Welcome to week 8! My little apple fritter doing great! The buds getting bigger from day to day and she’s handling the small distance to the light fantastic. I think I have another 1,5weeks to go and I’m Herz curious about the harvest!

Had to leave out of town for 8 days. My girls suffered both heat stroke and dehydration. I fed them and saturated the fabric pots. I also turned the dehumidifier off for the next 12 hours since the rain has slowed, for now. It doesn't look like the grew much this week. I'm afraid this is going to make the final weight significantly less than it would have been.

This week was spent doing some needed cleaning and minor defoliation and start aiming towards flowering in the next week or so. I dumped all pots and wiped out as well as the resivoir and added fresh water and nutes to all the plants. While plants were out of tent I did some very minor defoliating as well. I picked up a few goodies this week. I noticed a fruit fly or two and decided to pick up an insect trap off amazon (let’s see how it works 🤞🏽). I also picked up a chargeable watering wand that is worth 3x its price for how easy it makes it to water/feed my plants. I just drop in in my 5 gallon bucket after nutes and pHing water and get to work without moving a single pot. Wish I got this sooner!

Have some Hurkle regular seeds i got my hands on. I germinated them and they sprouted. Pictures are a real testament to genetics, and pheno types. all planted same day other the same circumstance and rotation in hot spots. all diff sizes and leaves are a different health. This grow is an experiment the weakest one will stay in the tent and go 12/12 after its first set of true leaves to see quality. the 2 bigger ones will be for an outdoor balcony grow on the lake. Direct sunlight from 6am-2pm. Right now they are in the tent for another week until the temperature is a little more consistent outside. then i will transplant.

Lilly x White Widow is doing great. She is bulking nicely with a frosty coating. She really loves the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. She is due for a solution change soon. I may try to stretch it out till bulking is over. I want her to be juiced to fill in good, and dense. Banana purple punch - 420 fast buds Looking so healthy now, early stages she almost didn’t make it but now she’s covered in purple buds , shining with thricomes , frosted all over and smells like berries and tropical sort of profile with gassy earthy notes also. Loving the buds on two of the strains I’ve only had black buds one time before, and it was some of the best, but I’ve ever had super excited for this grow🔥💯

She's looking as pretty as anything this week!! I think she's almost there. Just waiting on more pistils to change colour. Trichomes are mostly milky. I note she is quite smelly!!!!!!

Both plants looking good. The cheese, is really frosting and flowering up, really crazy! shes gonna become a beast and is so early into flower 13-08-2024. both plants been given a 5 ml shot of Calmag. also the cheese got her mid bloom dose of Biopk 16-08-2024. the ladies got some water today, and the Orange Apricot Glue has overtaken the cheese in height, compared to the cheese being the bigger one for most of the “grow”.
