Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

lovely OG to grow, touched my plants with oil on my fingers dumb move hey see video. This is 1 of the easiest strains I have ever grown in 0ver 30 years, topped once no lst and thrive at a ph of 6.7 they use everything around 5litres in 4 days the pots are light and dry but not bone dry.

No water for her for the last week and I have pruned the soil earlier today. I will be feeding her pure ph’d water in the next few days as her cup feels almost dry!

Week 7 is finished, end is near. This one seems to be finishing up with only a week or two left. Some fade has started and this GG#4 is really colourful! A few nanners have popped up, must be genetics but not to sure what I did to cause them to come out, more than likely to much light. I dimmed the light regardless as the leaves on the tallest cola in the tent were showing signs of stress. So yeah, nanners, probably light stress. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 20” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. I drink my water straight from the tap, ph is around 7, and less than 15ppm, good for me, good for my plants. Water is aerated in a 30 gallon reservoir. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. I already began to think that the red Gorilla will not turn red as the manufacturer promises .. but I could not imagine that in a few days she would pretend to be like that and turn red .. after I washed the pot and left her to dry, she began to pick up color)) and here you are you can see what a huge difference in color compared to last week .. Harvest soon !!! the smell is just amazing!

First week was alright, I think I put the seed to early in coco coir and then into leca in dwc tank. Tap water is around 200 ppm and 7.6ph, I boil the water because of kalk. First 2-3 days I was starting with 7.2 - 6.6 ph and 520 - 640 ppm D. 4-5 640-790 ppm 5.8-.5.6 adding more terra Aquatica D. 5-7 790-980 ppm 5.6-6.2 ph 23c tent 19c w.

2/4/19 - I'm really pleasantly surprised by Tangie'matic. I expected stress and stunting after topping, but she's pushing back with vigor and growth! I'm relieved, as this is my first topping experiment, and I'm doing it with an autoflower. Naturally, learning something new comes with a certain degree of uncertainty, but I feel like Tangie has been more of a partner in this learning process. I'll give the lemongrass a few more days to develop, otherwise I'll add fresh seeds again :-) . The ones that started to take root were repotted in 0.5 l pots with a mix of Canna bio and Canna coco.
