Grow Journal Week Zero : Special Project Kickoff 🌱 Hello dear growers and growerettes, I’m thrilled to start this new grow journal, featuring a special project that I'm incredibly excited about. Here are all the details for Week 1: Plant Details The plants are already 9 weeks old when transplanted and have been kept alive through careful repotting. They are topped and include 3 plants of the Banana Krumble feminized strain from Greenhouse Seeds. 🌿🍌 Tent Setup I’m placing them in a 90x90x200 cm tent. They will be in 20 liter fabric pots filled with Living Soil from Florganics. Watering will be managed by the Blumat system, which works particularly well with my living soil, as the soil needs to be kept constantly moist. 💧 Soil Additions Nematodes were added to the soil while mixing the living soil, not during transplanting. Control System Everything is monitored by my TrolMaster Tent-X system, thanks to TrolMaster, who kindly provided me with the controller. This system also controls and dims my lights. Therefore, I’ve decided to go back to basics: only one strain in the tent to refine my skills. 🌱 To focus more on one thing, I chose the Blumat system, which works particularly well with my living soil as it needs to stay constantly moist. During my last Automatic run, I introduced the plants around week 4, which was not the best decision. It was too early, so I had to top them to keep them small, leading me to practice mainlining. I succeeded with one plant, but learned a lot from the other two without any serious damage. After 6-7 weeks of growth under truly wild conditions in terms of VPD and stress, they were finally moved into their 20-liter Living Soil fabric pots and the humidity and temperatures were adjusted. Weekly Progress This journal starts in week 9. The ladies have perfectly adapted to the soil and recovered well in the 2 weeks since being placed in Living Soil. I will create a timelapse of the flowering phase; due to the above-mentioned conditions, it wasn't possible during the vegetative phase. At times, I was really worried about the ladies, but they seem to be recovering. I am excited to see what this run will yield. Watered/fed with 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water, mixed with the above listed nutrients, every 3 days! (Always waiting for the soil to become 95% dry, before watering again.) Also placed a 9" tall pale under the plant, to lift her up into the high intensity zone of the light, for flower! (about 24" away from the sf4000(dimmed to 333watts))

C'est la dernière semaine théorique mais il faut encore quelques jours, je pense récolter la semaine prochaine. Les 2 grandes plantes ont une forme et un volume normal, je vais les libérer de leurs liens très rapidement. La petite semble encore plus chargée en résine. Je n’arrose que à l'eau pH ~6.8. Led 80%. 15 hrs 31 mins daylight as of today Everyone is settling in well after the transplant last week, they seem very happy are are definitely shooting up. I removed the support hoops for the row cover because the Blueberry has grown above it. Speaking of, it is the only Blueberry because the other 2 went to live with my friend. She's about to start another round of chemo pills, which she told me she has to do for the next 5 years😩 It's terrible, and I wish I could do more for her. Not much to report this week as this girl is very happy. Unfortunately it seems there's some technical issues here on GD. The past couple weeks my diaries haven't been updating properly, and the 2 diaries I started last week for my autos are missing. They don't show up under my "Diaries" tab, which says there's 17 but only shows 15. I also tried searching for the 2 missing diaries by strain and by diary name, and couldn't locate them. Anybody else having issues? Update 6/26- I totally forgot to add that on Monday the garden got a spraying of horn manure. Horn manure is a biodynamic preparation of cow manure that's been fermented in a buried horn. This results in a material that's teeming with beneficial flora and fauna for the soil. Ideally it would be sprayed prior to planting in the spring as it encourages healthy root growth. I purchased the pre-potenized so that I only had to spend 20 mins stirring rather than an entire hour. That would have been brutal😵 I sprayed it at night when the earth is breathing in and used a spruce bough to sprinkle it over the plants in the garden. The extra icing on the cake was that there was a rain the day before, and another the day after I sprayed so it was well watered in.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. This is mid-week four. These pictures are up-to-date taken today. I have LED light so and little other lighting on, so excuse the picture quality. I am no longer using Air, which is an iron supplement. I only used air 2 twice in Veg. Very powerful and boosts growth rate and health.

J'ai pratiquer sur elles la défoliation extrême qui consiste a enlevé les grosse feuilles nourricière pour permettre une meilleure penétration de la lumière et de la circulation de l'air voyons ce que cela va donner au prochain épisode growers.

Veg30, las plantas crecen bien, necesitan una pequeña defoliación y ajuste de LST, quizás mañana. Veg31, este será la última defoliación y entrenamiento durante un buen rato, se puede decir que ya tienen la forma deseada, ahora solo hay que dejarlas crecer. Veg34, se regó con pH 6.0 y EC 2.0, el drenaje tuvo los mismos valores, entonces el próximo riego será con una EC mucho más baja. Las plantas siguen creciendo bien, se quitaron un par de hojas, ahora tendrán 1~2 semanas más para que estiren antes de pasarlas a 12/12.

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. 7/13/25 - 7/16/25 Flipped as another strain is gonna be a problem otherwise. Very stumpy and thicc lady, already smells very funky and rotten. Now we wait and see what emerges in flower. 7/17/25 - 7/19/25 One hungry girl, she is on 100% feed rn. And god she stinks, really gives u burning nostrils. I know copycat is a sensitive topic in the breeder world but he knows his shit. I am abaolutely going to get more of his shit.

Overall she grew good. No harsh reactions so I'm happy to put some bud in the jar. She vegged out 20cm and got to 35-38cm and finished with a lovely fade. Amazing scents. (More to come after some review next month. This pheno gets 9☆ the other 10☆ as the yield on my last Highcloudz was like 3-4x. But the buds are of a much higher grade. So, its a very high rating. Just sad there's not much of it. In saying that, now that you can change the rating I've no doubts I'll be giving it a 10 upon my smoke review.. I've fems left so ill be doing a SOG soon and this fem will defo be in it. 15+3-4 grams i quick dried. This defo needs a cure. The taste is so confusing, I get the scents of watermelon, typical zkittlez smell with a twist, the confusing part. Is f there's different smells coming from different buds. Smoking there is a very light panty taste. Very stoney, uplifting, very happy with when I harvested. Has much more of an energetic buzz with a nice mellow high. Very strong but not couch locking so things can be done. It kinda puts me in the zone. Been one of my smaller harvests. I have 2g left to keep out for 2moro day, I'll be putting this on 4-6 week cure. I'm gonna leave it out for another 12hrs or so. The stuff that came off the stems just now is very very slightly till wet. It would be able to put into the cure jar, but would need a lot more burping. So, id rather leave it to dry out properly and I'll burp every 12hrs, leave lid of for 4-5m and after a week, I'll slowly start burping it less. Knowing how weed dries you really can't set times on curing you go with how the weed feels. There is no hay smell. (I didn't have any worries about a hay smell. My drying room is 15c and 60-63% RH.
