@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Prepared the soil 12 days ago and prepared the pots at the day i put the seeds into glass of water. I used 50% Dope Light and 50% Coco as light mix for the top layer I used 50% Dope Soil and 50% Reused Soild + Additives to reactivate my old soil.

I think I'm off to a good start. This is the roughest part of a grow for me so far. One thing that I learned from my past killings was to not get obsessive and that's the approach. I've got a way better understanding of feeding now. I was confused about feeding charts, thinking that it was mix and feed. Even though I checked the PH and PPM (incorrectly a few times) I'd consistently fry my plants to near death, bring them back with plain, proper ph'd water and then re-fry the next feeding. It hadn't dawned on me that the nutrient mix while being in the optimal PH range, mixed in right order and correct measurements, my PPM/EC was way too high for the stage of the plant. Yikes, I was feeding a toddler 3 double Whoppers with extra everything. And XL fries. You burn and learn I guess. The little girl was starting to look hungry so I took a shot and fed light nutrients with some hydrogen peroxide (will update the chart soon getting sleepy). I also punched a lot more holes in the bottom of the solo cup. Few hours later her leaves perked up like she was giving me a high five. Leaves are looking good too with a PPM of about 211. It's going to be a warmer weekend so I figure I'll crack another seed and put my 5 gallon pot to use. Possibly a photoperiod?

Got rid of the root rot. Got some nice looking healthy roots. Got a little too excited with chopping the big fan leaves off. Had to chop the ones on the topt plant it was having some weird spots on the whole leave.

Flowering day 43 The plant was watered today with 1.2 L 🙂. They were also checked for their health and pests 👍. Everything looks great 🙏🏻. Flowering day 45 Today 1.5 l per pot was poured so that some drainage comes out again. therefor two days are not poured 😋. Wowww , i cannot believe that i have come this far , it is finally week 3 of flowering and 12 week of growing !!! I have been feeding her by following the feeding schedule . She is doing very good but i had to change my grow light to increase light exposure area since the old one cannot cover the whole plant . My new magnifying glass is superb it is very handy and cheap (I got it for 4$) . I prepared this for trichomes inspection . I encounter a bug problem in this week , i spotted a few red spider mites(not sure what they’re called XD) on the leaves but luckily i spot it fast and used an organic product to prevent it before the spread is uncontrollable . This kind of insect is very common in my area , the place i live is very dry and hot which they love . So i dropped my temperature down and mist the plants with local organic pesticide . I really do not wish to mist or increase the humidity during flowering because it can cause buds rot but i have to because I know that this kind of insect is super scary and hard to prevent . :(((( Anybody with better alternatives please give me some suggestions . Day 76: There is a lot of flowering going on but i can’t see any trichomes production yet . I think the mites are all gone but to prevent it i will continue spraying the organic pesticide every 3 days or once a week.
