You can now stay there for 11-14 days at a temperature of 18 degrees and 55-60% humidity. After 11-14 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 58. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). Let's get to the plant 💚. Apple Betty Seedlings 🌱 are doing great! They are looking very healthy and happy. #1 was slow from the get-go but she has been building steam and is doing well. Routine this week was was just checking the humidifier every morning, and spritzing with my spray bottle x2 daily (very small amounts) starting at the base of the plant, but also making sure to get the exterior edges to allow those roots to be searching for water. Changed the light cycle to 18/6 around day 7, and also adjusted my BloomPlus BP 2500 to have 140 watts at the wall. Didn’t lower the light as the increased wattage seemed to slow down the stretch they initially had. Still using my small 250 watt heater behind my intake fan to draw some heat in and keep the tent nice and cozy, even during lights out (about 75-76 *F) By day 14, I started to water with a measuring cup, still using my 1 ml of Sensi Cal/Mag extra. Watering only about 1/4 cup of water all around the pot, and will wait until the soil is dry’ish (the old finger poke) before I start to increase the watering amount gradually. No nutrients yet, but I will be using the Advanced Nutrients- Grow, Micro and Bloom along with the Sensi Cal Mag extra. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

👉Last week the plant was showing a little fade, and still had a fair amount of clear trichomes. There were only a scant few fresh pistols and the plant was slowly ripening. This week, after switching to the ripening nutrient mix, I did see the plant gain more typical autumn colors, and I saw the buds plump a little more. There is foxtailing but its frost as it can get. While the bud structure wont be something a dispensary might sell, I have never bought from a dispensary, and all my plants that have foxtailed still gave killer buzz. I am sure the colors are because the tent temps at night were in the mid 60s and perhaps a bit lower at times. Even some cooler temps during the day. The trichomes have pretty much gone mostly cloudy and the plant looks as ready as it can get. I plan on Harvesting either tonight or tomorrow. 👉I switched to the ripening mix this week and was probably a week slow to switching. I continued with the frequent fertigation all week and performed no ‘flushing’ per se. I did give it a couple of H20nly irrigation followed by full strength nutrient fertigation’s. The EC of run off was not spiking, but the pH was dropping noticeably so I used the irrigation and high volume fertigation’s to keep the media pH in the target range of mid to high 5’s. The plants roots are obviously very dense and it takes up to 10+ minutes to give it 3l of solution. 👉The aroma is very strong. It smells of the generic funky stank, with a pleasant sweet note. I vent directly outside and when the breezes are swirling it envelopes the outdoors with the skunky stank my wife hates. She exclaims daily how much it smells of a skunk outside. This makes me happy because I know Im doing it right! The aroma is strong enough that even strong winds can not blow the wonderful aroma away. 👉My phone doenst take the best pix, it distorts the actual color hues and I have adjusted some of them to be more accurate. The phone doesnt adjust to the grow lights to true colors. I will be harvesting the plant tommorow. so Next update will be when all harvest and cure data is complete in 6 weeks.

Chopped on day 133 - trichomes look swollen and ready - leaves faded out. Cut this according to the biodynamic moon gardening calendar and the dates did seem to align with the plant aromatics being more noticeable. Very excited to do the smoke report on this one - focusing on 60% humidity @ 60 degrees for 21 days to retain terpenes and quality.

bueno se hizo una por primera vez una cosecha por partes, como indicamos en el post anterior, se cosecho los cogollos donde la luz pegaba mas al parecer y estaban mas desarrollados, la cosecha fue con tricomas blancos tendiendo a transparentes con pocos ambar, en opinion ya luego de una semanas y una segunda cosecha, es que cosechamos pronto por temor al pasarnos al ser primera vez, entonces posiblemente nos apresuramos un poco ligeramente o confundimos los tricomas tendiendo a ser transparente por los blancos que es lo que indica la teoria el punto de corte, pero no nso quejamos quedo genial! subiremos el segundo punto de corte luego de 2 semanas . LAS ULTIMAS FOTOS LAS DE LAS 2 SEMANAS MAS 2DO CORTE.
