The smell is really amazing this is the real deal, this plant smells like candy for real. i cannot stop smelling it when i come in the room. i almost don't believe it so good it smells. Day 57 - Starting week 9 and man she is looking good with the dark purples. Just took her out for some pictures and see if she needed a drink. Will probably give her a feeding on Sunday. Got the new AGLEX COB LED hooked up so we’ll see over the next few days how she likes it. Day 58 - Nothing new happening with this girl today. So far so good with the new light. Soil is still sorta damp so plan in giving her some water tomorrow. Day 59 - Still chugging along and still not ready for any water and I don’t want to over do it so will hold off another day before giving her some. Day 60 - Still not ready for water, looks like tomorrow she should be ready and will give her a feeding of the foxfarm trio. Other than that, she’s chugging along and looking gorgeous. Day 62 - Looking great still and gave her a feeding of the foxfarm trio today. I went ahead and defoliated quite a bit today so hopefully she can focus on some more bud development. I’m gonna start really checking the trichs here in the next couple days. She might be getting close to the end but not sure yet. Day 63 - Ending week 9 today and almost all trichs are cloudy. Wanting to get about 30-40% amber before chopping plus she’s still got quite a few white pistils so I’ll wait until I stop see those popping up.

Good week she looks like she’s doing well, I will be topping this week and starting a mainline.

I took David Robinson's tip a little late " dont grow small flowers" So I took anything that was taking away from the main coals. Of that works out in my favour I will have to find out !! There is a large story behind there fine ladies . But for now let's just say f*ck cancer.

On day 13 they recieved higher nutriens EC 1 PH 6.4 Topped 4 plants on day 17 On day 17 I gave them another too hot nutrients solution EC 1.8 PH 6.5 can see some problems (in my opinion its nuts burn due not me realizing that soil was already a bit pre-fertilized + pushing everything too far due to its my first grow I found out at day 17, when I saw first signs - sadly I topped them that day and I brought them a lot more stress 😒 Transplanted plants into final 15l pots on day 20 Right now they are getting RO water only, will feed on day 22 again with EC of 0,9 I will aim for 6.2 PH as well EDIT: couple of people confirmed nutrients burn, so since I transfered 1l pots into 15l fresh lighmix, I will not feed until day 26 - they will get only hydro roots with RO water EDIT2: Forgot to write info about my light schedule - running lights at 240W and right now I am hitting around 375 PPFD with 18hrs on - so that is around 24.3 DLI :) I am checking it with LUX meter and converting to PPFD - then DLI

Added Yara Kristalon Orange, Yara Calcinit and a little bit of Haifa GrowClean to the reservoir. Adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Light intensity is measured at the hottest spot. The stem is swelling, the netcups are 24/7 soaked due to the pipe being full with roots and increased water levels, next grow I'll go for a bigger pipe. The stem is not getting soft it is actually harder at the splitting part. Flowers are beginning to form more and more, no deficiencies, stretch stopped, EC 1800-2000 seems to be a good range for this strain/pheno in my specific setup. Did some defoliation as needed. Can't increase the light distance anymore, kinda hot for the super stretched branches but great for the rest, the super stretched branches don't show any sign of stress so I take that :) Nothing else to report. Harvested after 3 days flush and two days night after recommended 9 weeks. Got 2 phenos. One better and more representative of the strain description which i kept a clone of to S1 and stabilize. As usual uploading here is a pita it didnt upload my videos again really annoying, but pics show the better strain is stronger bramches, stretchier, and better buds. I cut them in the video so no one cries i didnt harvest lol. Smell is from sourish sweet to sweet and mossy like a green slurpy or something. 6 week testers were potent and frosty already so i cant imagine after proper harvest and cure.

Last couple weeks for the Green Gelato pair. Getting a couple amber trichs in the video. I accidentally snapped a branch and decided to fully remove it from one, and will add to the total weight at the end. The Royal Gorilla is a strange one. Still far behind at this age, could go 100 days potentially lol. Drinking 2l a day too.

Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s, they are hanging and drying now. The 3rd is definitely looking better than the first 2. I think the first 2 will probably be turned into edibles, rather than smoked. The 3rd is looking much better overall and especially in terms of bud development, she will probably be smoked. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. This week I finally removed my plant(shaman) that I didn't want to keep. Gave her away to a friend, hopefully in ''good'' care LOL. Sprayed them with CANNA RHIZOTONIC again. Did a little LST and some defoliation. Had to raise my PH a little bit because I did a small flush and found out that my run-off was like 5.6-5.7PH which is a little to low. So to keep a good PH in my soil i have them some water with ph 6.2-6.3. Not to much because then your soil will be ph 6.2-6.3. I just want to have it arround 5.9-6 for now.

The 2nd week of 12/12 cycle went smooth. 😌 The screen is almost filled up and I saw pre-flowers on all 4 Runtz. A few larger fanleaves that blocked light for lower shoots were removed. But i've spotted some fungus gnats 😐, so I've placed a few of those yellow sticky things between the plants. That was today, so tommorow I'll check if I've caught a few. Temperatures fluctuated between 17°C (62.6°F) and 23.8°C (74.8 °F). Humidity stayed between 39 – 68%. The high humidity maxima is because I still spray them once in a while. The normal levels are between 40 - 50%. It also got a little bit brighter in the growroom. 😎 The cobs went from 71cm (28 inches) and 236 watt to 70cm (27,5 inches) and 244 watt. This week I gave them fed tap water once on day 11 of the 12/12 cycle (ph 6,38 – ec 1,39). The rest of the week was pure tap water (ph 6,37 – ec 0,5). And I gave them their second CannaCurespray shower. (50ml/250ml) Just a few more days and I can start counting the actual flowering days.😀 That was the second week 12/12 in a nutshell.
