Light was at 16" from days 1-7, which was way too close! The light was moved up to 32" and normal growth begun! The light is an SF4000 that's dimmed to 333watts while being cooled. day 21-Defoliation begins! removed 1 fan leaf, and one node(on oposite side of 1st node) already! Day 22, two more LST wires added, to expose the lowest node to equal light with the rest!

Finally flipped and HOLY MOLY is it awesome to start seeing the flowers coming in for the first time on your first grow. Super delayed flip to flower and I am manually switching the lights/opening tent every day due to prioritized spending. BIG HUMIDITY PROBLEM. As I have still not hooked up an outtake fan for the tent I don't see my girls surviving past the next couple weeks so hopefully I can get that figured out. I'll open it up to 95% RH by morning and it sits around 60% even with an open tent. Other than that, I'm happy with the bud sites gained from my first ever grow. Just feeling my way through Topping, Fim, SCROG, and LST was fun a rewarding for sure. Just have to make sure they reach the finish line. TUES: Cleaned tent floor and walls with disinfectant wipes, seemed to get rid of the smell so far. Still worried about the humidity in the closed tent during the dark period. Need a duct fan hardcore before the buds start coming in. The first sight of trichs already sent me into a Powdery Mildew panic. 😱 THURS: Humidity break. Down in the 45% range and have been able to keep it in the 80s with a huge bowl of dried pasta in the tent lmao no coffee whitener or rice on hand 😒 Defoliation of light blockers and bunch ups to improve the airflow in the canopy. I'm hoping the UV lights in my LED set up are enough to keep mildew at bay and can get the dark period RH% down before buds fatten and there is risk for rot.

114 Days left as of 11/6. Disclaimer: 56 days left to veg. Which ever plant is 3 ft or taller in 56 days will be flipped. In 1 week, I will be transplanting into 3 gallon containers that leaves 49 days. When there are 2 weeks left, I choose which ones go into the 5 gallon containers for flowering. After the transplant recovery, I do heavy defoliation and lollipopping. Wait 1 week to recover, and flip time…..Which just so happens to be: New Years!!! This week ( and past few days) has been on target. I am seeing growth everyday I open the tent. I don’t know why, but the first 2 weeks of my grows move super slow. Then in week 3-4, it’s like a rocket ship. 11-11 (51 days left) - kicking some ass now. 2 of the RuntZ might make it, the Hulk-Berry is def going to make it pretty close to 3 ft tall. Hulkberry has 21 days to be transplanted, RuntZ will be transplanted in 14 days.

This week went very well, she is still stacking on flowers, and Piglet is now being fed about 5 gallons per day, with about 1 gallon of runoff, she feeds five times per day, every 3.5 hours with lights on, and then once in the middle of the dark period. She is still just being fed Armor Si, CaliMag, powder Maxi Bloom, and a PK liquid bloom booster. I use the runoff mixed with dehumidifier water to feed my tomatoe plants, and they absolutely love it. I have found that using dehumidifier water in a reservoir leads to funk within only a few days, even when using food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, so I only use it for instant feedings and for the tomatoes. I am still cleaning the reservoir once per week just to keep her and the pump/lines in good shape, and it only takes me about 10-15 minutes per week. I also added another bag of CO2 inside the tent and have a bag sitting in front of each air intake screen, as well as one hanging about the plant., I have also added several tubs of mushrooms growing both inside and outside the tent, with a breather on each one, so she is getting plenty of CO2. The heatwave is over for now and weather looks great for the next 8 days. I am estimating that she has about 2 weeks left to stack flowers, and then 2 weeks to ripen, so I am hoping to harvest her around the end of June but will have to wait on the trichomes to be sure. I plan to flush her for about 4 or 5 days before harvest with just plain water. Overall, I am very impressed with Ethos Genetics, and I now understand why everyone was recommending them to me when I wanted to try a photo period plant. No major growth, in fact she’s kinda slow so I fim’d her today and have been doing minor lst to work on stem strength and bushing out, maybe she’ll show off during flower which is one week away

This week went well. The Jelly Rancher plant was getting big enough to move to a bigger pot (1 gallon fabric pot). It may have been able to stay in the Jiffy Pot a little longer but figured I'd get it done with a few others I was transplanting. The roots looked great, the plant seemed nice and strong.

Another week down look at that canopy 😍 I think the stretch has finished and there’s no need for the second net so it’s come down. Not a lot a work this week a bit of defo and top dressing. Yeah for the first time this grow no a lot to say I guess……. Till next week let get it 💪🏽

Happy 2 Months To These Lovely Ladies. I Will Be Harvesting The Purple Purple On Friday, I Wanted To Harvest It Today But The Soil Is Not Fully Dry Out And I Don’️t Want To Harvest It When The Soil Is Still Wet. I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Excellent week of growth, we're in the second week of flower on the two little ones so I have begun the pollination process. The donor plant is almost as tall as me now it's ridiculous how big this plant gets. If I was doing a flower run Id have a staggering amount of cannabis at the end, as it is I have enough pollen to impregnate all of Canada lol, best steer clear of my facility lest you want a baby :)

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Mandarin Squeeze sisters has been doing well. One is dominating the other which was no surprise. I changed the light schedule to 12/12 avout 4 days ago. I also did a solution change on her 2 days ago. They both are looking pretty healthy even with a light battle. All the pest are confirmed dead. As no new signs have been seen for some time. Everything is looking good at the moment. Well i no it's budding but it's still growing tall and wide 56in wide 46in tall the grow has really been a good experience the the the Fox Farm nutrients is really making it take off the big giant bush in this oven I really enjoy and it's been one of the funnest most learning experiences I've had growing this is my 8th grow outside 3 grows inside I really enjoyed growing outside the plants get huge outside and really have huge yields so I hope you enjoy my diary and I know of I've enjoyed putting it on there so thank you for the likes and comments I really appreciate it thank you
