buds. And let me tell you, the end result is just beautiful. I mean, have you ever seen a canopy so full and lush? It's like a little piece of heaven in my tent. And don't even get me started on the fruit formation. I can already see those buds starting to form and it's making my heart skip a beat. The end of the stretch is near and I couldn't be more excited to see what kind of harvest I'll end up with. Every time I look at my scrog net and full canopy, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and joy. It's like my Girls are always praying and thanking me for taking such good care of them. And let me tell you, I love it. So, if you're thinking about trying out the scrog technique, I highly recommend it. And who knows, maybe you'll end up with a full canopy that will make you feel like a proud parent. Performance of regular seeds is the shit! Juli 6th I think I can already see some difference in the performance of the Regular seeds. This plants look already more vigorous and healthier then the feminised one i had last year. Really interesting. Only 1-2 bugs on the plants, deep dark green and the growth is astonishing. Work done: I took of some leaves and some tiny side shoots. Treated them with more compost, organic horn mill and finished it off with some compost tea to get those bacteria working for us: Splitting that lazy as Ammonium into highly mobile Nitrat-juice. Plant response will be there 💪. Other than that, nothing crazy. Only watering, waiting and beeing amazed that this mfs grow in a blink of an eye. Next up, i will build the support cage, so no wind and no heavy branches(i hope they will be heavy) can harm them.

18 plants, 5 strains. Each plant has 3 main buds. By means of LST I tried to make them all the same height. Because the plants have now stopped growing, leading is no longer necessary. The plants are still attached to the plant sticks with tie strips to support the buds when they get heavy later on. Lots and large leaves, and therefore a weekly large defoliation every week. The trichomes begin to appear. . The Garlic Mist plants are not that beautiful and do not have a nice flower formation. Plenty of leaves; so a lot of defoliation work. GM # 1 - 92cm - lots of leaves, Even after defoliation, the buds are actually hidden behind the leaves. GM # 6 - 76cm - better leaf / bud ratio than # 1, but the buds don't get that fat either GM # 7 - 79cm - can be compared to # 6 but buds are better developed.
