Well everybody I am back! We have had some major changes around here & lots happen but we are still on track gearing up to begin germination on our potential mother plants. This diary is for the MOTHER PLANTS & CLONES taken from them. At which point the clones from each cultivar will be going into their own designated 5x5 tent, We will be starting out with 5x 5x5 MARS HYDRO tents each tent running a MARS HYDRO FC-E6500. We will be getting a infrared c02 burner and implementing proper c02 from here on out. This diary will be about tracking the both good and bad qualities of each mother plant & creating somewhat a visual representation of our pheno-hunt process.
MARS HYDRO & I are currently finalizing the price on all of the equipment and then we will be gung ho. We are in the process of building a new editing computer and then new content will be rolling out better than before with upgraded camera equipment & a higher level end product for all of you to enjoy!
We are super excited to be working with @marshydroLED for this facility.
We are going to have some exciting news by the end of September stay tuned for that! By the end of this crop our product from these phenohunt's will be available on our website to Canadian residents!

UPDATE : August 30th 2023 - We have gotten all the floors and walls cleaned up enough to the point where we are now ready to lay down the liquid rubber floor sealant and coating. Our electrician Darren will be coming by in the next week to do the electrical work for the first stage of our production, 6 FLOWER lights & 2 VEG / Clone lights. This will be off a 2 pole 50 amp fuse going to our timer box with all 6 lights on timer @ 240v.
As I am waiting for all the components of a new computer to build for editing & all other activities, For now I am just uploading videos to here. The youtube component will resume once the new computer arrives in full & the new camera equipment. Enjoy everybody ! I can't wait to get started on this one I hope you are all as excited as I am.
We have also added in Stinkin Bishop to our potential mom's we will be germinating. The reason being for this is the Ragekiller Tuna is from balmshelter.ca and it was supposedly left over stock of charles scott's own seeds he breeds ( He used to be reeferman ) Made pink kush, That guy. Anyways I passed some of the purpsberry off to @1Right_Angle and it grew like less than I would have expected for what the strain was supposed to be. Trust me, 1Right_Angle grew it into a absolute monster, But it began to autoflower very strangely being a regular photoperiod & then produced very strange flower. Going into this stage of production it is important these first few grows are not at all wastes of money in any aspect & that product from these pheno hunts will be sellable. I am only going to take a couple clones off of the ragekiller & not fill an entire 5x5 with it until we have confirmed its genetics as being stable & strong. So that is why we have brought in Stinkin Bishop to play back up.
UPDATE : October 6th 2023 - Electrical is finished, MARS HYDRO equipment is all here. Just waiting for the new camera gear, Editing rig & rest of the equipment for the rebuild to come in. We are looking to get mom's germinated by end of OCT start of NOV
UPDATE : NOVEMBER 5TH 2023 - Room is almost done, Seeds have now gone into water to begin their soak for 24 hours!
UPDATE : NOVEMBER 9TH 2023 - 4 out of 6 seeds germinated. Finishing touches will be done on the room this weekend, Room reveal coming shortly there after !

Day 86 . I will chop first two today. Plant A and B, C stays for a week still, a bit airy and not mature , but she was in shade mostly ...
Spent almost 5 hours defoliating other plants and got too high and drunk a bit, so dry trim chosen for first two ;))))

@PurpleWorship just to prove my kilo idea I made a video for you ;))) this one was starved, she needed watering yesterday, so I could bump her to 1.5 easy .... Her sisters were heavier ;))) will do one more with monster Green Crack, can make a bet she will be above 2 kg easy ! ;)))
Made some bubble hash, got light brown and pinky colour at the end when dried. Lovely !

I've bn a bit late with update but all well ,I flushed 2 plants for 1 week and now just 1 lsd left,,,,I managed to get some ATA-XL so hoping for denser buds on the last one I'll give the overall harvest weight at the end,happy growing growers👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Aktueller Zustand der Pflanze (siehe Bild):
Diese zweite Pflanze im Grow zeigt sich als das Sorgenkind des Durchgangs und hat die Herausforderungen, mit denen wir zu kämpfen hatten, deutlicher widergespiegelt.
* Wuchsform und Streckung: Im Gegensatz zur Nachbarpflanze zeigt diese Pflanze eine ausgeprägte vertikale Streckung, insbesondere im Bereich der Hauptcola. Dies deutet auf ein "Spargeln" hin, das möglicherweise durch unzureichende Lichtintensität in den frühen Phasen, genetische Veranlagung oder suboptimales Training verursacht wurde. Die Energie scheint sich stark auf die Hauptachse konzentriert zu haben, während die Seitentriebe weniger stark entwickelt sind.
* Blütenentwicklung: Die Blüten sind zwar vorhanden und zeigen eine beginnende Harzproduktion, wirken aber insgesamt weniger dicht und kompakt als die der ersten Pflanze. Die Blütenmasse pro Cluster ist geringer, und die Struktur ist etwas luftiger.
* Blattgesundheit und Stresssymptome: Hier zeigen sich die Auswirkungen der Probleme am deutlichsten. Viele Blätter weisen Verfärbungen auf, die über die natürliche Reifung hinausgehen, darunter helle Vergilbungen und potenzielle Anzeichen von Nährstoffmängeln oder -blockaden. Auch Verdrehungen und Krümmungen an einigen Blättern sind sichtbar, was auf Stress durch die pH-Volatilität und die Algenkonkurrenz hindeutet.
Herausforderungen und Erkenntnisse aus diesem Grow:
Diese Pflanze hat die Auswirkungen der pH-Volatilität und des Algenbefalls auf der Steinwolle stärker zu spüren bekommen. Die instabilen pH-Werte haben die Nährstoffaufnahme erschwert, und die Algen haben zusätzlich Nährstoffe entzogen und das Wurzelmilieu beeinträchtigt. Dies hat zu den sichtbaren Stresssymptomen und der weniger optimalen Blütenentwicklung geführt.
Learnings für den nächsten Grow:
Die Erfahrungen mit dieser Pflanze unterstreichen die Notwendigkeit, die pH-Stabilität und die Algenprävention von Anfang an in den Griff zu bekommen. Die geplanten Maßnahmen für den nächsten Durchgang – kleinere Steinwollwürfel und eine umfassende Abdeckung mit Tonkugeln – sind entscheidend, um solche Probleme zu vermeiden und das volle Potenzial jeder Pflanze zu entfalten.
Ausblick:
Obwohl diese Pflanze mehr Schwierigkeiten hatte, ist es wichtig, aus den Beobachtungen zu lernen. Sie liefert wertvolle Einblicke, wie wichtig ein stabiles und sauberes Anbauumfeld ist. Die Erkenntnisse aus diesem Grow werden dazu beitragen, zukünftige Durchgänge noch erfolgreicher zu gestalten.

Welcome Back!💚
Nach der ersten Blütewoche sieht man bisher kaum etwas an Blüten/Stigmenansätzen. Sie ist bisher echt der krasseste LowGainer, den ich seit ich Growe gesehen hab.
Bisher muss ich leider sagen dass mich die Genetik hier etwas irritiert.
Mal schauen ob die Pflanze in der Blüte noch was reißt 😁

RESUMEN DE CULTIVO: Esta cepa es brutal, resiste muy bien las manipulaciones y genera cogollos grandes y prietos, también soporta una fertilización poco controlada y ligeramente excesiva. Perfecta para alguien con pocos conocimientos (este es mi primer cultivo)
OLOR: No tiene un olor fuerte, una buena opción para quien necesita disimular el olor del cultivo.
SABOR: Su perfil de terpenos es muy bueno pero suave, varia en funcion de la planta, algunas tenían un sabor ligero, especiado y tirando a lo picante pero una en particular si sacó matices de olor y sabor muy dulces y afurtados entre el mango y el platano realmente buenos, me encantaría tener una madre de ese ejemplar.
EFECTOS: Tiene altos porcentajes de THC, a tumbado a más de un amigo, me parece una buena opción si buscas una variedad potente.
LO MALO: Poco malo tengo que decir, aunque tampoco es tan sabrosa como me hubiera gustado. Seguiré buscando otras variedades pero seguro que repito.

A lot of rain and wind, continuously. Temps have dropped as well.
I’m reading another week or two to chop this plants.
Sativa dominant hybrids did the best, the Fastberry and the banana purple punch did not really develop as the other two.
In specifics the cbd crack developed sizable buds, and the blue dream as well, the flowers are not as developed tight and dense as in the indoor grow. A bit of fox-tailing nothing too expressive.
Minimal work, as per the setup chosen, an no extra nutes this week.

The buds are really starting to stack and bulk up, and man… the frost is coming in nicely. Some of those tops are getting properly coated, and the smell hits you the second you open the tent.
You can clearly see the contrast between the plants — the NLs are staying nice and dark green with heavy frost, while the Critical Mass fades out into those limey/yellow tones. Not perfect, but at this stage I’m letting them ride. The flowers themselves are developing well, and that’s what counts.
Structure-wise, I’m pretty happy. The canopy is fairly even, multiple solid tops across the board, and everything is getting good light exposure.
Stats so far:
💧 Watering: Every third day
🌡️ Temp: 26–28°C
💦 Humidity: 60% RH
📈 VPD: ~1.18 kPa
💡 Light: ~700 PPFD

Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6.
Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off.
Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚

De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L
Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L
Used 300ml of the 5L solution.
I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation.
We'll see how they perform 💪💚

De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each.
Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive.
All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Día 09. Segunda semana de crecimiento. La planta sigue creciendo a un buen ritmo. Ya pronto voy a agregar un bioestimulante de crecimiento y algunos microorganismos. Probablemente esta semana también haga la poda apical.
Día 14. Le hice el corte apical el día 10. Ya está recuperada y creciendo. Por el momento mantengo la solución. Mañana seguro ya cambio y le agrego un bioestimulante de crecimiento. Aún no fui a buscar las bacterias, pero esta semana tengo que ir sin falta. Ya voy a ir preparando la parte de arriba para cuando lleguen los esquejes. Pero una vez que corte, tengo dos semanas de enraizamiento. Por lo cual todavía falta. Pero ya está todo encaminado.

My gas tax plant is looking absolutely incredible right now. It's got these massive buds that are super dense and have this awesome dark color to the leaves. I'm so excited to see how it turns out when it's finally ready to be harvested. I've been checking the height, the thickness of the stem, and the density of the buds to get an idea of how much longer I have to wait. I think I might start flushing it soon.
The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.
