🌿 Mango Kush — Harvest Report (Week 7 Flower → Harvest) Grow Diaries — From Seed to Soul After months of nurturing, tuning, and watching the Mango Kush sisters evolve, today we finally harvest. What began as two seeds—two phenos with two destinies—has become a garden symphony of light, resin, and patience. Genetic Journey — From Seed to Harvest Pheno #1: Started in veg before flipping; taller, more expressive stretch; structured and vigorous. Pheno #2: Ran 12/12 from seed—shorter cycle, smaller frame, but incredibly dense. Different paths, same destination. Despite the variation, both finished side by side, their trichomes shimmering like frost under the lens. From the very first true leaves to the last amber sparkle, this grow embodied the full spectrum of plant life. Both phenos shared that unmistakable Mango Kush sweetness—fruit-forward, creamy, with earthy Kush undertones that deepen as they cure. 🔬 Trichomes — The Living Resin We harvested with trichomes at about 75 % cloudy, a few ambers scattered, and a few clears clinging on. Why this timing? Cloudy trichomes → peak THC, most psychoactive potency. Amber trichomes → oxidized cannabinoids, deeper body stone, slightly less heady. Clear trichomes → undeveloped, lighter high, harsher burn. By cutting at ~75 % cloudy, we captured the perfect balance between energy and depth—a clean, full-spectrum effect with robust THC, trace CBD, and terpenes locked in their prime. The 1st week was kind of nerve racking wondering if I did the right thing by popping the seed straight into the soil. Luckily 🍀 everything went smooth, with an exception of me having to leave for a couple of days. I’ll show you an update on how that went on my next post for week 2. Day 36- LST adjustments. Each lady received almost a full gallon of water each. I also dosed each gallon with 4ml cal mag plus. I guess I would consider this week 1 of flowering. Next watering I'll introduce bloom nutrients. They getting hairy! I feel like I'm also seeing some improvement in each plant after Foliar Spray, so I'm hoping after this watering they'll perk up and not have more sick leaves to look at. Day 37- I did a few LST adjustments on the smaller plants. "Blue Marker" is getting pretty stiff so I'm afraid to tie her down and have only been tucking leaves. Probably just going to try to keep her spread out as much as I can do. No more LST for her. Day 38- They've been drinking alot of water and are thirsty! Now normally I water once a week, but they may need it before their next water time. Lowered the lights to 18" above canopy. Will see if I get any canoes or not when I get back home tomorrow evening. It smells good when I open the tent as well 👌. Only uphill from here on! Day 39- Ladies didn't show any light stress to me lowering them down to 18". Blue Marker looks like she needs to be watered. The other two are still heavy. Probably be watering blue marker tomorrow evening and starting bloom nutrients. Day 40- Watered Blue Marker today with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2tsp/gallon of Old Age Bloom. Will be watering Yellow Marker tomorrow with the same ratio. The runt still probably has a few more days until she's ready for a drink. Day 41- Watered Yellow Marker with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2tsp/gal of Old Age Bloom. Will be watering the runt tomorrow. Went ahead and snapped a lower bud site on the runt. Didn't look promising enough to warrant keeping it. As you can see in the picture, most of the leaves were shriveled up on it anyways. I also tucked fan leaves on all plants and measured Blue Marker (17.5in) tall and Yellow Marker is about 1ft tall. Day 42- Watered "Runt" with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2 tsp/gal of Old Age Bloom. All plants new growth looks better and doesn't look like it's traveling up plant. More and more bud sites are popping up. Yellow Marker looks farther along than Blue Marker. End of week 6!

Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. 26. Oktober Runtz keimt minimalistisch. Ähnlich wie bei beiden Cookies. Runtz ist jetzt im 11l Topf Beten wir dass es klappt Tropimango alles gut Cookies gelato alles gut. 28. Oktober Cookies gelato wächst nun deutlich schneller. Tropimango wird ebenfalls schneller. Wachstumphase hat begonnen. Habe das erste mal den Wurzel Dünger und den blattdünger angewandt. Runtz noch nicht sichtbar 29. Oktober Die runtz ist klein sichtbar Cookies gelato macht was es soll Tropimango auch 1. November Cookies Gelato ist nun 17 Tage alt und sieht tip top aus. Das sehr misslungene Umtopfen hat sie gut verkraftet. Tropimango ist nun 14 Tage alt. Sie ist deutlich kleiner und die Blätter haben eine interessante Färbung. Sie wächst deutlich langsamer (Genetik ist auch deutlich kleiner) aber wirkt sehr lebendig. Runtz ist nun 3 Tage alt und sieht gut aus.

Wieder einmal nicht zufrieden! Die Ladies sind super super langsam in der Entwicklung gegenüber allen photoperiodischen Sorten die ich in den letzten Jahre gegrowt habe. Ich verstehe nicht was hier falsch läuft. Normalerweise würde ich jetzt neu anfangen und diese Ladies töten😁.Aufgrund eines Umzuges geht es aber nicht und die Zeit ist beschränkt. Klima passt, Substrat wie immer, die zwei Parameter die ich zum ersten mal teste ist der Dünger von Advanced Nutrients und Autoflowers….bei einer Ladi sind die ersten Zeichen der Vorblüte zu sehen. Wenn die Ladies nicht noch richtig viel wachsen gibt es eine Katastrophe. Wenn jemand einen Tipp hat meldet euch gerne. Temperatur zwischen 21 und 24 Grad RLF zwischen 50-65 % Düngemenge 60-70 % der Empfehlungen lt Düngeplan. In meinen Augen müssten die Ladies doppelt so groß und breit sein. Die Idee ist jetzt das erste mal zu flushen, ist eigentlich immer gut. Bis nächste Woche…. Peace

At the end of week 10 the 18 CANNALOPE HAZE plants from DNA-GENETICS are ready to harvest. The plants have all started to fade and get yellow leaves and hardly have any whit pistils anymore. I check the trichomes with a handheld microscope and see that they have all turned milky and some even amber...now is the PERFECT MOMENT to harvest them, they have reached PEAK-THC now. The colas on each plant are HUGE and COVERED IN TRICHOMES. A strong 'hazy' aroma is filling out the tent, its an earthy and mildly sweet smell, very enticing, I cant wait to try my medicine after its dry. The plants on the left side under the LUMATEK ZEUS 600W PRO are less uniform (=some are taller, some are smaller) and less compact than on the other side. The right side under the two SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps has grown more uniform (all plants have almost the same height) and with more compact buds. The trichome production was very good on both sides, the quality of the buds is OUTSTANDING!

I would ideally have let these go for another week (if not 2 for the imperium) but my cuttings are in serious need of transplanting due to cold temps and becoming rootbound so will see how they fare on the next run given a full 10-12 weeks

Day 90 The Sativa plant is beautifully swollen at the top. I've watered it minimally for the last three days. Today I'll mix up the solution and add a 1 g/l Bio Enchanter. It's alkaline (pH 8), so I'll first dilute 15 liters of the solution with 2 ml/l CalMag in the aquapot to 250 PPM. Then I'll lower the pH to 5.0, as recommended by the fertilizer manufacturer. After that, I'll dissolve a capful—one and a half liters of black powder. These 15 liters should be used within 24 hours. My slightly drying bushes will appreciate a third of the pot's volume being watered. The stems are showing red spots—it looks like I need to add 1-2 g/l Bio Bloom to the coco and mix 2-5 liters of the coco into the top layer. After bending and pruning, the plants feel stronger and healthier. To correct the nitrogen deficiency, I'll also add a liter of Simplex Start Up 4 ml/l. Day 95 They're doing well after moving to their new space. I didn't change the photoperiod to avoid stress. Yesterday, I didn't water them at all because they were experiencing water deficiencies. Today, I watered each plant 2 liters of solution, 10% of the solution before draining. I also added a weak concentration of Simplex Coco mineral fertilizer, 1 ml/l.

So soon I am going to have to start making some decisions I think on how to care for this. The nutrients in the soil FoxFarms Happy Frog will likely run out in a week maybe? Again this is exactly 3 weeks from planting. So it should probably be week 3, I don’t know how to count. The site wasn’t letting me start with week 1 had to do germination and couldn’t save germ without a picture. I will try to see if I can fix this and shift them all 1 week forward. Again I am a rookie here and will do some reading up on all this when I have time but here are the things I don’t know that am starting to think about. #1. When to start feeding nutrients. I got a General Organics Growbox probably 6 months ago have kept it in my closet in room temperature. When do I start using it? Is it even still good? #2. Transplantation. This plant is growing so quick, I know this pot is too small. So I need to figure out how and when to transplant it and into what size container. This is a small tent 2x2x4. So I can only raise the light so high. And I don’t want to kill it during transplantation. #3. Training, when to start low stress training and exactly how to go about that. Need a plan for this. #4. Topping. When to top it, should I top it. Should I use a different strategy. Need a plan. #5. Humidity. I think I have a solution for this. I know what the humidity needs to be. I bought a humidifier but I did not buy a humidity controller may need one of those or just pay attention to it. #6. What am I missing? I feel like I’m forgetting something. Overall I think it’s going pretty well so far. Plant is growing fast and healthy though I suspect up until now is the easy part. For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. In addition, I recently bought a dap press and this strain is frosty and resinous. She will be great to press for live rosin. FBA2502 is FROSTBANGER.
