Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Thought it was all over…….Thrips nearly destroyed my grow. Some Cannacure and some praying and they’re doing ok …………I think 🧐 2 hour power cut, 3 days later Electric surged blew bulb, few hours without hps light.

day 43 : start of week 7 . i did some heavy defoliation in 2 rounds (yesterday and today) . i also did some more lst . i tied the secondary branches with some shoe laces :) all is good . i see more and more white pistils on top i think she finally entering flowering stage :D will update soon

This strain is a dream to grow, if you haven't tried it yet, it's amazing, it's easy, it's lush and vibrant, full of energy from seed to smoke. Great for organic grow styles and a fun plant to grow. The smoke I will update in the smoke review! I do not have words for the quality of this strain. In everything. Grow this and be absolutely amazed by its performance. I had won the seeds with the Halloween give-away but they are a sure winner and a keeper. @SweetSeeds congratulations on a champion auto-strain. I've grown auto's before, only outdoors, but nothing like this, nothing this big in such a short time, and this resilient for not only mistakes but everything. This plant will perform even if you were to mess it all up. Keep to 20 liters grow bags for best performance as you could see with my two plants. One as more developed, although everyone says over 15 ltr makes no difference, with organic coco hybrid super soil, it does. It is the difference in buffering of nutes, PH, heat, and moisture. Way less hassle in the bigger pot and this was an excellent learning curve. This grow started out as a match between Forbidden Runtz by Fastbuds and XL Runts by Sweetseeds. But since the playing field was uneven (pot wise but also heat and fresh air wise), the results do not count in my opinion. But my guess is (since I haven't weighed the Forbiddens) that the XLs for now won. But as I said it would not be fair. We will do the contest again when said playing field is level. What's up Growmies🤟🏽. I am back with another week #9 is in the books, hello Week #10. I noticed small rust spots and yellowing on the top sugar leaves on Tropicana Cookies, White LSD #2 and Caramelicious. It isn't fungus, (it doesn't rub off and is more like its burned into the leaf rather than growing on it) so I'm guessing it is due to a lack of calcium or magnesium. As a result I have implemented calmag into the feedings. I swear it creeped up out of nowhere. Other than that things are going very well, I am enjoying the journey. It is crazy to me how my 2 white LSD plants while the same seed have taken on different characteristics. White LSD #2 has taken on a pinkish/red undertone which looks pretty amazing if you ask me. I wonder if I mislabeled it at the beginning of my grow and if it is actually my Tropicana Purple Cookies? I doubt it but then again I was high around the time I put these babies from their incubators into their final home. Not much to report other than I stopped smoking new years eve, so for the first time in a long time I have clean urine🙌🏾🙌🏾. I mainly stopped to take a tolerance break and to prove to myself that I am in control. I will be tasting these suckers once they are done. I did the same thing on my last grow, took a little over 90 day hiatus, once harvested and I decided to smoke, boy was I super zooted! It was like the first time I got high, had me questioning why I smoke because I was sooo stoned😂. I'm looking forward to feeling that way again. It won't be long now another 7 to 8 weeks (including 1 week to dry and 2 to cure) and I will be smoking again more than likely. I still have them on a 2 waterings with nutes and 2 waterings with plain ph'd water schedule. Going forward I plan on adding calmag into the mix, which is something I didn't have to use on any of my 6 previous grows, we shall see how it goes. I scratched into the soil of each pot 1/2 cup of Happy Frog Fruit and Flower Day 58: Took pictures. Plants are looking good. You can really see the difference in plant 1 compared to the other 3. Very few tops really pushed their way up on plant 1. Day 59: Water/Feed day. Again I didn't get pictures on this day. The beginning of this week I topped, FIM, high stress and low stress training. Generally just beat them up. They sprung back very quickly. Day 63 flowering (77 days since flip). This lady smells beautiful now. Her pistils are golden orange in so much of her bud but still pushing last ditch attempts to save herself. Bud size is good and they are rock solid too. love this girl and will be sad to cut her down. Yellowing off nicely ready to eat up those chlorophyll stores in the darkness. She will be in her dark period this evening , 48 hrs and she is going to be trimmed and ready to dry. UPDATE☆☆ day 67 and she is out of her dark period trimmed and hanging for her final harvest. Some great buds on her and i think about 6 oz of solid , orangey nugs. cannot wait to try her out.

After the new branches have grown three nodes, I topped at the 3rd node to start the four branch split that will eventually allow me to top once more.

VEG WEEK 10 My Base Nutrient Inputs: See VEG WEEK 6 for details of stock solutions A & B. My grow weeks run from Monday to Sunday. This week the goal was to let the girls grow, space the tops around the trellis, and attach each stem to the outside of this structure. Tuesday - Watering Day - 1 gallon each as described above. Friday - Watering Day - The pots are very light. Laverne is quite thirsty in pic # 10 - 2 gallons each as described above. Friday - Pruning Day - Pinched out all the new grow at each fan leaf. The goal is a single stalk with no side branching. Also removed some lower Fan leaves and a few select others. Unfortunately, Laverne lost a top. Not sure how, but I snapped it😡, and it dangled by a little of the outer stem tissue. I quickly reached for some tape to administer first-aid, which has worked for me in the past. Sadly, a few days later, it was evident (pic # 16), she wasn't going to make it. Sunday - Training and Trim Day - Laverne is now down to 11 tops and my plants symmetry is shattered. I pushed the broken limb aside, to make room to realign the neighboring branches. I'm leaving this broken branch on the plant for now (pic #17), in an attempt to keep the other branch, on the same main stalk from dominating the plant. The remaining branch (pic #18&19) is already growing much faster and needed some serious twisting to bring it to the level of the rest of the plant. I managed to get Laverne symmetrical again, and leveled out the tops with some wire work. Shirley was also wired down to a symmetrical, level canopy, without any drama. Laverne is now 10 inches tall, and Shirley is 12 inches. It seems I named them backwards, lol. Laverne received a 2 inch booster seat under her pot to bring her canopy level with her buddy. Their canopy tops are 30 inches from the Electric Sky ES 300 V1 light. Shirley has shown herself to be a female (pic #24), while Laverne has not shown sex (no concern, as these seeds I made should be feminized). I see some tip burn, and need to dial back my nutrients a tad. I also am working on eliminating the purple on the top side of the petioles (not too worried about it as the plant is growing and appears healthy otherwise). My base nutrients contain calcium and magnesium, plus I add Cal-Mag +, so not sure why. It is funny that the purple is only on the top side of the petioles, and makes me wonder if this is caused somehow by LED lighting. If anyone knows, please share😀. I plan on another week, maybe two, of vegetative growth. The mother(s), that I made these seeds from only stretched about 12-14 inches. I'll flip to 12/12 light schedule when the stems reach the height of the top of the trellis. With the stems supported, and some luck, these girls, will be set-up for smooth flowering.
