8/14/23 - Day 62 - The buds are getting bigger and starting to connect. There are so many buds so close together that for sure these are bound to be big buds. I'm noticing the smell is starting to get stronger as well. The roots are still looking great. We did another water change today, a couple of days late. I just forgot to do it. There are some pictures in here of my RO Water Setup. I have a water hose that I hook to the RO unit, and then it passes a 1:1 ration of water to wastewater. Right now, it's all done manually by me, but I have plans to make it automatic. I had to throw this update in as I was sitting at my computer. I opened the door to where the box is, and my wife said, "WHOA..... things are going well in there, huh?". I was in the room doing some peaking in the box. I then closed the door and went inside. My wife yelled that out from the other room, triggered by using her nose..... lol So now I need to air the room out before I open the door to leave after visiting the box. Lol, I need an airlock of sorts! I actually have a carbon filter and inline fan I could hook up and run when I walk into the room. I can have it turn off after X number of minutes......Looks like another project! 8/15/23 - Quick update. Today is day 63! 8/16/23 - Day 64 - Overnight, she looks much bigger. 2/13/2023 - Day 42: Start to week 6. Overall the plants are doing good, except the weird tip curling and yellowing. Initially i thought it may be either under or over watering, but the soil seems good. Not too wet or too dry. Then I thought possibly nitrogen toxicity, but the leaves don't look overly green. I now think it may be heat or light related, so I lowered the power on the light and raised it up a few inches. I also lowered the temp in the tent a few degrees. It could also be the new soil is a bit too hot still, and I've been throwing the kitchen sink at them, so I plan to just water with plain water the next few times and hopefully they will grow out of this. Plan to add the trellis net this week and start spreading the tallest plants out. 2/14/2023 - Day 43: Added the trellis net and did some light defoliation on the lowest part of a few plants. Plan to do more of a major defoliation next time I water. Also, the new growth appears ro be doing better, so I think raising the light fixed the problem. 2/16/2023 - Day 45: watered about 3.5 gallons, which is about 5% of the volume of the bed. I'm pretty sure the leaf curl I was seeing was a combination of light or heat stress, and slightly too much nitrogen, which is likely from the foliar spayed I was doing. Considering this, I decided to add a few things to the water. I mixed in ThermX-70, Comfrey Extract, Yah-Whey, FishShit, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and BuildASoil Big 6. I also did some additional defoliating to allow for some additional light penetration into the middle of the plants. Just started bending the tallest branches under the scrog net as well. Let's hope the girls have a positive reaction. 2/18/2023 - Day 47: did my weekly IPM. Foliar sprayed with distilled water mixed with BuildASoil EM-5. Also, realized I made a slight mistake. When I turned the lights up the other day, I never turned the schedule back on, so the lights have been on for 3 days straight. Luckily, the plants are still in veg, and they seemed to handling it well. The Grand Prix 3 had some minor leaf curling on the edges of some leaves, bit otherwise they still look good. They are back on 18/6 now.

Le hice un pinzamiento en la punta unos días después de haberle echo poda fim y sin querer pode uno de los 2 nuevos brotes que salen al hacer poda fim fue sin querer al hacer el pinzamiento pero no pasa nada señores vamos a ver como sigue creciendo esta bicha. Las ramas de abajo estan creciendo que es lo que quería va como lo tenía planeado a tenido algún problema lo he notado x las hojas pero lo va superando muy bien aquí tiene 25dias de vida. Es toda una bestia nunca había puesto Indoor y nunca había puesto kritical Bilbo es mi primera vez de indoor de seguimiento y de todo siempre he plantado en guerrilla o balcón. No mido ph ni ec ni nada esta a 18 horas de luz 6 de oscuridad la pasaré a florecer en unos días cuando note que se ha recuperado del todo y las ramas de abajo crezcan un poco más para poder atarla y abrir bien la base de la planta es lo que hago con todas mis plantas, recordár que cuando era pequeñita le pode el primer nudo y luego el segundo. Tiene 25 días actualmente creo que cuando haga 30 la pasaré a horario de floración

Han empezado a tomar ritmo en general esta cepa la he visto y cultivado y siempre se demora en mostrar flores contundentes , va lento pero seguro , lo mejor que tiene es el efecto que verdaderamente se parece al lsd , no se que habrá hecho Barney’s farms con esta cepa pero es un efecto muy fuerte , adjunte unas flores de otro cultivo , esta semana defoliamos otra vez las hojas más nuevas , dándole pelea al frío que ya afuera alcanza temperaturas de 2º C , de noche la temperatura fructua demasiado las plantas están tomando tonos violáceos y se ven muy pero muy parejos todos los cogollos que se vienen.

Moin moin, Melde mich hier auch mal wieder. Meine Blueberry sieht momentan recht gut aus und neigt sich ihrem Ende. Die Haare sind fast alle braun und langsam werden die Trichome auch langsam bräunlich. Sie fängt schon an die Nährstoffe aus den Blättern zu ziehen, das sieht man jetzt nicht so gut auf den Bildern aber in echt ist das Grün wirklich sehr hell geworden.

The plants have been going great.no problems at all i love 420 Fast buds genetics they grow great both plants should be very big plants i have one in a 7 gallon fabric pot and the purple lemonade is in a four gallon fabric pot

Ottimo raccolto, bei fiori sani buoni e sopratutto forti. Sono contento di avere da parte 2 semi nuovi da coltivare!! La pianta da subito è cresciuta in altezza mantenendo lo spirito sativo

Buds coming along greatly & seems like the thrip infection is under control... All plants are quite small this time, perhaps too much light(or lights too near)? Some bud tips are bleached out...i think thats definately from too near lights...i increased the distance now... Increased the lights to 12.5h a day

This week I transplanted the Lemon Cherry Cookie Auto's into their final pots in their final tents. Then placed Root Organics Formula 707 Soil (1.5gal) 50% and Root Organics Original Formula Soil 50% (1 gal) into the pot up to just about the codlydone leaves. Then I fertilized with Advanced Hydroponics MaxiGrow at a rate of .5 tsp per gal. Then I used Dr. Earth's Bone Meal, Blood Meal, Earthworm Castings, HomeGrown 4-6-3, and All Purpose 2-2-2. Then I fertilized with Real Growers Soil Recharge at a rate of 0.5tsp per gal. Lastly I fertilized with GrowersHouse The Stash Blend at a rate of 0.5tsp per gal.Then I placed coffee grounds and egg shells on the top dressing around the root zone and then watered them with h20 that was 66°, and a pH of 7.0 due to soil being the medium. The daily fertilized solution that I watered with was 68°, 6.2ph, ppm of 720, and EC of 1440. Overall their growing great and their heavy humidity desiring plants!

Week 9 ! ! The last week ! ! Trichomes continue to turning brown but still no signs of senescence... To hot maybe. I Will flush her two times more. Stay tune ! !

Issue with my stretchy Cookie has been resolved, gave her a little bit to much food. Apperantly she is more a sativa pheno. Gonna resume feed next watering @ 1/2 strength on her and build up from there. The rest of the girls are in perfect condition👌 and yeah i know i need to defol😉 gonna do this bit by bit this week ( low stress defol ) Rock on Dr Greenthumb's👍

Wow what a week it's been! I'm surprised with how fast these girls are flowering! The stretch was a bit slow because of the last and training, the amount of coals I've gotten from these girls is amazing to me without topping lst has been great for this auto. I've got a lot going on right now I'll update tomorrow much love happy dayz Just posted up some new pictures for yalll! What do you think? Is one plant ahead of the other by a few weeks? Im thinking it is! Either that or i just stunned one of the girls while traning her! Any ways, some good pics of some healed super cropping with a good node now from healing, super neat!!! Oh man i added a video, of the girl that is flowering quick the one i did all the hst, lst, too! I forgot about autos how they count from the day the sprout? Or germination im not too sure a bit confused. But she is far ahead of the other plant. What do you think?

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches desired% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments.
