Second topping went very well too and now its just one week before they go out in the wild. Growth wise they almost stretched double in size in one week so they seem to be very willing to perform. Only thing that i recognized is that the Eleven Roses doesnt like the same amount of Nutrients so much compared to the Pineapple Express but thats how it is. Took them out here and there for some hours of full bright sunlight and some strong wind, they been praying so beautiful, cant wait to see them later on outside ..

Week 6 of flower is done and the 4x4 is progressing nicely! The buds are all starting to fatten up, I'm especially loving Hella Jelly #1, especially the candy terps she's giving off. The Vanilla Frosting is the other big player in the tent, with the second Hella Jelly a bit smaller than the other two. The Jelly Donutz will be the last to be harvested, as she is developing her flowers more slowly. This tent will be a staggered harvest when it comes to it. These plants have been so easy to grow this run. The Autopot Tray2Grow living soil bed bed has been solid throughout the run, and this past week I installed Blumat Blusoak tape for the 2x4 Grassroots bed, which, up until this point, I have been hand watering. It always amazes me how automatic watering eliminates like 90% of the tent work. It is such a game changer, and the plants love it even more than hand watering because they drink how much they want when they want it! Hella Jelly is supposed to be a fast finisher (45 days sometimes!), so after this next week I will begin checking trichomes. My guess is another 2-3 weeks at least. The trichomes will guide me! 10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

Roughly 20-30% of trichomes heads now amber under 60x magnification. Would like to push for a few more but I don’t think she can hang on any longer. By the end of the week any remaining leaves are dying back quickly. Reduced Remo Nutrients from 11ml/gal each, to none to start flush on the 28th.

I have to dry the buds in the dark at 20 degrees in 50% humidity 💯

Sulla più piccola sono arrivate le mosche bianche per sfortuna, spero che non invadono le altre, non da nemmeno segni di sviluppo la Cherry, peccato.. Le altre in grande forma, soprattutto il mostro di skittles! Ho annaffiature solo 2 volte con noci questa settimana il resto solo acqua, non voglio stressante troppo, ormai è ora della fioritura per loro ❤️ Spero che non continuino a nutrirsi delle mie piccole..per ora gestibile, stiamo a vedere. Le infiorescenze iniziano a ingrandirsi, il profumo anche, meravigliose.

Flipped to 12/12 at day 43. Raised light-intensity from 60 to 90 %. Now +70% of the net is filled and i can see potential to make it an evenly shaped bowl full of fruits:-) The deep, dark colour has turned to a juicy green, shoots everywhere....... everything fine but two little things: 1) run-off-pH is a bit high...... 6.6-6.9. will feed rather acidic next time.... 2) Main Colas get a bit tall..... will supercrop them as soon, as the rest of the cannopy is organzied to a clean scrog. Nutritionwise i lowered N, raised K and gave an extra P-shot (0,05 g/L BLOSSOM-BOOST) on days 43 and 44. Day 45 fed pH 5.8 - readings immediatly dropped to 6.3 to 6.5 👍 Vigorous stretch.....!!! Mounted some more hooks to get the scrog even - works perfectly now! +80% of the net is filled......and the colas in the corner almost make plants of their own - i will supercrop them, as soon as they don't stretch any more. Day 46 fed pH 6.1 today..... readings still good (average 6.4) took out some more leafs today, to give a little more light to young shoots. Smell is getting stronger, but no visible signs of flowering yet.

Excited to get these things dried and cured. The terpene profile is really interesting, if a bit on the lighter side. I'll report back on the smoke report.

#WEEK21 - HODL Bad news. It's not time yet. still. i think. 😔 And scratch that, i am not harvesting early because of some theoretical schedule / information on the internet. But.. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? 😱 Well, trichomes haven't changed a bit again, at least to my perception. Only the top most buds of SMC show a few amber ones, although the plant feels a bit "crunchy" and matured now. Therefore a lot of the lower buds grew fresh calyxes, and a few upper ones, too. Someone was right around here, probably should have removed a few more of the lower buds after stretch. But there's also a good cop: i found out my phone can take rather decent macro shots (though resizing of growdiaries doesnt seem to work well, will put a bit more effort in in the upcoming entry). It's on the edge even to check the color of trichomes. And holy moly, SMC is so photogenic, like big "ooof" 😍. Lively colors all around, frost like a tree on christmas (can you please tell me what to do, when leaves are 100% covered in trichomes, shouldnt be this A+ material was well?). Skywalker on the other hand is the "shy one", however i am sure is going to shine soon. Also very lovely coloration on top buds. And the smell starts to mature as well: Skywalker super fresh lemony, SMC sweet-fruitiness with a touch of coolness - tempting! Forgot CalMag this week. Shouldnt matter at all that close to the end. In fact the tips of some leaves started to turn a bit rusty. Cant believe it has been 10/11 weeks of flowering so far, going to need a break after this run for sure. 😜

102.5g dry, top nug 13.3gs dry. Absolute beast of a plant especially as a freebie, had a good bit of fun with this one and it’s nice seeing improvement through each plant.
