This week is dedicated to finalizing the pot and nutrients for the rest of the lifecycle, looks like it took to the nutrients very well not much new upwards growth but new leaf sites appeared!

1st week of transition in the books and they continue to advance slowly, albeit with limited signs of the start of stretch. Side branching development continues to be a challenge with the excessive fan leaf growth - it’s like the plant is just pushing all its resources into making bigger leaves so it’s been a constant battle to cut back the growth that keeps overshadowing the lowers. We’ll see where it goes but I remain unimpressed with overall growth characteristics. No deficiency issues and plants have yet to sexually mature to determine gender and final count. Alls good👍.

New environment set up will be transplanting into bigger pots Friday then watered in. Day 25 - Today I transplanted them in to 12.5l super air pots and moved them to there new home fed them ph’d balanced water only and will leave till Monday again as the coco has added charge and I’ve seen good results when potting on in the past :). I also activated the exhale Co2 bags to maximise photosynthesis. - I leave the lights on 25% for the first couple days so they and raise over the 3 week of vegetative growth. Day 27 - Gave them a little trim removing and large fan leaves covering bottom branches as I don’t like removing main branches so try to get them to come thru as early as I can, won’t touch them from now till 1 week before the switch when I’ll top and defoliate. They will be on same nutrients now till the switch aswell watering as and when they need it.

Yo, these girls ain’t playin’ no more – they really startin’ to stack up, lookin' thick in the canopy like they preppin' for somethin’ big. We still runnin’ that Advanced Nutrients like clockwork, straight through that RO water, keepin’ it pure as a Miami night breeze. The nodes are gettin’ tight, leaves spreadin’ out nice and wide, takin’ all that light. I hit ‘em with a little scrog, just a lil’ bend here and there, makin’ sure that light hit every corner of the canopy. You already know I’m tryin’ to maximize that potential. Stems got that thick structure, and no signs of nute burn or nothin’. We’re talkin’ flawless execution, fam. At this point, it’s just watchin’ ‘em fill out, keepin’ the environment dialed in and lettin’ ‘em do their thing. We’re settin’ the stage for a strong finish when we flip ‘em to flower. Hello. This is the start of week 1 of flowering. Just flipped the light over to, 12 1/2 hours on and 11 1/2 hours off. The plant is growing well. No pests this year. Yeah...I had trouble with thrips last year. The next trim up will be before the resin starts between the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3. OK. Have Fun. Chuck.

Light is set to 80% from now on. Starting this week Haifa Grow Clean is added as a helper, it contains Polyphosphates which are supposed to make nutrient that have fallen out of the solution available again and clean tubes/sprinklers. Haifa Grow Clean is NPK 5/31/40, I use it once a week. The ORP probe is not calibrated and values are to be taken with a grain of salt. Values are average of the day. If any of these impress me then the clones will go outside and grow there all year for a extra special harvest. Posting this as I’m on the last few days of the 3rd week from germination Great progress, a lot of roots for such a short period but not too much plant growth, will start watering daily instead of watering every 2-3 days Topped the girls today (Day 18 from germ) and starting to do mainline on all the Bubba kush.

I sprouted 2 feminized Chocolate Mint OG seeds from HSO 😁💪🌱 these were taken from a pack of 10,the remainder I will sprout after flowering these 2 so I can learn their growth patterns (morphology) first. I'm starting them in a Jiffy Tomato pod.(really like these for watering.u can really see how much water u are giving them.) On a heat mat at 74° for the 1st 7 days. They are under 2x Viparspectra 600w LEDs in a 2x4 tent. At day 7 I transplanted #1 into a 1gal plastic round pot. And the 2nd plant will be going into a 7"x7"x9" They are both in Happy Frog Soil medium by Fox Farms. The plan is 6 weeks veg then flower time!

This week has been one of great gains in both size and vegetation we have seen a vertical leap in two plants that is astronomical almost 4 inches in a week! Had to do some pruning to expose new bud and a little bit of low stress training on to plants to see if we can expose light to the underside and perhaps get a little more love out of our lower buds The stalk size on almost all of these plants is almost as big as your thumb but on one it is actually relatively skinny that is the one we’re doing the low stress training on we just started the low stress training and it is taking very well to it One of these plants is extremely dark in color on the vegetation and has typically about 11 fingers per leaf! Not sure what that means yet

Week 11 ....

Air pump on 2 plants failed and the plants went kraty for a week. Aiming at 400g now, one sticky beast is almost ready to harvest, Lucky first grow! 👌🏻
