Here we are at week 8 of flower plants are getting cut down tomorrow at day 56! I would of liked to push them another week but I’m literally getting my neighbors knocking on the door telling me it’s the smell is too strong! But I’m hyped to smoke these strains the snowcandy is a keeper forsure I got a couple more phenos of each strain I’m going to run next round so that should be promising ! Definitely go grab some of robinhoodseeds strains they are always fire!

Hi Growmies, So far it all goes to plan. Not much to do on soil I gotta admit. Right now they are receiving RO ph balanced water with some CalMag, rhizotonic and orca. The solution is applied with a spray bottle every time the top layer appears dry. #1 is a bit behind, as she struggled to get out of the seed shell. Damn these girls are showing out. The cotton candy frost is next level, buds are starting to fatten up nicely too. All things considered they’re coming out great lots of issues towards the beginning and middle of this run but the resistance on the little mama’s is next level. Day 70. For a lady who was given salt water. The the wrong ph water. She is really a massive lady. I’m proud of her. She’s taller then my damn light at the moment. But mainely is always hitting it out of the park. She’s bulking. Can’t wait to see what she will do.

Week 9/10 of flower and this one is juuuust starting to find its end. Trich development and bud bulk has increased pretty significantly over the last week and if u look real close we’re seeing slight signs of amber. Still not there just yet but leaves have begun to fade a little indicating that the end is nigh. Frustrating to see little spots of WPM here and there - we’ve been treating that with spot sprays of sodium bicarbonate which has kept it in check. The soil and pot simply aren’t getting enough airflow.l due to the plants overall size and a need to keep the canopy cool when so close to the grow light. Other than that , she’s been pretty smooth sailn. Not long now and looking forward to the finish on this one👍.

Another week has gone by. Still not seeing any amber trichomes but a lot seem to be going cloudy so hopefully another 2 weeks MAX for this one. Both plants are looking kinda deficient but only a week or two left so not too fussed about that. Both plants smell very sweet and are both the same smell too which suggests a nice strain stability. Still unsure which one will yield more, one being topped and one left to its own life. Hopefully next week we will see some amber!

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. First week of flowering. Girls are super happy. And drink a lot. I very much prefer the lower plant count with 8 plants. And I’m probably not going to go back to more than 9 plants. Perhaps will even try 6 or 7. 12 or 16 was a bit of overkill. Maybe with super short veg it has its place. 26.01 first day of flower.

Day 1 - watering and defoliation of both plants. MC1 needed a trim badly to expose the nodes. Mc2 much larger nodes naturally..light we defoliation
