no problems at all, as usual if things are dialed in but just as long as it is. i did not change water yet, i fill it up every morning until water reaches the plastic pot. The water is ph corrected 5.5-6.5 somewhere around that with the same nutes but in lower concentration so it adds up to 1000ppm

Week 3 has been great! We topped 2 Pre 98 Bubbas and 2 Dirty Blondes so far , 2 other Pre98 Bubbas will also get the topping but just gotta give them a few more days and they will be ready for it ! Once we have a little time of recovery, we will be topping all these ladies at least 2 or 3 more times so you all keep them eyes peeled! I hope you all enjoy an have an amazing productive week ! Day 43, pH is at 6.0 currently. Plants are praying towards the light so that’s a good sign. Some spots still show up on a couple leaves, just a couple small spots, could still be adjusting. Will know in another day or so if the problem has been corrected or not. Day 44, they seem to be responding better to the change in nutrients. They’re eating and still putting on growth. Some spots are appearing but that’s probably just still an affect of last weeks overload. Day 45, PPMs have continued decreasing and they have consumed about 1.5 gals of water over the past 72 hours. I topped off their res a little bit and readjust pH to 5.9 (it rose to 6.6 because they’re consuming a lot of nutrients) Day 47, Nutrients was almost gone, changed nutrients and bumped up to 800PPM (0.5 scale) Day 48, the nutrient solution inside the buckets gets up to 78-79° by the end of the day (lights on). When lights go off, they drop down to about 70-72°. I built some insulation sleeves out of double layer bubble foil. Should insulated them enough to maintain their lower temp without increasing throughout the day. You can see in photos but in the video I also created tops for each of the buckets to help reflect light and heat from the buckets. Day 49, plants are doing great PPMs are staying pretty stable meaning they have about the perfect ratio of nutrients which is 815PPM currently. Insulating the buckets was a great idea it’s kept the res temps stable and stopped them from rising throughout the day! Today marks day 14 of flower.

Hey Canna Fam, So day 72 of 12/12 and I harvested my Plat. GSC and she was looking amazing. Buds are dense dense DENSE and sparkling with trichomes. I harvested the tops and will leave the lower canopy to mature for another week or 10 days. Hope you enjoy the update and keep posted for dried and trimmed buds.✌️🏼

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. Im a pig in shit Thanks for looking, I dont want to hear your opinion on defo or schawazze, unless youre SBG

Week 7 since we switched the light to 12/12, What’s up fellow gardeners? So this week, things got a little faster because 2 gorilla ladies started to mature earlier than their other two companions, so they had to be given a little different treatment. They needed a little manicure so that the lower flowers could also ripen. Did a moderately severe defoliation on this 2 plants. The other two are just getting fatter and gaining more weight lovely at the moment. The flowers are beautifully full, the VPD is excellent and the resin is constantly flowing seriously. The ladies are still hungry and drinking 5 litres of water every 3 days. The two gals who are ahead got their first ripening cure with Final Part, the other two were fed as usual. The scent is starting to become a little more complex, with a basket of ripe fruit added to the sweetness. I really hope this will stay until the end of the grow and after a good dry and cure process we can get it back in the final smoke.💨🍭 Crisping has started on one pheno on the biggest fan leaves, but I think it’s genetic related so I don’t attach much importance to it.🍁 It really seems like the more advanced of the two should be harvested first, which I think will happen within 2 weeks at most. Next week i will stop feeding her with grow nutrients, but decreasing (reduce) doses. I am brazilian guy, so i dont write very well and not understand somethings 😅

In week 3, I repotted the plants, including the automatics, into nice large 12.5-18 liter pots and, for the first time, watered each plant with 3 liters of water and added fertilizer from Biobizz (Root Juice, Grow, Heaven). After 3 weeks, the plants look very beautiful :) I want to do some LST on the C99, but i want them to chill for some days after the repotting. *Edit*New Pics I just wait with the LST because my flowers were really stressed and had in fact some problems. after i read some informations i just addet a little bit biobizz bloom & top for some iron etc, I think the flowers look better in shape now, i dont know because they chilled or cause of the fertilizer adding. Starting week 6 , going full force with the nutrient dosages for the next 2 weeks and getting them ready after for their final flush week Problems i had to deal with but i didnt was clearly the defoliation as i got a bit lazy start dealing with that twice, i ll just leave them as they are and see how their final development is

4/10 Hey all. So I obviously slacked off on keeping a journal. Easier said than done when life gets busy. This is for anyone who took a passing interest in this plant because this was a relatively new strain from In-house.When I last left, I was reporting yellowing in the plant and general sadness in how she looked. Long story short, I think it was the enviornment it struggled with. I ended up switching it to my "warmer" tent that was closer to the space heater. It ended up growing more when I did this. That being said, it never seemed to fully recover. I ended up flipping to 12/12 (not recommended if you have a struggling plant) only because I was starting to run out of space. Fortunately for me, it seems like the plant has never been healthier. The buds are coming in nicely thus far and smell great. I think spring came just in time for her. The tent now routinely gets up to about 75-77 degrees F instead of the balmy 72-69 F I was dealing with months ago. Regardless, this journal WILL have a happy ending. Happy growing everyone.

3/26/24 3 gal pots amended with 8 Tablespoons of Gaias 444. The last time I was growing was about 3 years ago and I had always wanted to try Gaia green but it wasn’t available in the US. So I’m excited about getting to try something, previously unobtainable. 3/31/24 end of march and end of week and one veg. They haven’t grown too much. I switched them to their final grow space in my garage, from the warm bathroom in my house so I think they are getting used to the environment finally. Finally getting the environment dialed in for them. The garage on its own is a stable 50-60*F and RH 50-60%. I thought that would be easy to control with minimal swings. The light didn’t bring the temp up as high as I thought. Things are dialed in now and they should start taking off.

A lot of rain and wind, continuously. Temps have dropped as well. I’m reading another week or two to chop this plants. Sativa dominant hybrids did the best, the Fastberry and the banana purple punch did not really develop as the other two. In specifics the cbd crack developed sizable buds, and the blue dream as well, the flowers are not as developed tight and dense as in the indoor grow. A bit of fox-tailing nothing too expressive. Minimal work, as per the setup chosen, an no extra nutes this week.

Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time.
