I'm really settling into my stride. The plants are responding immediately to what I want them to do. Plant A has a wonderful structure, with four central colas (the island), surrounded by 8 colas roughly evenly spaced around the plant (the ring). The ring is lower than the island currently, as all colas that form it were originally bent horizontally to grow out. During the period of stress and slow growth brought about by manifolding too early, I was worried, but they all have pulled out of that phase, and are entering a phase of strong, fast vegetative growth. Plant B has a less defined structure, but the basics are the same. Because of the damage early, there was a lot of stretchy growth to compensate. On each plant, I am defoliating the tallest colas to put the brakes on the island so the ring can catch up. I am largely letting the plants grow, removing a leaf here and there to allow light to penetrate to the center of the plant. I have never removed a single growth tip, so there is a ton of yield potential in this setup. The plants are almost even, and ready to grow up and big.

She is tall, but leaves are a dark green, the points: some are Long fingers like Sativa and some short & thick (on thr same plant!) LOL whoever says growing is an art, was 100% correct! Really excited for the overall yeild.! Shogun has over 40 buds growing

The time has come! Flowering has been initiated and is off to a good start, The Photoperiod is now running at 11/13 on/off and the intensity of the light has been bumped up to 60% giving me a DLI of aorund 37.5 at 30" hang height in my 2x4. As the plants where topped a bunch I have found in previous grows the stretch will not be as crazy as if I left them on their own, however the increased pot size may negate that effect, only time will tell :D I also gave them a 2nd watering as the last one was leaving the pots a bit to light. This could be their new normal 1gal one week, 2 gal the next separated by a few days. They have all been amended with a 50/50 mix of grow and bloom from Gaia, Also added in some extra Insect Frass, Yeast and Bokashi grains, mixed this all with worm castings and compost for the top dress. added the compost after mixing it into the top layer so it gives it a bit of a blanket. made a little video of it and me watering the plants on a speed run. One thing I need to find is a sprayer head that has a 70-90 degree bend on it. I'm tired of watering from overhead as my wand is straight and does not have a bend. Its made of hard plastic and was thinking I would toss the tip in the oven to soften it up and place a coat hanger though it, then bend it ever so slightly and wait for it to cool, can snip off the wire and pull it out once its all done and have a bent tip. or I can get a 2nd wand attachment for it. Just been so busy have not had time to search for it, the peppers are doing much better as well, after the defoliation from last week they where getting a bit more light but that is all gone now, the plants have taken it back. and they are in shade, the plants seem to like it more. only the one strain likes the intense light of the led's, Fatalii peppers, It might be the hottest ones I'm growing if the goronong don't measure up. The JigSaw peppers are also starting to show some of their variegation in the leaves that make them pretty to grow now they are in the shade more. and its bound to be better then pure purple leaves from the LED"s Butterwort is eating all the gnats as well. so no problem there. Will apply the nematodes later next week to kill em off in the medium. Don't want them getting trapped in the flowers. stupid little fuckers. I left out some of the extras in the water this week as it was its first topdressing, didn't want to stress it out to much, I will be topdressing every week and diving the total ammount of amendments in 4 parts. vs one big feeding at beginning of the month like its been suggested on the label, I find this helps avoid the N burn I normally see and gives them a bit better of a breakdown for flowering period. It worked really well with my G13 Labs Blue Cindy grow so I am repeating the process and will likely make this my new standard. I will also be adding in some Mg into every other water till stretch is done same with a very light feeding of molasses, I know it has been negative in past grows but going to try it out again with much smaller amounts. 1tea/pot, the extra sugars should work wonders on the Bokashi added into the soil and allow it to thrive. Plants are starting to get more of a funk to them as well, So i feel that's what was happening with the gifted plant to my parents smelling up the place, it was just entering flowering as it was not in a tent n the lighting must have been to low. And the little cuttings I did last week are fine, no roots but will soon have a bunch of little clones to go. Just in time for spring. I think that's it. Might have some hermies, I plucked anything that might have looked like a sack forming haven't seen anymore show up. One of the Skunk #1s is 35 inches the other hasn't done as well and is very stumpy. A. Lemon is a happy camper, 35 inches, but is the one showing hermie. Zkittlez is a good size. Got a new tent for Christmas 48x24x84 so I have sufficient height going forward.

White widow is still hanging in there. I am still battle some issue. I did a solution change today. Hopefully that helps straighten her out. This plant is growing well, I transplanted them this week into 3 gallon pots from 1 gallon pots. Structure on this plant is pretty nice and visually pleasing to the eye lol.

Rainbow melon has stolen my heart From day one the plant was bigger as nice strong stock handles low stress training well some of the biggest buds I’ve ever had. I am truly in love with this plant fade is absolutely one of the Most beautiful like an Indian summer Cannot wait to see what they come up with next💪🔥💯

Welcome to week 21 of my grow diary. As the temperatures are rather average to cold, the soil stays moist for a long time. I have reduced the watering quantity to 5 litres every 3 days. The humidity rises a lot at night, so the plant is now spending the night in the garage. The smell is now super penetrating and you can smell the plant over several meters. See you next week ✌️

Week 7 - As you can tell my back plant is very UNhappy going to feed some CalMag and Kangaroots hopefully it will help other than that the smell of super puré lemons is Out of this world !

Week 16: *whewww* well technically this is the first full week of Flower... I followed the directions and went to 18/6 for "Early Flower".. but in the future I will refer to this as pre-flower and will start this about a month before going into Flower... I think this helps make the flip more pronounced and will help with a more consistent flower in my tent. Who knows tho? We do see pistils - so that's exciting... and tbh I was saying we vegged for too long.. but who knows, maybe we will have an extensive root system and will be able to support larger buds! Nothing is really a loss at this point, and I will say I'm even learning more about myself. I'm a thinker I like to process things, I like doing it with people.. and I don't mind making mistakes... but I rather them be calculated.. So I know what to do or not to do in the future... I'm realizing my partner is more of a tinkerer.. he always has big ideas and likes to use his energy to move toward them.... I think we complement each other because my thoughts would've led me toward stopping the growth of this project a long time ago.. but I'm happy it's still going!

Week 10! September 9 -Blue cheese is looking great depending on what the pistils and trichomes look like at the end of the week I will be cutting ~Day 70 -Bubble Kush is progressing nicely and is visually bulking up smells like pine sol and lemons very nostalgic reminds me of college. -Will be watering Bubble Kush in two days as I watered over the weekend and I have a tendency to overwater this particular lady also watered the Blue Cheese lady but she will probably not be getting anymore water for the week…maybe idk great way to start the week tho peace

Week 1 going good. After only for now til next week. Still trying to beat last years grow season Ly grow at this time: Have not started yet

February 28, 2019 Update: Chugging right along in the veg tent. I sprayed the plants with Neem Oil last week and the leaves look shiny from that, but no new signs of bug damage since then. I did feed them a little Recharge also and they really responded great to that. After taking the pics I did some HST bending at the base of the stem on all plants. I didn't bend them over, just pinched real hard and wiggled the plant back and forth until I could feel the bend between my fingers. We'll see how that goes. The DinaMed's are still taller than the MediKush's but the MediKush's still have a nice tight node structure. If all goes to plan I'll have my flowering plants chopped and hanging in 2 weeks and will then be able to move these girls into the flowering room. Bonus pic at the end of the view from my bedroom window. I'd love to see my buds get that frosty!

Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: I have to start flushing next week is harvest time :*

So we are 8 weeks +1 day here now, around 8 days into flush and 6 days away from chop. I’m guna cut these at 9weeks so they will probably get another 2/3 heavy waters and then 48hours of darkness. Really starting to pack on weight now I had to support all branches as much as I could with bamboo and garden ties. I sampled a bud I took when I first started flush at around 7 weeks and it was so smooth and creamy. Real nice fruity and zesty taste to it. Smelled of fresh lemons with a hint of grapefruit. High wasn’t heavy as expected being so early but certainly felt a relaxation effect 1 hour after smoke so really excited for finished product. Just counting down the days now!!
