I am excited to try out this new gorilla cookies from fastbuds. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cosecha de estas Gorilla cookies Auto de FastBuds. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es muy fácil de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado muy bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que está bien explotada y que va repleta de tricomas. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue sucficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. Now we are going to week four, the plants have started to really vegetate, I have seen rapid growth in cannabis and other plants before, however, this strain is growing very large at a tremendous pace. I am having no issues so far, I am doing very light training and I started using pH down, as the plants ingest the nutrients the pH is rapidly rising. I hope to preserve perfect pH within the next week and continue on. I have been adding a gallon of water every three days to keep the reservoir at the right level. The plants are receiving a constant PPM of 400. Not only am I seeing five-finger leaves but I am also seeing seven-finger leaves. The plants are looking very healthy and there are no issues at all so far. I have Started to train the plants and started mainlining, I have also slightly defoliated the plant. This Plant is overgrowing the free seed from seedsmen. ( in hindsight I have never gotten any good free seeds from seedsmen) Science: There are a few ideas in this grow journal that I am toying with. The first idea is putting low-voltage conduction through the roots of the plants, I strongly believe that stimulating the the roots with electricity will induce larger and stronger vegetation. The other idea is blasting the plants with low decibel sound waves. We will see. There is another idea I have with string LED lights. However, I'm going to keep some of my secret sauce to myself.

30/07: Wir starten heute in Blüte-Tag 1. Die Pflanze hat sich super entwickelt und viele gesunde Triebe entwickelt. Das Netz habe ich auch schon eingehängt, so kann ich die Triebe noch Lenken und möglichst vielen von ihnen Licht geben

Another week went by, everything seems to be normal, except I think one of my darlings will be ready sooner. The one in the middle looks more mature if I look at the pestils, and the trichomes. The buda of her are also not developing that much, so I will keep monitoring her, because she might need a flush soon.

This week I didn't spend much time checking in on the tent, but when I went to check the reservoir, which I expected to be empty, I realized that the system was clogged. About half of the nutrient solution was still in the tank. I opened the tent to check the moisture of the substrate. It was pretty dry already and the plants were showing some heat stress and the burnt tips had gotten somewhat worse. Being too close to the light didn't help either. They weren't hanging yet, but they needed to drink. It was clogged in a small part of piping between the tank and the tap, which I realized, was never actually cleaned before. And I did have some organic compounds in there a rather long time ago, which probably caused this in the first place. I unclogged it within a few minutes, and bought some Canna D Block to try out. I will probably refill the reservoir again early next week.

Cutting back for a 2 or 3 day flush to reset. Started experiencing possible nute lockout so giving it a few days to heal. Probably going to cause yield problems. First grow. Still learning new things every day. Yield isn’t the final goal. I am however excited about my new macro lens for my phone.

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

HEY Guys , I've been in a crazy & exciting week really, these contests motivate me to work on my photography and make delicious edibles 😋. after tasting that brownie/muffin everything change!! You guys Can't imagine the damn taste of it. ( I was high about 4hrs after eating a Muffin and there was nothing I could do to chill down a bit Maybe I should pay attention to it's dosage next time.😀 Also Taking Close shots of my buds and my homemade Extraction was really amazing, I enjoyed every minute of it and really worked on them for hours, when I find sth worth it, I always go all in. I put lot of time and effort to the point where I was finally satisfied, with both growing and taking memorable photos of my first grow. Week Twelve Flower Week 6 and so far so okay. I got worried about nanas on the sfv, but it turned out it was just new growth. The fungus gnats came back, stronger than before, so I covert the soil with sand to prevent them from laying more eggs. Alle the plants looking fine, on some days I had to fight high humidity and temps. This will bite me a week later, check week 13 ;)

Great strain iv grown it i think 3 or 4 times trained differnt every time 2 diaries of it and i love this strain rock hard heavy buds with tons of trics leaves started purpling but ph got too out of wack at the end at allmost 8 and still living. buds i think could have gotten fatter if corrected earlier but broke my meter but atill impressed the way it reaponded to how many times i topped it ending with around 46 bud sites lol thanks original sensible for another smooth grow in the books

Sometimes the Blumat was set to give too much water or too little. Unfortunately, I always had problems with the Blumat indoors. Esta semana le hemos dado un poco de marcha con el Hemplex A finales de semana el trasplante a maceta de 6L textil y las pasé al armario con el lumatek al 50%. 150W. a una distancias de unos 50 ctms. En uno o dos dias subiré al 75%, 220W. Le doy uno o dos dias al 50% para que se vayan acostumbrando

So far so good... couple plants are a bit behind others even though all germenated at the same time. It looks like 3of them are a week behind... but oh well, they are all still looking very healthy although in the photos they look very yellow but this is because of the light. There actually a very dark green colour. I've started to add top max now as they have 2- 3weeks left help them buds grow. The heatwave has finally stopped after 2weeks of it being nearly 40degrees by 10 am everyday . So plants seem a bit happier... Been really happy with this strain and will defo grow again. Only thing i might change is not putting as many plants in at once. Yeh 6 fit and I could fit another 2 or 3 in but the awkwardness of watering and checking for bugs or nutrient problems is a pain... There so bushy can't tell which plant is which... Update... New pics Height.. 73cm
