took my old filters from my full ecosystem fish tank and rinsed them out in the water i gave to the girls. This will be just the same as using fish shit and it will make the buds big and sticky. Next week will tell if it worked.

Much better side branching on this strain.Pleased to see I have one definite Purple pheno possibly the other might be too but a bit early to tell on the one.Smells are coming through and growth has been decent.Once again very happy about the good lateral growth

Harvesting my fist plant this week. I've read that stopping watering before harvest will increase resin production. You can see that most leafs on the bottom right plant turned yellow. Most of its trichomes are cloudy with a few amber ones here and there.

Day 55! Just shy of the 8 week mark, I reckon next week the Lemon cherries will be getting the 🔪 buds swollen out nice, still lots of white pistils and very clear trichomes, but with the way there developing I’ll have to keep a close eye.. gorillas starting to bulk up now, as always I’m looking forward to what this week brings, untill next time! 👊🏻

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Medium: Yep - still gonna beat on the DWC drum. It just gets better and easier every run. Almost religiously changed out the res. every week and this was definitely overkill. Could’ve easily gotten away with every 10 days to 2 weeks. Stuck with peroxide this run again instead of going with bennies via hydroguard or hygrozyme. The results speak for themselves on a 6 week veg. That’s for sure. Still save’n them dolla bills on the nutes too. Minimal nute mixing (as well as simplistic regime) and for what we’re using in each res. - gotta be easily a 50-60% savings on nute consumption vs. more traditional methods. Honestly makes one wonder why organic soil grows are seemingly all the rage. I’ve found terp. Profiles, structure, plant health and of course yields to all be just that much better in straight water. What more can I say, we love our DWC. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️ The dueling methods were the whole point of this grow. Our best attempt to illustrate the differences between LST vs. LST/Topping ie. just how significant is the difference in terms of overall production? The truth of this test is a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, topping does have a significant effect on overall yield. This fact is regardless of whether or not from seed or clone.That said and when it comes to clones, you still have to be mindful of the drawbacks of further dividing (and thus reducing nug size for) main branches. Our topped clone #2 is a perfect example of this. While the structure demonstrates significantly more branching, the nug sizes are also significantly smaller. As you’ll see in the yield details it does somewhat make up for this through a higher overall weight but it was also a much less manageable plant than #1. Root mass on the topped plant was heavier and bulkier, drinking much more water than its counterpart. And in late flower half the plant was pretty much falling over. While some of this is attributable to the extremely hollow stems (and thus a carbon deficiency), making the most of the grow light proved difficult with the topped plant as bushy as it was. Basic summary - if ur cloning for profit or efficiency, stick with straight LST and grow a whole bunch of em. If I had to do it again I don’t think i would’ve bothered with topping - just for the sake of greater ease🤔🤔🤔. Then again, I’m greedy as fuck when it comes to my yields so I Could totally see myself trying to max everything out and go for broke🤙🤙. 3/5 volume bars for the rating - we accomplished what we were trying to. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Awwwwwe yeah - down to where it counts and these girls were champs💪. While internodal spacing was longer than necessary and overall bud size was smaller than average; these plants pushed out some solid weight👍😎👍. Ran er through a 7 day dry and all jarred up on a slow cure. Final numbers: Total yield - clone #1: 5.14oz = 143.92g Total yield - clone #2: 6.01oz = 168.28g Approx. est. yield: 600g/m2 divides by 4.8, multiplied by 2 (approx. for 2/3 the cabinets sq/ft) = 250g per 0.41m2 Actual yield: 11.15oz. per 0.41m2 = 312.2g per 0.41m2. That is some seriously good production right there😎👍😎. The high end avg. for this strain is 650g/m2. When you crush that out to my space and the numbers above, it works to about 270g per 0.41m2. Our actual yield still destroys the high end avg. by almost a zip and a half👍👍👍. The cree cob does it again. Fuck’n jazz hands y’all🙌! With results like these you could really give the whole grow a 9/10. It’s only an 8 in my book because it’s not my preferred high. Otherwise, any time you’re north of 5+ oz. per plant, it’s a good day at the office👍👍. Props👊👊👊 No choice but to shoutout Humboldt genetics. These beans have treated me so well and I can’t say enough Good things about the strains this organization puts out👌👍👌. Other than that, thanks to everyone who dropped by for a look and a comment. Hi growmies! This is week no. 5 for the RQS Apple Fritter Automatic and it's doing really well. Last week she grew more than 20cm, which probably asked a lot of nutrition and led to some deficiencies. Luckily I always have some Bio Tabs Compost Tea to top up the nutrients. In addition, because the leafs were turning yellow, I added some Biobizz Cal Mag to the mix. This was exactly what she needed as now the leafs are no longer hanging, and the color has turned to a slightly darker green. I don't see any changes in the soil structure since I started with the Yuccah nutrition. Then again, it's also not having a negative effect so let's just stick with it (10ml per week) and see if it does something in the long run. Sometimes it slips my mind that soil always acts as a buffer so any changes in nutrition take some time before the effects are visible.

Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.

These girls are coming up strong…they enjoyed a week of rain. They would be vegged for another 3 weeks. Then topped.

Hollands Hope macht gerade die auffälligste Entwicklung durch. Ihre Blüten haben sich seit letzter Woche sichtbar vergrößern und entwicklen sich en Masse entlang der Triebe. Sie spreizt sich in die Breite. Die regnerische, windige und manchmal sonnige Woche hat sie gut überstanden, so soll es bleiben. Die Blüten beginnen sich etwas rötlichbraun zu verfärben, wahrscheinlich eine Reaktion auf die sinkende Temperaturen.
