She’s slowed down on her stretch and started to produce flowers! She very sturdy and has very thick stems and sun branches. I’m intrigued to how she’s going to yield as she’s so huge and full of vigor as she was nearly a couple of weeks behind when I started her and look at her she’s a beast! Next I switch over to over drive for 2 weeks then initiate flush! So close but yet so far ya know 😉

Whorled Phyllotaxy is the arrangement of leaves on a plant stem, three in this case. I never noted it until the buds started to form in threes on the stem instead of twos on just opposite sides. Plant also has 11 finger leafs that are ginormous I hack them off every other day. bud sides are forming well faster than I expected HPS in veg was a good option to keep the plant short and bushy.

Wow her flowers are packing the weight on this week! Noticeably bigger this week. The pistils on the top of the main cola have JUST started turning colour. Nowhere else though.

I wish it was easier to upload media here. That's why is taking me so long. Stretching everywhere, she went from 3 feet to 6 feet in a heartbeat. She is running into the light. I raised the ppm because I'm going to turn 600 watts on. They look healthy, but too much legs.

Hi people :-) Today the update of the Blue Gelato # 41 🌱. She looks very healthy and vital 👌. It has grown very nicely this week. I only uploaded 2 of the same videos for testing, once in 4 K and once in HD. Since the last videos of the quality were unfortunately not so good when you watched them on the PC. I hope this bug is now fixed, otherwise it is because of my apps etc. Tomorrow there will be a few more pictures, because unfortunately I only came to the videos today. That's a hell of a lot of work that comes with growing, and still work in everyday life 😅. I'm 90% sure this one is in her finishing week here. More amber trichromes are coming in daily. I don't wanna push her too far like last time because this strain turned pure amber and kinda lost some crystaly luster during the curing process. My light timer, grow tent, and light upgrades really made a big difference in bud development compared to my last run with Runtz basically leading to bigger more frostier buds. I'm dropping temps lower at night. I give it a couple liters a day to keep the top soil moist. Flushed water comes out 6.8 ish. My CO2 exhale bag was the biggest flop as it was expired and did not activate. I plan on 48 hours darkness before harvest starting today: the day of the eclipse. With the new moon we have a high pressure system that is peaking at night around 1028 dB. Water should be pushed up into the plant from roots. Coupled with lights out....all theoretical witch craft. I have a small 2x2 dark tent pictured which needs to have AC bring in cold fresh air from outside. If no fresh air added the tent gets humid and stagnant after a while. The darkness period is bringing out that strong and sweet 'medicinal' smell. If you ever tried weed labeled medicinal youd have an idea of what I mean. I guess thats the orange bud/chemo lineage traits. Before lights off the smell was more towards yeast fermentation smell and not soo sweet.
