Looks like we're done with the webcam because this week the plant has grown to fill in all the space and swamp the camera. Did a few more LST bends as new shoots would start bursting through the canopy. It really seems to stunt their growth once they get pulled away from being the solo star in the limelight. My light is just two COBs so once things get off to the side you can really see the effects of the light dropoff. Plant still looks healthy A.F., I saw one leaf that had a couple brown spots on it but it disappeared beneath new growth so fast I don't really care to do anything about it-- I think my pH might be a little low. The little sucker is growing almost an inch a day, so I've been having to raise the lights every morning. I've decided to switch to flowering light schedule to 12/12, even though I've heard that a mature plant will have nodes with leaves that alternate and this plant seems to have them still coming out at the same place. To this end I've added 10x CREE XP-E HE Photo Red diodes to supplement my 4000K COBs. COME ON BLOOMS

Really happy with how these girls are looking, got some amber trichomes on the top of the tallest buds but everything else is either milky or clear. Set the nutrients at the start of the week and then have just been topping up with ro water every day. Everything is leaning over with the extra weight now and turning some beautiful autumn colours. I added a UV light from migro and have been increasing the duration from 30mins each day by an extra 10mins until I reach 2 hours of uv light per day in the middle of the light cycle. I read quite a bit of research about uv light and thc increase so decided to give it a try

Spent the week rinsing and massaging roots, cleaning, filling then re-cleaning and refilling reservoirs. The rot is gone. Replaced with beneficial microbes from Advanced Nutrients Tarantula, that I made into a tea. This tea has cured the rot and also made a huge contribution to the roots and therefore, the whole plant. Am very impressed with the plants progress, vigour, vitality and strength! Now that the crisis is over, I'll be using the tea twice weekly to replenish the ranks. Ciao a tutti, il giorno 65 ho sostituito tutta la soluzione dei vasi. Dopo aver tirato via tutto ho aggiunto 20 litri d'acqua di rubinetto con 2ml/l di flora kleen (GHE). Non ho aggiustato il pH (che nella mia zona è superiore al 7.5 per l'acqua di rubinetto) tanto non ci sono sali disciolti da assorbire. Tra pochi giorni ci sarà la raccolta, sarà un'impresa pulire tutte quelle cime... PS le foto scattate il giorno 66 sono state fatte con un altro telefono

Observo algunos tricomas ámbar 😁 Día 88 (03/01/2024) Al inspeccionar y tocar los cogollos, vuelven a salir los aromas a skunk y naranjas. Delicioso! 😍 Día 89 (04/01/2024) El aroma se está volviendo complejo en esta recta final, como naranjas, skunk y con toques picantes de fondo. Impresionante 😍 Día 90 (05/01/2024) Mañana la cosecha! Hoy le tocaría riego, pero como mañana es la cosecha, la dejo con 24 horas de estrés hídrico. Día 91 (06/01/2024) Al final cosecharé un día más tarde. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 10; Friday 23rd October: Nutes in with some LST and defoliation again. Diatomaceous Earth going onto the soil tops today to beat this thrips problem.. Sticky traps to catch the live ones. Glad I caught them fairly early as the girls still look ok. Raised my LED slightly today to give the girls a bit more room to grow and tonight I’m making my dehumidifier in a cardboard box solution to get the dehumidifier out of the tent to bring down the temps to a sensible level to deal with these thrips. I had no probs with thrips until the dehumidifier went in and raised the temps too much. So hopefully these small tweaks with get me back on track. Update same day: dehumidifier in a box method built, my handy work is in the pics, will update again tomz with humidity and temps checked to see if this shit worked! 🤞🏼🙏🏼 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 10; Sunday 25th October- Dehumidifier in a box idea was total shit lol but... I found that just rigging up the ducting to the dry air outlet and leaving the rest of dehumidifier in the open rather than in a box and then pumping that into the tent works much better than having the dehumidifier inside the tent. The plants have soooo much more room, fresh air and temps although slightly higher are not as crazy.. After careful inspection, I couldn’t see one thrip today and my sticky traps have lots of little bugs stuck on them 💪🏼🙏🏼... I’m pretty sure I’m not out of the woods yet, so to not disturb the Diatomaceous Earth in the soil bed I’m going to water them via the bottoms of the fabric pots for a few waterings to really ensure I cut those bad boy thrips to shreds 🤞🏼😎 Nutes will be going in too late tonight when I water them via the bottoms for the first time.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 10 - Tuesday 27th Oct Girls looking good and the watering via the bottoms went better than expected.. So the Diatomaceous Earth can still do it’s job. Can’t see any thrips but I know they’re still there but no way near as many as before. Buds are still really small and in some areas look like they are beginning to turn orange already, I hope my LED is not burning them. I don’t think it’s that as some of the lower buds under foliage seem to have the same. Will keep an eye! Happy days 💚🍃🌱🙏🏼
