What an amazing strain, the plant purple all around giving these amazing range of colored leaves. The buds are super tight to the touch and heavy filled with trichomes. The past week I only gave plain water. Giving her the time to use all the nutrients already introduced. I was thinking about using Flawless Finish but decided to keep it purely PLAGRON nutrient from start to finish. The competition deadline is close so I hope you all enjoy some of the pictures I was able to share. Next week I'll harvest, but already I can't tell that she will produce great buds once dried. The plants start flowering last week and the light schedule is 12/12. I feed the plant every day. Hesi nutrients controls and correct the PH level, thats really helpful. Let's see what size will be the buds after 2 weeks.

11/24: The shorter MPP is now the taller MPP. Both plants have great structure and very thick stalks. Fed today and sprayed with microlife super seaweed. 11/25: Had to raise the lights about 5 inches because of the taller plants, so both of these girls are on platforms now. 11/27: I fed them today and raised the lights a few more inches. 11/28: I sprayed them with Microlife Maximum Blooms today.

I harvested a little early on this plant in order to achieve a more cerebral high, and boy did I achieve it. I've always smoked hybrids before and not thought anything of it, usually they feel like whatever genotype they're dominant in however I believe that by harvesting this strain - which is an indica dominant hybrid, a bit earlier; I've achieved more of a cerebral sativa effect while maintaining the qualities of an indica high. A good way to describe the effects of this strain is a feeling of being couch locked inside of ones own mind.

All have taken well to nutrients, will probably keep at same ratio throughout flowering. Will also be using 1ml/l of b52 from flower week 3 and then ripen before flush. A few seem to be fattening up before the others but all are doing OK. Will update every 1-2days.

Stretching is at a normal pace. Buds are developing nicely.

Day 49 - Added a 1500 mL dehumidifier to the tent setup in an attempt to keep the relative humidity below or around 50%. Day 50 - Lady 2 is starting to smell really fruity when I put my nose right up to the colas. I can't wait to see how she'll smoke. Day 51 - The dehumidifier is collecting water from the air, but the tent is reading above 60%RH right now. It did just rain in my area so that definitely isn't helping my humidity control. I think it would be higher without the dehumidifier. I'll be checking periodically to see if it was worth buying that small dehumidifier. Day 53 - Right now my tent is at around 52%RH and the dehumidifier has collected around 800-900 mL of water, so averaging about 200-225 mL of water a day. I think that's not to bad and will help me keep the humidity lower than outside humidity.

Hello Diary. Finished and the third week of flowering, Purple Punch has reached a height of 67 cm and I think it has reached its maximum. 👆 All three plants are now the same height which is great considering the position of the light. At the end of the week I did a defoliation, I cleaned the lower leaves and branches on both plants, but most of all I had to fix their roommate Watermelon whose leaves took on a yellowish color with brown spots. Although the treatment was the same for all three plants, these symptoms did not appear on Purple Punch. If the cause is over feeding, then the conclusion is that Purple Punch is a much more resistant plant. 💪 The flowers develop nicely, are full of already visible trichomes and begin to take on an increasingly intense scent. After all, everything can be seen in detail in the photos. At this stage of flowering I started doing photos on a black background, the photos are much nicer. All in all, I am pleased with how Purple Punch is progressing, both plants look healthy and satisfied. I added nutrients when watering to finally see which dose is optimal for them, but given Watermelon, it’s hard to judge when each strain reacts differently. For now, Purple Punch is not complaining. 👌 Here is a brief overview of the week. 04/03/2021 - Day 37. Watering. I regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick, and added one Easy Bloom Booster tablets to a total of 7 gallons of water. With that, I watered all three plants evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.3 degrees and 41% humidity. 08/03/2021 - Day 41. Watering. p.H. I regulated to 6.2, I added 1ml / lit CalMg and BioBizz as scheduled for the third week of flowering. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25 degrees and 39% humidity. 09/03/2021 - Day 42. Defoliation and photography. I photographed the plants in the Box, to see the current condition and after that I did a defoliation. For the end, I took the final photos of the plant for the end of the 6th week. Went to do some lst on the girls a couple of days ago and they have really started to become pungent! Will have to hook up my carbon filter asap. The left plant is 17 inches, while the right is 14. She is also looking a few days ahead in terms of bud development, but at this point they're close enough where I should be able to harvest them together. I am thinking it is because the left plant has the 200w light, while the right has the 100w. In theory, I could either move them together or swap positions every couple of days, but I am interested to see how the wattage affects each plant. I keep posting a few days early, but today is day 48 of the grow, so almost 7 weeks in. I feel like they are on track to finish in about 5 more weeks, but who knows? Hopefully they continue to progress, and I will have another positive update for you next week!
