Rainbow melon has stolen my heart From day one the plant was bigger as nice strong stock handles low stress training well some of the biggest buds I’ve ever had. Plants are in dry pode since 8 days Now. I decide to stop flowering besause a few yellow bananas start showing up. That was time. By the way, I taste the fresh weed before making my decision and… damned, it’s a great one !!!!! 😁😁😁😳😳😳😎😎😎

Week 11 and the ladies are doing alright. I overfed the LSD auto so I only water her for now and wait how she reacts. Both Runtz Muffin phenos are really frosty already and the smell is amazing💆‍♂️ Some branches also needed a bit of support so i tied them to the main stem

This plant is coming to the end a lot of swelling and a lot of resin production this week beautiful buds the smell of fermented fruit and gasoline pungent smell the buds a swelling up huge the tricomes are smoky with 5% amber right now I’ve been flushing for a week now I’m going to give here 4 more days I’m very happy with the results this was definitely one of my favorites this season. she is in her last stage ... after a lot of patience ... just one more week for her ... she does not look perfect like others ... she fought against all the plagues and she resisted very well .. .. continues with its smell of pine. mint ... and its typical smell indica ... it has 154 days from its germination .... on April 29 will have 100 days of flowering and will be the day of your court ...

Week 9 for Strawberry gorilla by fast buds Shes getting so close to the end 😍 I had to remove a little bit of bud rot at the start of the week, but ever since haven't been able to find anymore developing 😇 Quite surprising how little water these girls drink... still only got fed once this week with a bit of (WCA) Water Soluble Calcium & (FFJ) Fermented fruit juice for its last few weeks of life now. Really excepted her to drink more with this hot hot weather.

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.

Auto Opium has sprouted, and is getting acclimated. So far everything is looking good. Nothing else to report at the moment. i’d say another two weeks on these girls and they are about done one of the other phenos of this finished up quite quickly and it’s already drying Can’t wait to give you the full results and numbers 🔥 and remember It’s 420 somewhere

I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

This week there was a substantial amount of rain and it was very muggy and humid...We are about to have a potential 2-week heatwave of over 90 degrees so I'm expecting some retarded growth since growth slows down in intense heat. But I must also say that I am curious to see what the unknown is because it is outperforming the rest of the plants and it was one of the smaller ones from the beginning..🤷 we shall see!!

seeds: Montel Iced Tea, Body Count, Bubbles Blueberry F4, Ricky’s Hash Plant, Black Tangi Tea → standouts / "otherworldly" These are clearly your current stars — better structure, resin, and overall quality than most of the others you've tried. Auto Flowers: Humboldt Seed Company — best autos you've grown. Extremely resinous, especially the OG Triploid. Top tier for autos. Fast Buds — very close second. Super fast, nice flavors, reliable. You like them a lot but note they're in a different class (not fair to directly compare to Humboldt). Why RQS Strains Underperformed The 7/10 rating and "needed a lot of power to switch to flower" comment is classic for some RQS genetics, especially certain autos or hybrids. Possible reasons: Genetics: Some RQS lines are finicky about light schedules or have slower/more reluctant flowering responses. Mike Tyson 2.0 and Corkscrew apparently needed the 12/12 flip to finally push. Light/Environment: With five tents running, light penetration, spectrum, or intensity might not have been ideal for these particular strains. Autos can be sensitive to stress during the transition. Nutrient response: They may have needed more phosphorus/potassium or different ratios to bulk up properly. The fact that you had to force Corkscrew into 12/12 at week 20 and it's now only "OK" suggests it was a slower or lower-yielding pheno for your conditions. Strong Performers Brothers Grimm → These sound like the real winners in your tent right now. Brothers Grimm has a reputation for unique, high-quality landrace-influenced genetics with excellent resin and flavor profiles. "Otherworldly better" is high praise — they clearly thrive in your setup. Humboldt Seed Company autos → Excellent choice for resin production. OG Triploid is a standout for trichome density. Fast Buds → Reliable, fast, flavorful — a safe, consistent auto line. Recommendations Going Forward Double down on what works: Keep running more Brothers Grimm (especially the ones you loved). Stick with Humboldt for autos when you want maximum resin. Fast Buds for speed and flavor. 3/30 4am Pink Kush CBD is SLOW.... she never really recovered from early problems, I LOVE this strain, smoke and smell are 10/10. Nov 20, 2019 The plants are doing well. Gave them and the soil in the entire 5 gallon pots a good drenching with a compost tea, kelp, alfalfa, fish hydrysolate, and molasses blend. I'm also realizing I could be watering these girls a bit more. Being a newby I'm over cautious of over watering. But I'm finding the light airy soil mix I made combined with fabric pots.... the soil dries rather quickly. No signs of under watering, but I think I can water them more. This week I'll start watering a couple of cups daily and once a week give the whole pot a good drenching to keep the rest of the soil (where the plants haven't grown into yet) damp.✌️ Nov. 22, 2019 Well I think the girls are starting to give off a little scent. Opened the doors to the room and noticed a slight aroma of woodsy dank. Put my nose right up to the plant.... and yup, they starting to smell. Nov. 23, 2019 Noticed the front row was growing faster and taller than back row. At the start of this week I swapped the rows, moved 2 Zkittlez and 1 Californian Snow to the back row, 2 Californian Snow and 1 Zkittlez to the front row. Today I started LST'ing the taller plants, 2 Californian Snow and 1 Zkittkez. I hope the other 3 catch up soon. I want to keep these all close together. Nov. 24, 2019 I've decided to keep separate diaries here at growdiaries for each of these two strains. Reason is I can focus on journaling the growing characteristics, experiences both good and bad regarding each strain independently. Also after spending time here at growdiaries, I've realized this will make it easier for fellow growers growing or researching the same strains I am to sort through diaries regarding these specific strains when looking for information. Started to LST the 3 tallest plants... earlier I posted the front row was growing faster than the back row. That was Saturday Nov. 23. I LST'd the other 3 the next day. I'll have more details in the individual diaries... links posted above. Started watering today 6 cups/ pot. This seems about right as I'm getting very little run off and the bottoms of all the fabric pots are wet. I found this Hydrofarm soil moisture/ph meter in a box that was with all this equipment I acquired. The electrodes were corroded, after a little sandpaper on them I think it's working pretty well.
