Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. It’s been awhile since my last update but all was missed was 3-4 weeks of veg. She is on day 7 of flower as of this moment. There’s 2 Royal Gorilla’s with each having 6 main stems and one being LST. LST is the shortest one and hoping she will stretch a lot more to catch up to the one not being LST. Also have 2 White Widows at the same age as RG doing the same comparison but with 8 main stems. Got 1 White Widow that’s 14 days ahead with 8 main stems and she’s coming along really good. Will be updating every week since there in flower now. Take care....

Hi, everybody. Well, that's the long-awaited day of harvest Bubblelicious Auto. First of all, I want to thank all those who supported me during this time, your support gave me a lot, and also gave me the motivation to do better and more beautiful. 👏 You know what I have encountered problems with smell when growing this marijuana strain because of considerations of privacy and personal security, I couldn't give extra days of life to these plants. So I made a harvest for the 70th day of life of these plants, exactly 10 weeks. When I harvested, I had to move the inflorescences to another place to dry. I put their Bank and Packed in several layers of garbage bag and tightly sealed it with sticky tape. When I came home, I dried the inflorescences, and I prefer to separate the inflorescences from the large branches, and the inflorescences themselves slightly pressed to make them easier to store and they do not crumble during transportation. So the inflorescences are obtained dense and hard as a tree, but do not lose their smell and taste, but the inflorescence should be compressed very gently and gently for several days as they dry. In General I'm okay and I'm safe. The final product gives me pleasure, so I think that my risk was justified. Now in my tent matured 3 plantsNeville Haze Auto. I'm not going to stop, I'm planning to keep growing. However, due to force majeure and weather conditions, my idea of guerrilla cannabis cultivation is at risk. So I don't know what's next. Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post I've had a lot of personal crap holding me back but I'm on the bounce back and trying to catch up with everything. Couple lessons learnt on this one. I'm going to run this strain again but a little differently based on experience from this grow, the plants were ready at week 8 barring flush so I reckon I can cut away two weeks of flower time and start my plain water flush at week 7 and chop at week 8 instead of 10 which will be great as I will be adding at least one but most likely two of those weeks to the veg time so my turnaround will be the same but my end yield should hopefully be much better. This grow is by far my best quality end product, hard nugs, caked in trichs, stinky as hell water and strong as a Russian circus freak. Yield however was not as expected from 2 meter squared using a 600w hps and 450w Ied I wanted 20-25 oz and I got 15 but I know where I went wrong as previously mentioned and I have set a challenge to do it again hitting 25oz, same strain, same system, same nutes, 1 extra plant, 1-2 weeks extra veg time and 1-2 weeks less flower time. those nugs are getting bigger and bigger each day. They‘re just soaking up the fertilzers. We have to water them every second day 2l per plant

Good week. One Mimosa cake is huge others nice .lots of buds sites .strong delicious smell. Plants are slower than the other strains I'm growing but might turn out big .

Good morning 3 months ago I started four plants. 2 tropicozz 1 red red wine from perfect tree 1 mimofuel from ShadowFarm This is the first time I have tested cuttings. I struggled to root the cuttings but. we are happy today to have succeeded in 16 cuttings out of 20 I will start flowering in 1/2 week. She got defoliated this week…I’m in love with her branching structure. My first time growing with extra hours of light to extend veg is working.

D64: Well, as I mentioned in yesterday´s report, she has some kind of deficiency I cannot tell why, so I presume it is salt buildup - which I can see from outside the pot a little more than usual - from the heavy feeding. So in that regard I flushed her and watered until it runs with 6.2 pH water. Did a little defoliation for the last time, from now on she won´t be getting anymore training nor defoliation. I expected her to be a little bigger by now but at least the seems like a fast runner and will probably finish on the estimated time by RQS of 10-11 weeks. D65: The deficiency don´t seem to have evolved. From day to night she developed some nice purple on the leaves! D66: The defiency seems to have stopped and she has a lot of dying leaves, I think it´s natural and not related to the deficiency. D69: She is getting ready.. the thricomes are looking overall about 60-70% cloudy with some clear and amber, some more days, maybe a week and she´s done. D70: Well, last day of the week and unfortunately last day of the life of this beautiful girl. I guess she had 1 or 2 more weeks still but today I woke up and she had mold – Botrytis -. It was on the low buds, closer to the ground even tho I didn´t even water, but the problem I found out later what it was: 88% humidity during the night. Now, I trimmed her all and put to dry, which will be a problem since the humidity outside is 90% and it doesn´t stop raining in this time of the year. Cut the little Canuck on day 75 before dawn and placed in tub of clean water for 4 hours to remove debris. Then hung under a shady tree to dry excess water. Very dry breezy day. By evening I weigh it at 168 grams stem and all. Then hung upside down bag open to dry. It was beginning to wilt after 48 hours... hopefully long enough to break down some carbs. I’ll be checking every day an if rain threatens I’ll put in shed. Hope to trim and bag in shed after 7 days to finish drying. Pyramid is ready to cut. It will get the same treatment. I know this is a little unorthodox and a bit risky getting the plant so wet before drying. I feel like it just gives the plant an extra day to use up any nutrients and break down those starches.

I have bought different nutrients to use in this grow and honestly I must say terpinator , W-8 and massive as flower boosters along with coco a and b as the base nutrients is fucking class I have never seen bud growth like this in 2 weeks of flower and the smell is so much stronger and sweeter usually buds won't smell like that till the 3rd week

3.23.2024: Start of week 10, day 60 from sprout. Plant is moving along nicely. Heavy trichome production. No large buds but whats there is great. Dense too. Lots of purpling on the top leaves. She's probably going to finish sooner than her tent mate. 3.24.2024: Day 61. Fed 1/4 strength nutes. 96oz at 6.5ph. 3.25.2024: Day 62. ZZZzzzZZzzz 3.26.2024: Day 63. 96oz at 6.5ph. 3.27.2024: Day 64. ZZzzzZZz 3.28.2024: Day 65. just the tiger bloom and cal mag today at 1/4 strength. 96oz at 6.49ph. 3.29.2024: Day 66. ZzzzzZZzz. End of Week 9 from seed. Trichomes are starting to get milky...maybe 70/30.
