7/6: Heavy thunderstorms last night and half the day today, so she won't be ready to eat again for a few days. I went out to the site about an hour after it quit raining today and saw HUNDREDS of tiny little green grasshoppers feasting on my girls!!! I immediately sprayed them all down with pyrethrins, and did it again right before dark. I've got the fan blowing across the pots to try to dry them out faster. I started using TPS One (one part nute solution) the other day, and the plants seem to love it. Really growing well, but I'm glad I amended their soil with some happy frog fruit and flower granular fertilizer this time. They get fed whether it's too wet or not. 7/7: Rained again last night...and more hoppers again this morning, so i sprayed with pyrethrins. 7/12: I tied down her main earlier this week and took about 5 or 6 cuttings from her today. Sprayed with Bt-k again, with some fulvic acid and silica.

While in the dark I maintained a temperature of 65-68℉ and a RH of 40%. After three days in the dark I removed the Zkittlez Auto and all I can say is WOW! All of the flowers on the Zkittlez were just covered in trichomes and it had a super strong sweet/fruity aroma that hit me right in the face!😍 I cut the Zkittlez and hung her in two sections as the flowers were huge, and I wanted to make sure that there wasn't going to be any issues with air circulation around them possibly causing issues. It's wintertime here now so I took advantage of the low temp's and RH hanging the Zkittlez Auto in my attic. I sealed off a section of the attic from any light leaks and installed a de-humidifier, fan and humidifier along with a hygrometer which I suspended at the same level as the plant was hanging which give the most accurate reading of temp/RH. After hanging the Zkittles, I adjusted the fan direction so that it was not blowing directly on the hanging plant, but kept the air slightly moving in the room. I set the de-humidifier for 50% which I run for the first 24hrs to knock down some moisture in the plant, then set it to 60-65% for the remainder of the drying time. The Zkittles Auto hung for a full 12 days, during which I checked on it daily to empty the de-humidifier and make sure that the environment stayed on point. After hanging, it was time to trim this beauty up and get her flowers into glass jars to begin the curing process which I prefer to take at least one month, preferably 2-3 months to really get a good cure and allow all the starches to convert to sugars, the remaining chlorophyll to metabolize and the terpenes to form their bouquet! Trimming the Zkittlez Auto by Seedsman was a breeze and resulted in some tightly stacked and absolutely gorgeous flowers that are loaded with shiny trichomes that sparkle, and a sweet and fruity aroma that will make your mouth water!😍 I was super stoked to harvest almost 100g from this beautiful autoflower that was grown in a little .5g plastic popcorn pot that I had saved from a trip to see 'Top Gun Maverick' at the theater and I can attest from cultivating Seedsman's Zkittlez Auto in the past, that with a bigger pot, it is capable of some incredible yields! All in all, this grow was super fun and easy! Originally, I was planning to wait until January to transplant, however, the roots were showing out of the bottom of the pots, and every plant is over a foot tall and half are over 2 feet. I believe the CO2 Exhale bag makes a difference in the speed of growth and development. These are heavy feeders. All showed some nitrogen deficiency earlier on and I’ve increased feeding. I planned to use grow dots extended for photo period plants when I transplanted them to 5 gal. I asked Santa in early November, and he kept sending notice that the order had been delayed. So, I decided to use TPS1 for this grow. I flipped to 12/12 on 12/28 and will water only this week. I hope to reduce the stretch during the first 2 weeks of flower. I must admit; I took on more than I can handle. I started these in November expecting them to be much smaller at 6 weeks. But no, these gals have grown with vigor. I had these 6 huge plants and 4 autos in the 4X4 tent. They grew faster and bigger than the autoflowers am used to growing. Christmas week was hectic with 5 harvests, 6 transplants and defoliation. I had to have my husband assist in the transplant to hold the plant as I held the fabric pot open. A side note: I’m taking applications for Spring & Summer cabana boy positions when I go to the beach. We are currently working on the recovery from the initial stem split on plant A. She's almost all the way recovered with only a slight crack still remaining. Hopefully that split and the overwatering won't disrupt or stunt the growth of this lady too much. For the sake of experimenting I pulled off the first set of fan leaves that were stunted and discolored in hopes the energy used by the plant will be directed more towards the new growth. Plant C is looking great and loving the increased Par values from our light as we are getting good vertical growth and the main stem is looking super healthy. As we get through to the end of the week we will start transitioning plant A for LST in the form of tie down. The fan is currently applying pretty good stress to the already week stalk of plant A, but she again is almost 100% closed back up. The whole purpose of the fan is to strengthen the stalk with very light stress. Plant C will see LST beginning in 2 weeks as she is 1 week behind Plant A. Many people ask me about the LL on the guage and I will remind everyone, I live in a high climate desert around the 49th parallel so it's cold and dry. When the tent is closed I usually see rh values near 40% where the normal RH (Relative Humidity) is around 10%. It's just dry here. That said the grow community here and the quality of bud is top shelf as it gets. Rh doesn't necessarily impact the end results. End goal is still 360g harvest out of this tent we will see if we get it.

Hey all! Reminder: MIDDLE PLANT IS GSC #1. BOTTOM LEFT PLANT IS GSC #2. (Bottom right is mystery seed, two in the back are FastBuds Gelato. This diary is only focusing on the GSC plants). WOW wow WOW. I just cannot believe the rate of growth this past week. The girls have just EXPLODED with growth! These girls are definitely turning out to be waaaaay bigger than my last grow of GSC. The big fabric pots are amazing. Unfortunately, half-way through the past week I noticed yellow tips on the leaves. I have been using organic nutrients, but have not given the girls plain water in between any of the feedings. I've been feeding with nutes mostly once a week, but sometimes twice. I think this is definitely a sign of nute burn. So, yesterday, I flushed the plants out twice with plain PH'd water. I hope that has stopped the nute burn in its tracks. The bud sites are just starting to form. The LST that I did seems to be definitely worth it - top bud sites everywhere!! I cannot wait to start seeing some buds bulking up! Day 104. Last Tangies chop day. So , as you know three girls have dry results at the moment. Fatty tangie 69.65 Foxtail tangie 72.03 Slim Fat tangie 65.03 Upsidedown tangie still in dry tent, but one hanger was left with most of leaves for dry trim and other two made 29+ and 35+ , so its AMAZING that this plant will make 3 oz, look at week 4 and you will understand why i am so happy and amazed ;) Lanky aka Sativa dominant tangie which is choped today could still go, its day 104 from seed. This girl and really all of them except upsidedown should be defoliated, but its my first auto run purely indoors and i read so many crapy results, didnt want to stress them a lot. From 6 girls only 5 sprouted. All very diff just two fatties where lookalikes . Upside down had strange life and she looked and was trained ( toped ) other way than her sisters. Foxtail early started so quick and so strong but ended with airy foxtailed buds and last lanky aka sativa diminant had loads of colas in videos before harvest its easy to spot she should be lolitoped higer, again i would ajust it during grow, but fears about autos prevented me from using many tricks. With all love to RealGorillaSeeds , this bach was crap. Day 108. I have holidays and UpsidedownTangie with leaves was still damp as was Lanky Tangies all bigger buds ( if that airy long strech but crystaly as f@#k crap around stemp we can call weed or bud ;)))) ) So both where left for extra 3 weeks overdry ;))) hope it wont be harsh from that. I can guarantee that Upsidedown is the Champ at moment, those 4 top branches will have an ounce in them, so plant will be 90+. With Lanky Tangie is diff story, she is airy i needed to trim and lolitop her a lot more, she just couldnt feed every bud, still that pheno is super crystaly. I like it and from 2 bottom branch hangers i got 35+, so 3 other will have like 45-50 on them, again loads of .... Thats my nutes, in bag epsom salt, it was first grow with all of them, as you see for 9 plants I used almost nothing. In 3 weeks i will have full weights and smoke report, i like Tangie more everyday, still not even close to my fav taste ... P.s. i had a bit of leftovers of topmax, bio grow and bio bloom. Max like 200 ml. Bio grow still have a bit left in promo bottle. Less is more ! Day 125 Upsidedown Tangie 93.4 - current Champ, its amazing what she managed to do ... Lanky Tangie - 76.8 So total for all 5 Tangies is : 376.91 Not bad, still i will update later and ill explain why i didnt liked them ...

Yooo growers 🌱, We’re 8 weeks in and let me tell you — this grow is going absolutely wild. Everything’s blowing up like weeds (the good kind, of course 😎). From the jump, the girls were full of energy, and now the tent’s starting to look like a mini jungle. I’ve been running a 300W HID in a 60x60 tent, keeping temps and humidity dialed in just right. Feeding with Green House nutrients and sticking to a solid 16-hour light schedule through veg — and man, the plants are loving it. Week by week, they just kept stacking height and packing on that lush green. Now here in week 8, things are looking prime. The structure’s solid, leaves are healthy, and I can already feel the pre-flower tension in the air. A few more days and the real show begins — flower time, baby! Couldn’t be happier with how it’s all tracking so far. Stay tuned, 'cause if veg looked like this, the bloom is gonna be straight fire 🔥 Catch ya in the next update. ✌️

Welcome to the Smoking Tiki's hut! For this grow, I'm using some of the seeds I won at the Summer Buds contest from last year. I kept the seeds in my fridge door during one year. It worked very well because all the seeds successfully germinated after 48h! 😎 I used 3x3 seeds. I selected 2x3 seeds with the bigger root to put them in some pots. I will let them grow a bit and then select the 3 best plants to make it until the harvest. It's the first time I grow some Fast Buds under a light and in a controlled environement, I'm really curious to see how it turns out! My set-up: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Mars Hydro TSW2000 (300W). - Tristar fan (30W) - Greenmigo dehumidifier (155W). - Compo Sana universal soil (2x40l) - Timer - Weather station + pH meter Have a nice journey through my grow diary!

I use clear cups to see when the roots are hitting the side wall so I know when to transplant. (Cups are inside another dark cup so no light hits the root zone) They were pretty well rooted up by day 9 and I was able to transplant into my 5 gallon AC Infinity Fabric Pot. Still going super light on the nutrient mix because the soil is mixed well with additives. When I transplanted I was sure to hit the root zone throughly with Mykos Mycorrhizae Granular and Great White. Soil mix: 25% Fox Farm Happy Frog 25% Worm Castings 25% Fox Farm Ocean Forest 25% Peralite 1/4 cup of Mykos Mycorrhizae Granular mixed into soil. This little plant is now 100% into this soil blend and hopefully starts to explode! That’s why I’m going so light on my feedings.
