7/19: Started new nutrients today. Filled gallon jug with new nutes. Poured half of new nute mix in half gallon jug. Poured the entire half gallon jug into reservoir. 7/20: Bumped light intensity to 50% 7/21: Filled reservoir to the 2nd line today. Added a total of 1 gallon to res to get it to that line. Poured the rest of the mixed nutes for this week (half gallon) and then another half gallon of just plain water. 7/24: Bumped light intensity to 55% 7/25: Sadness today 😞.. While in the process of doing more LST today I accidentally snapped the main stem. I Panicked! Moved plant back in opposite direction to counteract the split. Will be monitoring very closely! 🙏🏾 ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

First day of the 4th week

Today marks the start of the final week before harvest, and I’ve officially begun flushing the plant. It's really exciting to see how far it has come. The buds have developed beautifully, and the scent is amazing – super fruity and sweet, almost like a mix of berries and tropical fruit. The aroma fills the space every time I check on it. I’m pretty satisfied with how the plant has grown overall. The structure is solid, and the buds are dense and sticky. Everything looks on track for a good yield, and I can’t wait to see the final product after curing. Fingers crossed for a smooth finish!

The girl looks really good, strong thick branches, which I wanted to bend a little more, but I don't have the space for that :D :D The girl hasn't started to show her flowers yet, but I think that in a few days, it should appear :) good luck to everyone.

Hi there! I decided to cut the other plant like I said. I wanted to try the FIM method and I actually missed and did it in two times cut! 😢 From now on plant #1 will be mentioned as FIM and plant #2 will be the TOP. Lst is a very interesting method and seem to work but I'm not totally sure if I do it right.

I have been checking them every other day now and this is the week they'll be 'going dark' before I chop and hang them to dry. 12/5- I'm continuing to flush all three with 2g of straight well water with NPK Yucca Extract added, which I then ph to 6.5 @ 68℉, twice daily for a total of 4g each day. The two purple pheno's are just breathtaking in looks and their aroma's! The #2 plant is a beautiful cultivar as well, just not purple, with several huge cola's having formed due to her being topped! 12/7- Today at 'lights out' I placed all three Tropicana Cookies in the dark for 72hrs. I moved them to a dedicated room that is totally dark and which I can keep control of the temperature, humidity and air circulation (same room I use for drying). For the 72hr dark period I keep the temp's between 60-65℉ at a RH of 40-45% with decent air circulation. 12/11- Today, all three of the FastBuds Tropicana Cookies were released from 'Dark Jail'. I actually let them go an additional day, for a total of 96hrs in the dark, and from the looks of them it didn't hurt them one bit! All three look absolutely fantastic and the aroma coming off of them is just incredible! 🤪🔥 Every plant is heavily frosted up and all have tightly stacked, dense flowers. After chopping, I'm going to hang each of them whole to try to extend their drying time as much as possible. My dedicated 'Drying Room' has no outside light and is maintained at 58-60℉ with a RH of 50-60%. I use a de-humidifier, humidifier and two fans in the room. One fan is for air circulation, the other brings in cold outside air and the humidifier/de-humidifier handle the RH. I'm shooting for a 10-12 day dry, but that can always change because we all know 'shit happens'! 😁 My next diary entry will be after these fine ladies are done drying, get trimmed up, weighed and jarred. A week on everything is going ok. The mutant is still hanging in there doing its own thing with growth. The other two are coming along nicely, the smaller one is very uniform and has good structure to it. The bigger one is just a beast! Growth is rapid and the shape is nice. She drinks a lot more than the other two. Getting the second light was a good idea based on the umol m2 (572 with both switches on).

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. I looked under the pallets the entire length. Hopfully he just ran out of a hole or up the fence. I'm going to get an air horn and blow it inside the cage. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. 8/8 Rained all night. Still raining today and the forecast says it will continue throughout the day until midnight. It's come down heavy at times but for the most part it's a rain that plants like. Defoliated a couple leaves but nothing really needed it. Without a trellis or my tarps up the grow bags seem to dry out incredibly fast so I need to watch that. It's also "toughened" up the plant wants. I've seen them blowing straight sideways and they were fine. I do need to find that four lined plant bug and spray BT after the rain. Plants lovedcthe nutes. I might feed a little later today or tomorrow. I've got a few things to do but I'll keep this updated. Went over and defoliated ANYTHING that needed it and combed through every plant during a pause in the storm. Then I shook them all off and did a video. This is by far the healthiest crop I've grown! I think they can handle more nutes too so I'm going to up it next feed. Still seeing stptadoc chunks missing and random pillar damage. BT will handle it. It's just so minor I'm not even sure if it should be addressed that way. I've had pretty good luck just looking for them and picking them off. 8/9 Cannabis can grow an inch or two in a day and it definitely has been! The rain has finally stopped. I went and shook all my plants off. I'm going to check and see the last time I fed and try to get a feeding schedule created that won't cause lockout. That's been a problem in the past. I've defoliated a lot of leaves lately but EVERYTHING is looking amazing. Extremely healthy. I DO need to spray BT for the pillars and I need to move that one plant back. I keep forgetting to grab the little wheels I need to make a platform. There are other ways I could do it I guess. I'll keep this updated. No damage from the storm and I went through and defoliated before and after. Forgot to upload shit and now I'm back home with this shitty internet connection. I'm trying to upload this video but we'll see. It's at like 32%. I did a full workout and came back to find this at 77% lol. I need to remember to upload things when I'm not in the middle of the woods. UPDATE: Checked on things and did a video. Need to feed, apply bt and secure individual branches before flowering increases 8/10 LOOKS to be a beautiful day. Growbags are heavy as hell and wet on the bottom. I ALMOST fed today and I still might. The pp in the 10 seems to have leeched a lot of nutes. That and a giant blueberry cheese are the only places I'm seeing a deficiency and I want to keep it simply. I also need to put a trellis up apply BT. also if I'm going to move things around I've got to do it before I put up flowering supports. It's harder to move stuff when it's wet. I'll keep this updated. The girls look fantastic. UPDATE: Went and trellised two of my plants. I was going to feed today but decided to wait until the next time I water. I'm only seeing deficiencies on the phrple punch in the ten and the GIANT blueberry cheese that I watered the most. Bags were heavy as hell this morning but I bet I'll need to water tomorrow. We'll see. Hahaha wow. I'm trying to upload a video but even my tough as fuck plants might have some difficulty in torrential rains like this. Wow. That's all I can say. I'll either go check and shake them off tonight or if it keeps it up I'll wait until morning I guess. What a shit show 8/11 WOW. That's probably the hardest I've ever seen it rain. Got to the grow this morning and found NO damage. It's super sunny amd windy so the bags will probably dry out. I think it's suppised to rain again Sunday. I definitely haven't had to water that's for sure. Nothing was even bent over this morning. The blue cheese I didn't fim or top (I wanted to see gow it grew naturally) pop ka was bent down a little bit but not much considering the pounding it got. You can see on the videos. Since bags were saturated I didn't need to water before I fed. I fed 1.25 pints to every plant. I gave the fifty 2.5 pints and the purple punch in the 10 got closer to a pint. I want to start out slow with nutes as I'm nor seeing many deficiencies. I may fuck around today and put some more trellises up seeing this wind bur when flower comes I can just put my tarp up. I'll update as I go. UPDATE: WENT BACK OVER BECAUSE THE WIND WAS WHIPPING LIKE CRAZY AND TREES WERE DOWN. I SANITIZED ALL MY TRELLISING AND HORIZONTALLY TRELLISED TWO 10TH PLANETS IN FRONT AND VERYICAL TRELLISED THE THIRD. HORIZONTAL TRELLISED THE PURPL WE PUNCH IN THE 10 AND VERTICAL TRELLISED THE BLUE CHEESE IN THE 50 AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CAGE. GLAD I GOT THIS DONE. NOW I JUST NEED TO SPRAY BT AND I'LL FEEL CAUGHT UP. 8/12 Got my supports up and ready now I've just got to find the time to give the girls an application of BT. I've done a pretty good job with manual removal thus far. Bags are over watered. It's Rained so hard and so often that the bags have stayed drenched. Luckily this ridiculous wind has been drying my grow bags out relatively fast. I'm hoping that will be the case today. They're starting to dry out but it's supposed to rain tonight and I think tomorrow. Bright and sunny right now. These are some resilient plants. They seemed to like the liquid kool bloom. I noticed (barely noticeable but I was looking for it) a SLIGHT color change at the very TIPS of a few leaves on a plant but not enough to consider it burn. I will monitor but I think ive got a pretty good feeding regimen. I plan to use as little as I can get away with. I'll keep this updated. UPDATE: WENT TO CHECK ON PLANTS AS I GOT "THAT FEELING". EVERYTHING WAS LOOKING GREAT BUT THEN I WENT AND LIFTED MY DRY 22GALS OF SOIL AND COMPATED IT TO MY 20S AND LIKE I THOUGHT THE WIND HAD DRIED THEM OUT. I CANT BELIEVE HOW QUICK THEY DRY OUT. I GAVE EVERYTHING 1.5 GALLONS AT LEAST EXCEPT FOR THE 10 WHICH I GAVE A LITTLE LESS THAN A GALLON. I GAVE THE 50 A LITTLE OVER 2 GALLONS AND I DISNT NOTICE RUNOFF. I HAD MORE WATER MIXED UP IM THINKING I SHOULDVE GIVEN IT ANOTHER GALLON. OH WELL ITS SUPPISED TO RAIN A LITTLE TONIGHT AND THEN TOMORROW. I HAVEN'T WAYERED IN LIKE A WEEK SO I PROBABLY SHOULD'VE GIVEN THE WHOLE 2 GALLONS. THEY GOT DAMN CLOSE THOUGH. 8/13 Rained like hell last night. Oh course it did. Doesn't really matter though. I had to water. I thibk the last time "I" watered was lime a week ago. My bags were dry. Plants weren't drooping and they might've been ok but I've under-watered twice already to the point they drooped right over dead looking and I wasn't going to do that again. Plants seem to love the nutes I gave. Keeping the tarps off and allowing the wind through and having my bags on pallets has really saved me this year. Everyone else is bitching about the rain and lack of sun but things are going great for me knock on wood. I'm not 'in the ground' though so that probably has something to do with it. I just need to check my plants multiple times a day. These plants are getting massive. The cage is at least 8ft tall and the biggest one is about to the top now. Almost as wide too. 8/14 I forgot to write the entry but I uploaded some pics from this morning. They were wet from the storm but I went back over and took video that's like two and a half minutes plus I took some pictures. I pulled the cage out but I need to undue one of the lathes and pull it forward. I also need to apply BT. Plants seem to be aggressively flowering (some more than others) so it's a real exciting time. I went over this afternoon and everything looked fantastic. I'll try to upload a few pictures but the video will have to wait. Didn't rain today and my bags sry out quick so I'm sure they'll be fine even if it rains. I did notice that the two plants I watered most including the smallest container seem lighter in color. IT might hust be the transition to flower but u think I need to increase feed. On the 10th planet's they are green as can be and have that SLIGHT little almost unnoticeable part you really have to look for on the tips that means it's getting its nutes but it's not burnt. I believe I'm going to have to make feeding schedules for each strain

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. July 6: looking good starting a new week. In a few days out I’ll add another scrog layer to space out the 16 colas. July 7: draped a piece of scrog netting across the plant and exposed the growth tips while tucking in the fan leaves. Net is not tied down as I realize it doesn’t need to be. Will add another final scrog net in about two weeks. Hot weather forecast for next two weeks which is pretty much perfect timing. 👍👍 July 10: hot last three days (32 C) with a super high overnight low last night of nearly 20 C. Added a second scrog layer to separate out the growth tips a bit further. Adding loose scrog net layers seems to be working quite well while maintaining the easy portability that I need to chase sunlight hours in my yard. July 12: made it through the heat wave and now back to ideal cannabis temperatures. 👍. She looks really good this morning. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds
