Since the humidity stayed at a very high level, it was only a matter of time...HORROR!😱 I FOUND BUD-ROT! 😭 On day 73 (=Flowering Day 49) I spotted a white fuzz on my ZHEETOS #2 plant from BIG BUDDHA SEEDS. I took it out and inspected her closer and found budrot on the main stem and in the main bud. I immediately cut off the infected parts and tried to save the rest of the plant. (see first video above) Since I do NOT want to spray my plants with any chemicals, because they are my medicine, I resort to UV-C light. I use the CLEANLIGHT HOBBY UNIT (a UV-C plant protection light from the Netherlands, that kills bacteria, viruses and fungi) and shine the UV-C light on all my plants and the soil-surface in the pots (see second video above). This will kill all the remaining spores of bud-rot (which are a kind of fungus) in my closet and stop it from further spreading to my other plants. I also immediately stop giving any BIO NOVA nutrients from this moment on, although the plants LOVE THEM. But I have to do this in order to flush the plants before harvesting them. I cannot risk and wait until the plants are fully matured, I have to do an emergency flush and harvest as soon as possible, so I dont loose the rest of my medicine to bud-rot. Hold your thumbs that I can save them for a week longer...👍

Well we are at the end of week 2 and this gorilla cookies is doing well. I topped her on day 10 and it didn't slow her down at all. I attempted to start a little training on day 13 and that didn't go as planned. One of the mains snapped clean off as soon as I put pressure on it. Oops! She wasn't ready... Oh well, we are still early enough in the game that she should be able to overcome my brutality 👹. Other than that she is growing well and looking pretty happy. I'm hoping to get them moved into a better room in the next week or so when I can free up some space. Still giving them 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation.

Thanks for checking out my grow! This is the 4th or 5th strain I’ve ran by 34 Street Seed Co. I have yet to be disappointed, great genetics for a fair price. This Pink Lemonade strain has tested in the 30% cannabinoid range with crazy terps, all from other Home Growers! This will be one of my submissions for the 2023- 34 Street Grow Cup, Can’t wait 🇨🇦👊❤️ I started as usual by soaking my seeds for about 6 hours in a glass of distilled water, then planted directly into the substrate about a 1/2 inch into the starter pot. I dialed my light back to about 100 watts from the wall, and raised it to about 40 inches above the pots. I covered the pots with domes, and set my humidifier to run non-stop. 30 hours later , they had all sprouted ❤️

Day 82. First of two is down. Day 88. Second down. Both will be decent by weight and structure, but smell and taste .... maybe after cure ? ;))) Day 92. First went to jars. Last week I realized that topping off the rez with full strength nutrient water had upped my ppms to 2000, and Ph to almost 7 I mixed a fresh batch of 10ml and saw ppms in the 1700 range, so I watered it down to 1200, 8 ml/gal is just an estimate this week unfortunately. I added 2.5 ml/gal big bud day 1 week 3 afternoon, Ppms should coming in at 1300 I finally got an accurate height measurement, and given the plant distance decided to turn the light power down to 60%, which should be around 120-130 watts, which is plenty for a 2x2 Did a water change week 3 day 1, used a transfer pump and it was fairly easy, just took a while More pistils are starting to show up now I've decided to start measuring ppm/ph as both creeped up too high last week. I cant vouch for how well ph perfect nutes work when changed weekly as directed, but they cant go 2 weeks without being measured and adjusted, and at full strength, Im sure they would burn plants. Day 2: ppms held steady at 1350 overnight, ph is at 5.8-5.9 New growth was showing very early signs of light burn, (pale leaf tips up top, tips not pointing down) so I turned light to 50% power, mounted it straight to my top tent supports, and bent the tops that showed signs of stress. Day 3: Ppm's still holding steady as water level goes down, so this may be the sweet spot for now. Bud sites are stacking now Selectively defoliated to get light deeper into the canopy

for my nutrients I have been giving 3.75 ml per gallon of fox farm grow big and 2.5 ml of fox farm tiger blood I feed them every time they need watering... I have not seen any burnt tips so they must be handling the nutes well. More and more preflowers are coming out. I am just going to say we are starting flowering this week, im guessing she will start flowering for sure by the end of this 5th week.

OK guys I'm starting at the beginning of week 5 so this one is only a few days after my last addition the the diary. I noticed the very first pistils so now we are in week 1 of flower. Punch 2 has dark greeb, curled down edges, maybe a nitrogen toxicity? I don't think I'm over watering, they didn't have water for 6 days when I noticed these symptoms. Punch 1 doesn't have the dark green edged fan leaves or the curling down, but there are some pale white spots and smudges at the ends of the fan leaves. Any ideas guys? I'm new to this so not 100% what is going on or how to fix. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys🎄

Day 1 It seems like she's a little slow but the smell finally starts to come. No big changes for the rest. I'll probably need to feed her tomorrow. I dropped the temps a little bit. No other changes so far. Day 2 Feeding time! Up with the nutes to 75%... Only the Boost is at 100%. Changed the values above as well :) Day 7 Feeding time. Nutes were at 85%. Boost is at 100%. Changed the values above.

It was my first grow and I really screwed it up a lot, but it resisted all my beginner mistakes, pests, stress, being without irrigation, irrigation without measuring PH, revegetation, etc. I love her, really, in love with this strain.
