Hey growmies, This week was about hands on the plants. The plants are hungry since I switched last week to 12/12. I've been feeding them every other day since it usually takes 2 days for the ppm to drop sufficiently. On the 15th, I've defoliated all the plants and cutted some offshoots that weren't worth it on the Tropicanna. Every day I've been adjusting the lines so they're as even as they can be at the cannopy. Hope next week the 2 photos are alredy flowering Good grows

Day 44- I need to back off on the water nutes, I am forgetting the soil is strong enough. I will flush with plain water next time. Maybe I should do a plain water foliar feed? I’m still learning. But I think those B vitamins are keeping their metabolism high! Then I feel the need to spoon feed. After giving them much needed calcium, I start adding other things. Those Epsom Salts plus the amino acids on a plant with high metabolism receiving more B1, all while having lots of amended neem cake in the media, is going to be processing a sh*t load of nitrogen! Back to plain water. Another idea, maybe I will flush a little bit, and feed just CalMag. Day 48 I realized I haven’t gotten any pictures in for this week! Not that big of a mistake compared to the one I just corrected! The video is taken when they are back inside for the night as it a cold windy night, and they could use more light. I am not talking because I am sick and can’t talk to well. But it’s just quickly showing how they look after the whole ordeal I am about to mention. So I woke up this morning, and noticed all of the plants were showing subtle signs of a deficiency. Different deficiencies too! Some are going on the calcium deficiency, others potassium, some manganese even maybe a few others to be honest. Sometimes I could only see signs in the old leaves, and other times I would see signs in new leaves. Either way “most” of them were looking pretty good. But something about all this variability with different plants was oddly unsettling to me. I figured I had better stick the soil pH meter in there and make sure it’s not a pH issue. And to my horror, pH of barely 4.5!! More like 4.20! But honestly it was that low!!!! A miracle these plants haven’t locked out yet! But how did this happen? Yes it is all coming together for me. Every water I have been giving feed-water. I have been watering with a little runoff, but not enough runoff to manage what I was putting in! I’ve been “feed-watering” a lot more than usual because the pots are tiny and it’s super hot and mega dry during the days. Like 75-80 degrees (F) and 10-25% relative humidity lately. So no wonder they are drying out fast. All those salts left behind from last feed. So they built up, apparently pretty high. I didn’t think I was feeding too much, especially because I would get a descent amount to drain out the bottoms every time. Either way, I fed too heavy and flushed too little! So I brought out the foxfarm SLEDGEHAMMER!!!!! Did a quick flush, flushed with plain water to get the sledgehammer out, then a recheck on the soil pH meter. Comes out 6.8! So I gave feed-water at ph of 7 afterwords. They were dry enough before all of this, I conveniently avoided damping issues. Now they will dry out and receive plain pH 7 RO water on next watering. I still have lots of doubt as if I have any clue what I am doing! But so far so good. I try to support the microbes as much as possible, i definitely could use their support. And it might be because of the microbes, CalMag and fulvic acid, that has prevented lockout. But yeah the fact the pH in the soil was corrected with a flush, gives me a peace of mind. The other three from “The Hondo Titan” diary had high levels of sulfur to lime, the flush did not fix, so I repotted them in new soil with pH 7. Also those hydroton expanded clay pebbles become rich with acidic salts, because the water leaves and all the nutes and minerals are captured and stored with the pebbles. Good in small levels. But if the pot dries out every day, those pebbles will eventually make the pH meter smack the end suggesting less than pH of 3.5!!!!!!!! But no pebbles were used on these girls thankfully!!

I soaked 3 Laughing Buddha seeds - 2 developed a taproot - 1 bad I soaked 3 Acapulco Gold seeds - 2 developed a taproot - 1 bad I soaked 3 Amnesia Lemon - All 3 were bad and did NOT develop a taproot I also tried the paper towel method on 2 Amnesia Lemon - Both were bad and did NOT develop a taproot Seeds were soaked by using 75F degree water, water was kept warm using a heating pad over night, cups were covered to prevent light leaks Seeds were sown on wet paper towels inside of a plastic baggy, covered and placed on heating pad for warmth at 75% water PH level 6.4 4 seeds that developed at taproot were placed in 78F grow tent, 80% humidity, 16 hour light cycle, lights 24 inches away, light meter reads around 250 with the plants moved off slightly to the side of a 4x2 tent 5 foot tall. Carbon filter not used as it was taking the temperature and humidity down too much. I DO NO RECOMMEND BARNEYS SEEDS - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS I was offered a 30% off coupon on a future purchase, but I was not compensated for their out of date seeds. worth of garbage seeds, one strain would not germinate and the other two strains did not fully germinate. Customer service was condesending and rude.

Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

Ph meter is broken so I’ve just been feeding plain water, going to try order one ASAP. I also forgot to lower the light a few days ago, checked on them two days ago and three of them had fallen over so I had to tie them up with garden ties and adjust the distance of the light. Fastberry seems to be a bit behind the others, I might have overwatered a little bit the other day, hopefully it bounces back sooner than later. Ph meter has come will be feeding nutrients for the first time with their next feed

Week 4 in the Pink Rozay journey has been a whirlwind of green magic, and I can't wait to spill the photosynthetic tea on all the juicy details. First off, the Pink Rozay has officially joined the Scrog Club! I introduced a Scrog net into the mix, and let me tell you, it's like giving our girl a VIP ticket to the greenest party in town. The benefits of a full canopy are immeasurable. It's not just about looks – although a sea of green is a sight to behold – but it's also about maximizing light penetration and promoting even growth. It's like orchestrating a symphony where every bud gets a front-row seat to the light show. And speaking of light shows, a new rockstar has entered the scene – the Future Of Grow 600W full spectrum LED. I've officially joined Team Future Of Grow, and let me tell you, this light is rocking the place like no other. It's like having a botanical disco in my grow room, and Pink Rozay is the star of the show, basking in the glory of that full spectrum goodness. Thank you F.O.G for bringing me on i fell truly humble and blessed <3 <3 <3 Now, let's talk foliar fun with Aptus Holland's NutriSpray. It's like giving Pink Rozay a spa day, but for her leaves. Here's a quick NutriSpray how-to: NutriSpray can be used regularly or to treat deficiencies in case of a nutrient lockout. Always dilute with water. Use 2 ml per 1 L of water and spray the entire leaf surface. Indoor growers, spray during weeks 1, 3, and 5 of bloom for general nutrition. Outdoor folks, spray 1 week after planting, then once a month until harvest. And what's in this magical elixir, you ask? Organic surfactant Horse chestnut extract Microelements: Manganese (Mn), Sulphur (S), Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe) How does NutriSpray work its leafy wonders? Horse chestnut extract binds to microelements, making them available to the plant. It creates a protective shield, keeping nutrients on the leaves for up to two weeks. It thins vascular fluid, ensuring nutrients are transported faster. This is it for me : Corrects deficiencies faster than root feeding. I Spray mother plants a week before cutting clones for healthier cuttings. I Spray cuttings weekly for a protective shield and available nutrients. I Always spray with lights off to avoid burning, not always but for the most or at least i dim them down to 10%. Its good to leave the lights off for 20 – 30 minutes after spraying. So here we are, ready for the next week and cruising down this green road with confidence. The Pink Rozay is thriving, and the journey continues. As always, a massive thank you to Aptus Holland for being the backbone of my growing success. And to Future Of Grow for illuminating my grow room with that dazzling LED. The future is bright, indeed! Future Of Grow https://www.thefuturofgrow.com/en/online-store/BLACK-SERIES-600-p489093171 As always thank you all for stopping by, for the love and for it all , this journey of mine wold just not be the same without you guys, the love and support is very much appreciated and i fell honored and blessed with you all in my life With true love comes happiness Always believe in your self and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart , be a giver and the universe will give back to you in ways you could not even imagine so <3 <3 <3 Friendly reminder all you see here is pure research and for educational purposes only Growers Love To you All <3 <3 <3

Unfortunately I had to harvest the BADAZZ-CHEESE (=BADAZZ-KUSH x CHEESE) from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS early, because of looking bud-rot. The plant needed at least another 10 days to finish, she still had plenty of white pistils and would have gained in harvest weight and also produced more trichomes, if given more time. The final harvest weight of 31 gram dried bud, was still a VERY GOOD RESULT seen the circumstances. The buds are dank and have lots of trichomes, all in all a VERY NICE KUSH/CHEESE VARIETY!

Day 8, start of week 2. First off stay safe garden family! I am overly pleased with how these two ladies are responding to the LST. I noticed when sitting on the floor the big bud had gained a little aroma👃very excited about that. Decided to lower the ph to try and bring the soil ph down a little bit day 10 is the next scheduled water and will probably water @ ph6.15. Then recheck soil. Any how drop me a line let me know what you think. I'm always open to suggestions. Happy Gardening Everyone!
