Coming to a finish soon. Brown effected leaf spots have burned to a paper-bag brown color/look. Issue was resolved at first sight, so it remained at the canopy. A bit ugly looking, but nice frosty flowers still. Flowers are VERY dense on the top half of the canopy. I took a small top to test trichs and it was like slicing into a cucumber. No air whatsoever. Overall the plant is extremely healthy despite some ugly looking leaves at the top caused by low ph and possibly lack of calmag a few weeks ago.

Week 16 From Seed | Lemon Cherry Gelato 🍋🍒 | Cure, Smoke Report & Closing Chapter Well… Here we are. Final chapter. And honestly, this one feels strange to write because somewhere along the way this stopped becoming “just another grow” and became one of those runs you genuinely remember afterward. First of all, as always lately, apologies again for dividing the reports into several parts. But honestly, with the amount of photos, macros, trimming sessions, drying observations, resin collection, curing experiments, root inspections, smoke notes, and documentation collected during this run… there was simply no realistic way to compress everything into one single update without losing important parts of the journey. And this final report deserves the full respect of the process. So for everyone arriving only now and jumping directly into the final week, quick recap: These Lemon Cherry Gelato girls were grown completely under 12/12 from seed. No long vegetative period. No giant training sessions. No extreme manipulation. Just allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally while documenting the entire process from seed to cure. And honestly? These girls delivered beautifully. Compact structure. Heavy flower stacking. Massive density. Ridiculous resin production. Loud terpene expression. Strong roots. Strong stems. And some genuinely beautiful medicine in the end. Across the previous reports we covered: - growth structure, - flowering behavior, - fading, - harvest, - drying, - trimming, - finger hash, - temple balls, - curing setup, - and storage methods. This final report becomes the real conclusion: The cure. The smoke. The chemistry. The experience. And the final transformation from plant into finished medicine. And honestly… This is where cannabis truly becomes complete. Because harvest is not the finish line. Drying and curing are not “extra steps.” They ARE part of cultivation. And I genuinely think many growers underestimate how much chemistry is still actively happening after harvest. Fresh flowers are biologically active material. They are still full of: - moisture, - chlorophyll, - sugars, - starches, - enzymes, - unstable volatile compounds, - and rapidly changing terpene structures. Drying removes free moisture slowly enough to preserve structure and prevent mold. But curing? Curing is where the flower actually matures. Where harshness softens. Where chlorophyll breaks down. Where terpene profiles settle. Where moisture equalizes internally. Where aromas stop smelling “green” and start smelling like the cultivar itself. Fresh flower smells like plant. Cured flower smells like genetics. And honestly… these girls cured BEAUTIFULLY. The smoke became incredibly smooth. Soft on inhale. Soft on exhale. Almost creamy sometimes. No harshness. No aggressive throat hit. No weird grassy notes. Just properly finished medicine. The terpene profile evolved into something honestly difficult to describe perfectly because it keeps shifting depending on the jar, humidity, breakdown, and even time of day. Glass jars remain timeless for a reason: - reliable, - reusable, - visually satisfying, - easy for long-term inspection, - and perfect for manual burping routines. Meanwhile Grove Bags genuinely simplify moisture management dramatically by helping stabilize internal humidity exchange automatically when flowers are dried properly beforehand. And this is important: No storage system fixes bad drying. Curing starts during dry. That’s why environment matters so much: - stable temperature, - gentle airflow, - humidity control, - patience, - and avoiding overdrying early. Because once flowers overdry aggressively, you cannot truly reverse that damage completely. And yes… we went deep into the chemistry too 😄 Because the transformation happening during cure is honestly fascinating: - chlorophyll degrading, - harsh compounds softening, - volatile terpenes stabilizing, - cannabinoids slowly evolving, - oxidation pathways beginning, - moisture redistributing through the flower itself. Even THC slowly evolves over time depending on oxygen, heat, UV exposure, and storage conditions. Everything is chemistry. Everything keeps moving. And good curing is essentially controlled aging. Not old weed. Finished weed. That difference matters. The roots deserve a huge mention too because once the root balls finally came out after harvest, the entire watering behavior suddenly made complete sense. Beautiful root development. Healthy structure. Excellent substrate colonization. And honestly? You can usually understand the story of the plant better after harvest than during growth itself sometimes. The roots explain everything: - feeding behavior, - drinking behavior, - vigor, - recovery, - structure, - and overall plant energy. Massive respect to these girls. We also fully cleaned and reset the room afterward because post-harvest cleaning matters enormously too: - fans disassembled, - dust removed, - oils checked, - equipment cleaned, - surfaces sanitized, - UVC treatment, - airflow reset, - and the environment prepared for the next chapter. A clean room is part of prevention. And prevention is always easier than solving problems later. The finger hash and temple balls turned out beautiful too. Soft. Greasy. Easy to work. Extremely aromatic. The kind of resin that almost melts itself with body heat alone. And honestly, the photos documenting the curing stages of the resin are some of my favorite images from this entire series because you can literally SEE the transformation happening: - oxidation, - terpene movement, - grease development, - crystal structure changes, - texture evolution, - and the beginning of long-term curing. Living chemistry. And that’s probably the best way to describe this entire run honestly: Living chemistry. From seed… to roots… to flowers… to resin… to cure… to smoke. Everything connected. Final dry numbers also made me extremely happy: Plant 1: 304.5 grams dry trimmed flower. Plant 2: 163.5 grams dry trimmed flower. Final total: 468 grams dry manicured cured flower. And for a 12/12-from-seed run? Absolutely fantastic. Especially considering the compact size these plants actually occupied physically. Small footprint. Big output. Beautiful quality. Day 22 everything seems to be ok 😃👌 Day 23 still growing good 😃👌

Week 6 starts tomorrow technically this went up at day 41. But I've started every week a day early so far so keeping with tradition we can do this again 😜 Slight purpling of the leaves I'm confident this is due to the cold night temps, I'm getting a heater today to warm her up a bit to try and kick start the growth again, buds are really thickening up, won't be long until they look like buds and not little balls of white hairs! The main Cola looks like she's going to be a big one! Exciting times! Day 42: Week 6 is here! Finally the buildings heating got turned up to a more acceptable level! Night time temps are up (18c), day time temps are up (26c) and I might be imagining it but the plant really responded to not being on the border of whats acceptable! Buds are very visibly forming day by day at the moment, really looking forward to what next week brings! I'm seeing more and more bud sites appearing all over the place, the Main Cola is becoming a decent size, all the secondary colas are growing in but I think she's gonna be heavy on popcorn buds too 😁 I'm wishing I was more experienced because I'd probably be a lot more excited about what she's doing, I assume she's going well but I have no idea how much buds will swell over the next few weeks, I'm just assuming they're going to fill out where the pistils are growing out to if that's the case oooowwweeee I've broken even at least! Loads of pictures gone up today, tried to get a picture of every cola/top that's forming and a decent number of the lower bud sites, that main cola though 😍 One of my main sun leaves has been shaded for about a week and the plant has only just decided to start cannibalising it, going pretty completely yellow and the edges are starting to go brown. I'm now 100% convinced this is because it's not getting light and isn't adding any benefit to the plant. I'll be taking that off in a few days I'm sure. I also have one sun leaf that got burned fairly early on in the grow and is now starting to get pretty seriously burned with each feeding, debating just taking it off too. It's the only leaf looking sick Day 43: Now I've raised the temps it seems a lot more of the nutes in the soil have suddenly become available and there's a bit of Nute burn showing on the plant in various locations, the first few fan leaves that were already burnt are now starting to die off anyway. I think we're getting to that stage where the plant starts cannibalising it'self by nature because those partially burned leaves are starting to look very sick whilst the rest of the plant looks healthy and green. New growth is still a bit purple I'm not sure what to do tomorrow, to feed or not to feed that is the question! Every day the buds are visibly swelling and growing taller, I'm getting more and more excited by the day! I'm uncertain about defoliating this girl, certainly the lower leaves that are dying off need to come off soon, one is completely yellow so I could do that almost any day now, but the burned leaves look like the plant is still taking nutrients out of them so I don't want to take away that valuable source! Top canopy is very bushy so I'm not sure she'd even notice, opening a grow question about this! Day 43: Updated - Tonight I trimmed the dead leaves ONLY (2 total, got nervous after this) there was the yellow leaf that had completely died and would have started to rot soon and one of the very burned leaves had also gone a very sick shade of yellow/green I went around the plant an tucked all the fan leaves covering the bud sites to try and get more light, except by the end of the day the plant had moved those leaves back into place, guess I need to let nature take her course! Tomorrow is a feeding day, she's started showing some early signs of def. in the topmost leaves, looking forward to feeding her and giving her a big boost of growth again 😁 I think we've about 4/5 weeks to go on this girl being ready! Day 44 - Feeding day, 1ml of Bio Bloom in 1 litre of water (750 ml with the mix in then followed behind with another 250 ml clean distilled water to help dilute it down further) this was the first time in a long time I actually got run off! Happy to report the PH at Run off was 6.5 which is pretty darn good! and the PH of the water provided was also 6.5 after nutes and PH balancing. Buds have thickened up again overnight! Day 45 - No pics this morning as I'm in a bit of a rush, will upload tonight, Humidity very high (65%) this morning but she did get a litre of water yesterday, seems to be drinking so much more water than ever before probably ready for a water tomorrow morning already! I think now is the time to stop droughting, the roots should be fairly well established and I want bud production to be the biggest focused, buds have swollen overnight again, the leaf mass is starting to spread out more and airflow is better, mould is a concern but looking to reduce humidity with a humidity pack very soon Day 46- Pistils are now starting to go brown, watering around 1 Litre every 48 hours today was a plain water day and the leaves are starting to turn yellow at the bottom, I understand this is normal for flowing but wonder if it's too early, started grow question regarding this Day 47 - The bud growth is incredibly noticeable! The top cola is starting to take a very nice shape, I've moved the lights around to get the lights closer to the other colas without burning the top one, a feat of engineering in itself! Each day the flowers get bigger and thicker!

I'm like 5 days late with this update so I have had to pin videos that I took the same week while I was communicating with TRYHARD so ignore any dialogue that's out of context they aren't diary logs they are simply correspondence between myself And TRY, oh and sorry about my language I'm common as muck me. The pictures are just random pics I took that week as oppose to my usual more organised method but hey ho I'll do a more tidy job next week. The week went swimmingly barring some nitrogen deff on the lowers which I initially put down to the hot weather drying the pots too quickly and causing nute lockout with the salt buildup so I flushed then gave them a nice feed after they dried the pot at which point I noticed the most heavily afflicted by the N deff were also the quickest drinkers and had lower EC on the runoff so I have been giving them a slightly stronger feed than the others and it seems to have solved everything so I'm happy with that. Bud development is nice, frost is nice, terps are through the roof right now..... Zkittlez ones are really stinking of lime and candy bubblegum Punch ones are stinking berry berry nice! Things are really starting to smell strong and getting fun. Seeing some frosty Trichomes. Excited!

(Log date week 7, day 49) So this week was a mixed bag, Tuesday started off with me finding a spider web on one of the lower fan leaves on my Hulkberry plant and noticed some bite marks on some of Fat Banana. In my haste to give rid of the spider mites, i caused some minor wind damage to some of the fan leaves on Hulkberry which caused some copper spotting and a stunted Fat banana cola. After i correctly treated both plants for spider mites and wind damage, they both bounced back and started to recover quite nicely. I also noticed a difference between topping these plants at different times; i topped fat banana when it had 4 cola's but i waited until hulkberry's roots reached to the bottom of my 5gal bucket and she had 8 cola's. A BIG difference in their recovery and overall structure, where fat banana jump out the gate with explosive veg growth and hulkberry struggled for two weeks just to develop it's first set of fan leaves. To now whereas hulkberry is much bigger, greener and bushier than fat banana. Hulkberry has responded much better to the additional stress whereas fat banana has struggled or stalled due to the stressful conditions. All in all wasn't too bad of a week, except for the power going out for a couple of hours on Saturday which raised my grow-room temperature to 90f, i was able to put out a couple of fires this week without any adverse long term effects. I also topped hulkberry on the last day of the week and I'm going to continue to feed them Technfloa at the full recommended strength since they have both responded very well to last week's formula. as always my pic are in chronological order Mr. O.G.T

Saturday 25th July (day 28) 9pm This time I could be home at lights on so they will have a mixed feed with a little PK. I have been adding EcoThrive charge too much which has cause lockout due to excess nitrogen in the soil, at first I thought it could have been PK but some research and listening to Brandon Rust I have come to my conclusion that it is a nitrogen toxicity. I was adding far too much organic microbes and supplements. Basically nitrogen locked out Calmag that caused tip burn, the plants or on the edge of a nitrogen toxicity but because they’re in Coco and have had a mixture of organic and synthetic the organic side has acquired to much nitrates locking out calcium to the tips of the leaves The BBM has had tip burn the cheese looks too green, both are dark green but the Cheese has more foliage to store the nitrogen hence why little tip burn but more of a vegetative colour, the BBM has hardly any fan leaves left after a strip early in flower. I also think I defoliated too early, but then to second guess I believe if I didn’t feed to much organics the flowers would be much further along. After the previous 2 feeds I can notice the buds picking back up again. Hopefully I can continue with this mix I’m using now and get some consistent bud growth over the next week. I’ll be glad when this one is over. The summer heatwaves are just tiring when you’re growing especially in coco. As you can see I’m imputing a low EC and the run off is gradually spiking up everyday. Only way to reduce it is to do massive amounts of nutrients. Note to self, make sure the timer is set up so I can be home for lights on watering. Day 51! Had a week of some high temperatures, had them peaking at 33c, but they seem to of took it. The lemon cherrys will definitely be done first, the smell of 🍋 is beautiful, the 🦍 slowly starting to make its mark, each plant been averaging 5 litres of water every 2 days, thirsty girls, looking forward to the week ahead!

This week went great again. The flowers are chunking up more now, filling with trichomes. The smell is amazing🤤🤤🤤! Afghan kush early harvest is impressive with chunky buds already.Pink kush has the best smell and beautiful Color’s on her leaves. They all smell great. Orange bunz smell like oranges. Lots of trichomes everywhere! These LED lights seem to be doing a great job so far. Gaia green hasn’t disappointed me yet, always heathy happy plants. I defoliated a bunch a little bit over time to make sure I didn’t run into pm or other issues. 🔥💨💚✌️🏼

NOT the best week.... -Day 47 since sprouting - Day 12, week 2 of flower ? ?? Possibly?? Honestly, no idea Inside - Last time watered was Sunday - Tiger Bloom - Grew tall QUICK , got too close to the light- Broke off the top few inches of the main cola while raising the light and taking fan and filter down on Tuesday - Very high humidity in tent, started too many at once, didn't expect them to be so big! Got it under control , but too crowded. Now sharing with Zkittles Auto, I believe. Outside - Watered Tuesday ( didn't ph water) - Weather has been very inconsistent- tornado, high winds, rainy, humid, cool, hot - Seems happy, been having to move her around a lot, hoping today is the LAST time. They both smell amazing! Not going to lie. I will be disappointed if I mess them both up. One of my favorite strains to use and grow. Next time will be topping and keeping inside, lesson learned. No bugs! -

New week. 55-65 DLi. The dodecahedron is the only Platonic solid that has infinite numerical pathways. Might mean nothing to you yet, but its means infinity to me.

Defoliated the heck out of them for the last time.. 2 weeks into flowering, now I’ll just clip stuff here and there that interferes with light.. But that’s it they both look healthy.. Crazy happy with the Red Diesels come back from death to 18” tall so far and multiple colas. For a backup the Cinderella grew great.. Caught up to the diesel with a decent height and still growing.. Both strong plants I may try one re-veg, I’m in between that or mini field of green with Orange Creamsicle seeds I have.. The nutrient calculations are off.. I give them 5ml of mantis per liter every feeding, and 15 ml Bembe per gallon once a week now during flowering.

The grow ended on day 100 from seed. The latest trichome check showed plenty of amber on the buds, so it was time for her to come down. 784g/27.66oz wet - anticipating perhaps 5-6oz dry - time will tell. Overall this grow has gone pretty smoothly.

It's time to dive headfirst into the first week report for my plant, Jelousy, in the exhilarating Power Buds contest brought to us by the magnificent Zamnesia and Plagron. So, what's the scoop? Well, my little Jelousy has certainly shown some unique character from the get-go, with leaves that are as unique as they come. But you know what? I absolutely love it! It's like Mother Nature's way of saying, "I've got a surprise in store for you." Now, let me walk you through the first chapter of our journey with Jelousy. We started off the feeding regimen with a radio (not your typical radio, mind you) of 10ml per liter of Sugar Royal. The TDS level hovered around 110, and the pH was a pristine 6.0. To make things even more exciting, we've been keeping the water temperature at a cozy 21 degrees Celsius. But here's a little twist – I've been using a ziplock bag as a mini-dome to create the perfect microclimate for our young champion. It's like a little world of its own, and it makes the entire process super easy and, most importantly, incredibly fun to work with. Watching Jelousy grow within this mini biosphere is nothing short of magical!
