Afghan was a beaut and she would have stayed up longer if the rain had let up. The denseness of her buds is what we admire although it is also why she started to rot. The scent of her is strong and mouth watering. Overall we would grow her again outdoors, this was a strange year with the weather and it is unfortunate but we are quite sure every strain would rot just the same. Hopefully next year has a better balance but that is the way it grows outdoors. As for curing, it was not typical for us at all. First she was washed but Afghan was not trimmed nor was she properly managed, she hung for six days and went in a paper bag for moisture redistribution way to late. Aside from that we had to use a triple beam for an estimated weight and we were unable to get a wet weight so please take the number and outcome lightly. Bone dry does not mean she won’t be enjoyed, she will be made into hash and or edibles.

11/9: I took some photos and added a 35w 3500k LED to the top section and have it pointed towards the backside of one of them and my little Stardawggy. 11/10: Today, I super-cropped about 10 different mains and branches on various plants. The canopy is now much more even. They'll be ready for a feeding tomorrow. 11/11: I fed them all about 1/3 gallon each with big bloom, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, cal-mag, bembe, humic acid concentrate, myco/tricho, signal, and a little grow big. 11/12: I spent a couple of hours tying down branches and tucking leaves to get more light down into some of the plants, and rotated the edge plants. 11/13: I rotated the edge plants and added a TNB Naturals CO2 enhancer to the closet. I raised the thermostat on the ac infinity to 86f, so as not to exhaust it all, but with the cold air intake, it's rarely even coming on anyway.👍 11/14: Their buds are swelling up nicely! I fed them again today because I'm still seeing some signs of potassium and phosphorus deficiencies. I went 1/2 strength with the grow big, but full strength with everything else... 11/15: Last day of week 6 and I'm happy with their progress. I plucked off the dead shit and tried to reposition some of the lower branches to get more light. Took some photos and shot some budporn video..sexy ladies!😍

So we got some very bushy plants. I topped them three times and trained them sideways and the plant focused it's energy on growing out sideways.

This week: air bubbles, air bubbles, and AIR BUBBLES, that's why my growth has been weak lol. AAAAAND I wasn't giving them space between the net pots from the water! VERY IMPORTANT NEW DWC-ers lol Sooo this week I was just letting them be. Until I realize I was messing up, everything in the book EXCEPT those 2 things I state above. I just received my new air pump today as am writing this (everything is installed) very pleased with the new pump. But I gotta replace those airstones they seem clogged up (yes I did wash em, warm water and a firm toothbrush) But I've been checking everything down to my pH that's it's constant at 5.8 My PPM is the same when they drink so let's see the difference a week from now. I do start to see lil pistols coming out on the 1st plants I think shes done veggin let's see next week. Over all was an amazing grow, super sticky dense nugs with smell of berries, highly recommended for everyone!!

Start of week 5 today, everything seems to be going great! The Gelato OG is by far the biggest plant of the bunch so far but they all seem to be taking well to LST, HST , Topping & defoliation! Will be going in the flower tent as soon as the other ladies harvest so they will probably have atleast 2 to 3 more weeks of veg!

Start of week 4 I removed the net because of a heatwave a put the plants in a cold room during the night The coockies are now starting week 3 of flower i gave basic nutes everytime they were dry Day 24: the temperatures are perfect (24 celcius) the buds start to show up on all plants

Very saddened by the turn of events, 3 herms, 2 different grow environments, but each tent had another strain growing along with it. No seeds or problems with the Cookies strain… I had no power outages, no light leaks, no schedule changes, and performed relatively little defoliation during flower. To me, this cannot be attributed to stress, as they showed no sign of stress or deficiency’s throughout the grow. Long story short, booooooo.

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. . Another nice week of beautiful weather. Have been on total cruise control this week on a little water here and there. Did some topping and super cropping. Not much at all to report the fast buds are in full flower and doing well. Happy growing folks🤙🏻
