New week! Tips and help from last week, I had around 1500 ppm and I did flush my roots in water and change everything. Now is around 1000 ppm and dropping 150 ppm a day. Did read about water level in DWC and how to increase the grow with water. I had the water almost up to the root or the level of there the basket is. Now I have 1-2 inch (2-5 cm) below where the roots come out. This create air roots. I'm not sure if it's the air roots or the ppm but my flower is boosting. Can se buds grow!! Trimming so I can keep the same hight. Have any tips or rekomandation? Only have one question for next week and this is: it's looking a bit thigth between the buds and all of the leaf is cristal on it. Should I cut some more leaf? And what leaf should I trim? Is so thigth in there. Or will it grow fine?

Screw the stretch then. Full spectrum lighting from the top, the blue & red emitting from the "full spectrum" light only penetrates 1-2 layers of the leaf, the green wavelength will penetrate 4,5,6 layers, and the best ratio for flower growth is 1/2/1 R/B/G, and very little of the red and blue reaching lower parts of the plants or even the sides, flowers on lower parts of canopy receiving a majority of green will grow larf style buds, often lackluster, I supplement blue and red at the sides, I do not want to add more "full spectrum" this would double dose the green which penetrates deep. By the end of week, I'm looking at bud sites everywhere, the density is exceptional and above what i'm come to expect in week 1.5, it was the like plant skipped the stretch and went right to bud site production.

Week is good so far not much to stay just seeing what becomes of this clone # happy growing

They got the chop this week; they turned out to be the tallest I've grown in a while! I didn't weigh out the bags in the fridge but I'd have to say there's at least 2 zones in each bag, so I can't complain about yield 🤘 The terps are sweet, skunky, and a smooth citrus, though I'm not sure what they'll be like after the ~30 day cure... Day 29, Too many bugs! Mini grasshoppers and one of those leaf tunneling bugs, as well as a respiratory bug within myself! I’ve taken care of the bug inside myself, now time for the Diatomaceous Earth!!!! And to get that bug out of that leaf! Still feeding a little cal mag. I think it’s necessary. Day 31 - Day 1F Going to ramp it up from 1mg to 3mg per Gal of CalMag OAC. I will top dress something special, maybe the mother earth acid mix, or maybe I will do a seabird guano with insect frass and top it off with an Epsom Salt solution feed. I’m trying to practice using less of a branded store-bought approach. But to source everything is so much easier out of a store bought package, so for now, I might just do a small amount of seabird and insect frass, maybe just a super small sprinkle on the soil surface, not in water. Day 5 of flower: and WTF is up with this foul weather. Only 46 degrees Fahrenheit! (7.8 C) Cloudy with 15-20 mph winds. Gonna drop to 29 tonight… this is ridiculous. I don’t have access to the tent at this time, so it’s cold weather today. I could bring her inside where it’s warmer, and there is no light! Or those house lights put out only a few candelas worth, not exactly light for a plant. Do she would just stretch and go hungry inside. I’m leaving her outside. Bringing her in over night obviously! But not much growth is expected. Just gotta roll with the punches. I thought we were flowering this week, but barely small preflower development. So this is switched back to a Veg week.

26/02/19 It's now been a week since my 3 plants sprouted into this life, the seedlings are going very well apart from 2 seedlings toppling, hopefully I've saved them from digging them in deeper. One seems to have stunted though. Have fed them their first grow feed which was 0.5ml of Kalong Grow and 0.1ml of Rootbastic mixed into 1l of leached tapwater then divided into 3 parts each per pot. I'll do a mid-week update, nothing like the long read I wrote for the 1st week. The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.

This was the girls last week of growth. 2/3 showed some serious leaf issues, lockout or PH issues, but didn’t seem to affect them enough as they continued to grow and fatten up. Easy week this week, tried to keep the temps low as to not volatize all the terps with high heat. RH was kept to around 50% . Straight Ph’d water for the last two weeks and some good trichome Development, mostly milky now. Harvest to come, Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

A few unpleasant personal events occurred during 3 months of the finest organic farming, some of which were in the battle with my motivation. A time full of happiness and a time full of sadness and compassion. I also learned an incredible amount once again. New week starts. ______________ 🌞17.05 I've changed my lights: took off one 100 watt lamp and installed 50 watt red one. Looks like leaf erosion stopped spreading after the last 'extra phosphorus' watering I made yesterday. Now I'll wait till the end of this week to make huge defoliation I planned. Also, I think about second SCROG installing. Frash water spraying today. 🌞18.05 I didn't do a thing. 🌞19.05 Spraying with a frash water. And that's all for today. 🌞20.05 Growing. Defoliation is near. 🌞21.05 I made 'Schwazzing' (huge defoliation) today. It's a first time I do it. Now I'll wait for a few days before watering my plants and see how it goes. Greetings everyone! Week 7 of these two ladies is here aaaand they are finally in flower! 😀 It took them a little more than what I wanted but hey, it's done! 🙌 My only big issue this week was that it was hot compared to last one, which might have affected my girls somehow but besides that? Not much. Besides that this is what I did and I noticed: - The baby on the back has a weird growth rate! She's very, VERY bushy and tons of her leaves have long stems. Dunno why! - I reinforced the LST. Some stems were a bit too close to each other and that could be potentially dangerous! - Tucked and trimmed a lot this week. Too much foliage! Specially on the baby that's on the back. Hopefully she'll respond well to it! - The "healthy" girl has some weird looking leaves. Her leaves have tons of "points" 😱 Anyway, that's all for now. 11/10/18. Shes finishing really strong. Not sure if the Cha Ching doesn’t I’d much much but the Beastie Bloomz definitely helped. I think my feeding schedule was off by a week or two because I’m unfamiliar with autos. Next run I will begin the soluables at least a week earlier to allow for two feedings of each along with a flush. Right now im not sure if i will have enough time before finish. It’s my only concern. 11/12/18. Watered fully to runoff. Plain water at 6.5 11/13/18. She is finishing very nicely. Decent frost, tri’s are still milky with only a few beginning to turn amber. I ditched the cha Ching. IT didn’t do much and I think it burned the leaves....and that was a 1/8 teaspoon / gallon so users be cautious. I do feel the Beastie Bloomz did help.
