Last week of flower amd flushed for the week. Buds are all cloudy and trady to go. Put them in darkness and will leave them there for five days. I have another plant drying and trying to stagger trimming. First plant dryed for 14 days and was about right. Trimmed it up and it is now and curing. Been in the jar for two days and humidity is 57%, good for me. Waiting for the cure now. It was kinda nice to do a stagged harvest so all the trimming did not have to be done at once. I think I will try to do it this way again. The final weight for the first plant was 102.78. The quality of the buds is the best so far. Not sure if that is attributed to luck, strain or growing is getting better. Time will tell. Next post the harvest. Cheers

The fifth node is topped, and a little defoliation and then LST is applied to the largest ones, very happy with the current growth.

Final week!

When we had so many problems with the other two strains. This strain keeps pushing out buds like the little engine that could. Closest to the light, it handles heat and light way better than her counterparts. It also has some major trichome formation starting covering the entire top leaves. It is starting to smell and form real compact dense buds, although not very pronounced yet. We shall see but she promises to deliver some nice danky bud after all. Nice to see she still pulls together, also nice to see how different this strain behaves from others I have grown. Time will tell the total tally... We shall see if there is a Silverback in the making, but at least she is not staying behind any more. Also here, 3 to 4 more weeks... Cant wait! Thank you for checking in! Wow oh wow 🤩 to start I’ll say I’ve been very careful watching the feeds timing them almost perfectly! Also was a struggling week with humidity! Lucky I have my tricks to keep it down (no dehumidifier) 😊 I use air control 😉 (in the house) air control in the tent is perfect or next to perfect anyway! The aromas are continuously getting stronger and I am in for a treat! This time is my best time! It just shows! But every next time is my best time as I only get better at this!

Hello everyone had to add more calmag for these ladies as they shown me that they really want it. Accept from that they have been doing extremely well they have abit more room now I've taken out the BlackBerry kush I'm hoping for a very stinky sticky harvest with lots of good smells at first the plants seems to be very picky with nutrient strength now I would say they want as much as they can possibly take showing in there leafs that they demand more calmag iron and magnesium I have givent hem this today 42 day from seed I think now the plant will concentrate on filling out those bud sights from day 60 I'm gonna lower the temperature on the room from 24 to 21 and humidity around 45% maybe 40 gonna lower the temperature of my flush water from 21 to 18c

Yesterday I started the radical washing. In about 2 weeks it will be ready to be cut.

Background: This is a small grow in a 20" x 36"x 63" tent. Growing 2 sour diesel from seed in coco/perlite medium using General Hydroponic nutrients and primarily following feeding schedule as listed here http://gh.growgh.com/docs/Feedcharts/GH_FloraSeries-DTW_03216am.pdf . I'll be substituting "h3ad formula," i.e. 6 ml GH FloraMicro : 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon, for the first 3 rows in the pdf and also be skipping Diamond Nectar, FloraBlend, and FloraNectar. See pic above for nutrient list. Note: Second time attempting to grow this strain. Bud rot destroyed majority of previous grow so this is a redemption grow, hopefully. Lesson learned from previous failure - two circulation fans do not counter high humidity especially for the big buds over 3" wide. On chop day, after vegging for 3 months and flowering for 100 days, the insides of the buds closest to the stems were full of white cotton candy. Couldn't spot it from the outside at all. So lesson learned, and this time end of flower will coincide with low-humidity winter as opposed to the summer. Week 1 - Nutrient regimen: 6 ml GH FloraMicro + 9 ml GH FloraBloom per gallon. Used at 1/3 strength diluted with dechlorinated water. Solution ph'd to 5.8. 9/5/2019 (V1) - Sprouted yesterday and moved under 273 watts of vero 29 LED today, dimmed to lowest setting. Used rapid rooters for germination but would have preferred peat pellets since they stay can stay upright without support. 9/10/2019 (V6) - Fungus gnat larvae infestation! Transplanted to solo cups on 9/6 (V2) using ready mix bag of coco and perlite. Using 1/3 strength "h3ad formula" for first week and fed every other day. Growth appears stunted compared to previous grows and stems needed additional support to stay upright with circulation fan on. Feeding until runoff showed major infestation (see video #1). Can only guess coco mix bag was contaminated, since no adult gnats are visible in tent and yellow sticky card is empty. This has got to be my record for early fuckups! Attempting to treat with neem extract mix (dosed used 5 ml neem oil extract : 500 ml water) and a layer of diatomaceous earth on top (see V6 pic). Hopefully this treatment is better than not doing anything and letting those squirmy baby bastards take over. For a plant this young and without adequate root support this is a gamble. Also bumped up light a bit to 13000 lux as read on Light Meter v3.1 app by Trajkovski Labs using Samsung S6.

Day 44: Starting to see some preflower signs and man guys this girl is stunning.. Everything is growing perfect 👌 😌. Leaves and color are beautiful and she takes feedings like a beast. I'm really impressed so far 👏. It is almost 19 inches tall now and I'm thinking shes got another foot to go lol. On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hello! Here we goet'd say half way 4th week just started.... I miss the red or purple colour but still can appear later I hope it will. All good not much to say she is getting old lol and fruits are coming haha. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Sorry For The Delay but I was kinda busy ......Anywho on 3/19 I Changed The light Schedule form 18/6 to 12/12 To Begin My Pre-Flower Stage I Also Bent The Last Few Uneven Tops To Have A Table Top like Canopy (LST) Also Cut Off all Little Branches (Lollipopping) To Prevent Getting Any Little Pop Corn NUGs. Then ON 3/20 I Increased My Light Intensity From 25% to 50% And began giving These Girls There Flower Nutrients Listed Above .
