Hi my fellow growers! First time poster, long time grower here. I present to you my Ethos grow. So, lets get you up to speed. FIMing didn't worked to good, but plant responded wonderfully to LST and Scrog. In the front and left we have the Early Lemon, to the right the 10th Planet.

Grow notes week 3 #1 This plant is healthy and thriving. She’s the first to show pistols which means I should change her status to flowering but I won’t do that until it’s pretty obviously in flower. She’s taking the training nicely and I think I’m starting to figure things out when it comes to training.. the trick is to simply SLOW DOWN. #2 is looking great! Her leaves are healthy and node spacing is just how I like it to look. She likes LST and seems happy with the maxi grow/bloom series. The roots on each plant are healthy and white #3 is getting greener each day but I’m starting to believe it’s either genetics or this nutrient line that’s causing this effect. #4 is the thickest and biggest plant of the bunch. However, she is displaying rust spots and potential calcium or iron deficiency on the lower older leaves. I may have to feed heavier on cal mag while running this nutrient line up. Another good week for my girl! Everything is going well. Started blooming and I'm feeding it every other day with 2L of solution. I've trimmed a bit the left plants so they all have enough space to grow. I am trying to push over the left ones to the corners because I got no other choice.. I ordered auto but they turned to be or at least look like females. They don't show any sign to start flowering yet!

Day 14 VEG: A good week of settling in and heading outwards to the pots edges this week. No stress , just a nice, relaxed , adjusting to the world they will inhabit for the next 10 weeks or so. They are nearly all on their 5th nodes now so will possibly begin to play with the 5th growth nodes this week to break the apical dominance ( focus of energy on the main stem and bud) . I do like how neat and tidy autos can grow naturally but they can also get leggy and waste a lot of grow room vertical space that is always at a premium for me in my cramped , awkward space. I plan to now use 3 different methods on the Amnesia haze to compare side-by-side as we grow. Will hopefully answer some questions about the methods and which produces better results. One will be topped , one f.i.mmed and the last one trained over horizontal at the 5th node but uncut. The last method is better suited to a wider pot than the ones I am using but will be worth a try !. They are currently happy and healthy with no signs of any genetic issues but the #2 is in a more compacted soil which has resulted in an odd rectangular shape to her overall footprint. Her middle leaf points are retarded on all of her fan leaves so far and it will be interesting to see how she progresses too. The Girl scout cookies are also nice and healthy looking so far with no concerns at all. I plan to defoliation one of these ladies at intervals and stripped her right back during flowering while the other one is kept intact with a light defol as it grows to avoid light blocking only. Again this could answer a few queries regarding autoflowers and defoliation for a few of us. I hope to make this an interesting and informative run and welcome any comments , advice/questions or general chatter as we go along. Be well UPDATE DAY 15 LST. today I started working with the ladies and completed the planned methods for them #1 Amnesia haze had the F.I.M which inhopenworks ( irony at it's best!!). I chose topping of Amnesia haze #2 as she looks like her nodes will be quite far apart compared to the other 2 and her lower growth was nowhere near as bushy as her 2 sisters either. This topping should stop her pushing the height of the lights up for her lankinness. #3 is going to be pulled over on her 5th node once it is long enough to pin down to 90° . Girl scout cookies have been cleaned of their 1st and 2nd nodes so i can focus the attention on the 5 remaining mains as they grow out more.. watch this space.lol .

Día 22. El estirón ha frenado. Las plantas están empezando a llenarse de flores. Se me hace extraño tener las plantas con esta forma, dado que siempre he usado cortes y LST. Se ven bastante bien, aunque cada vez que las miro, me dan ganas de cortarle alguna otra rama. Pero no quisiera mermar el rendimiento. Ya a esta altura sería más.contraproducente que otra cosa. Pero creo que debí haber sacado más ramas de las que saqué. Día 24. Fui un iluso al pensar que el crecimiento había frenado. Hoy ya las plantas tienen 5 cm más que hace dos días. Voy a tener que doblarlas si siguen a este ritmo. Tuve que hacer un video, ya que no tengo lugar para sacar fotos en contra picado. Veo que se están llenando de flores y empiezo a imaginar el resultado final. Día 26. Las plantas crecieron otros 5 cm en estos dos días. Ya estan 65 cm. Me empieza a preocupar, por lo que supongo que voy a tener que doblarlas un poco. Seguramente solamente doble las dos mas altas cruzadas entre si. Vengo ilusionado, pero sospecho que van a ser necesarias entre 7 y 8 semanas. Tuve que agregar solución, ya que había bajado mucho el nivel del depósito, y agregué un poco de bud blood. Voy a seguir usándolo hasta el momento del PK. Seguiré actualizando.
