@KitaKush, I have considered 4g and 5g I may try them in the future. Autopots have a killer deal for bottom automatic watering with a 13g reservoir. For 5 plants its like $250 depending on the site your on, and the size of the containers, they offer 2g 4g 5g all the way up to like 9g or something. Maybe in the future. I got these two tents. Just got one off Amazon, it was $76 for a 4x4 and it's actually super nice. Comes with the bars on the side for high air flow and everything. It's called a Yuxian and it's nice fr. Its almost like my ac infinity tent no joke. It just don't have side doors. Other then that it's fine, well the zipper.. you gotta make sure to push the door behind the front flap and it won't get caught So far no problems. No light leaks, even the ac infinity had leaks! I got two 4x4s one with a grow light science progrow1800 670w light.. I got a spider farmer g8600 860w light. One ac infinity 6inch inline with the controller 69, and their charcoal filter... the other tent will have a vevor 6inch inline fan and controller. It was only like $60 on vevors website with good reviews.. One ac infinity 6in oscillating fan, one 6in other fan can't remember the name, and a cheap hurricane fan. Haven't got the vevor yet, it's on the way. May run tents together, yuxian tent having the vevor fan blowing air in, then all holes closed except one going to the ac infinity, then all its holes closed and the ac infinity fan for exit air.. idk, I can run separately or together see. Lost my job due to cutbacks, and I got all the time in the world. To figure this out lol. @DoughHead, Bottom feeding is an interesting concept I like the idea of letting plants take in the amount of water as needed but you’re right that requires more space. I hear you on splurging on grow equipment I would’ve loved to do the same I ended up spending around $900 and that was me trying to be as cheap as possible while going with brands with positive reviews. My tent zipper broker within the first month of me purchasing it! I hope it’s more rewarding getting better quality slowly with each grow. Like you said if they could do it back then, I should be able to do it now 🤣 BTW I checked out your diaries..the plants all look awesome especially for a 3 gallon pot..Maybe 5 gallon pots will give you what you’re looking for although I am just now learning that it’s all about your tent space and not your pot size. So many mixed ideas floating around the web..hopefully with more grows I’ll figure out what works best!

@KitaKush, I believe they all do well, until we mess em up haha.. bottom feeding is a HUGE interest of mine. But finances are at a all time low. I'm almost 3k deep in debt to get these two tents running. So I need yield yield yield for now. Bottom feeding once roots have established seems like the best way not to F them up tbh. Light watering to grow huge roots in veg them bottom or self watering in flower with proper nutes.. and light lst to open them up. Sounds like a winner to me! If they grown pounds in the 80s then surly I can In 2023 lol. Our equipment is light-years ahead of what they had then.. but it's all about knowledge, gotta keep learning! @KitaKush, thanks for the insight. My sour stompers smelled great of grape flavors early in flower. But it died down later on. My spouse just plucked a small lower bud, let it set outside of drying tent for two days then ground in grinder and let it set overnight and the smell is amazing. It needed to dry I guess. It really smacked them hard, guess I might of grew some fire bud after all. I don't smoke it although I'm around it being smoked I figured I would have a keen nose to its smell. Maybe just need better genetics or better nutes, or more likely I need to dial in the conditions more. Goodluck I hope yours yields highly!

@DoughHead, Once she started flowering she was giving off a stench and it became so heavy I did end up buying a filter to help with the smell. My husband doesn’t smoke and was complaining nonstop of the house stinking 😂 I didn’t have an ac in that room tho so it got pretty smelly in there with no circulating air to help. It is odd tho now that she’s almost done she isn’t as pungent idk if that’s a good thing or not. I will say though there is definitely still a smell in the room even with the filter but I went with the cheaper vivosun brand.
