Week 2 - the growth is very good and I can see a healthy root development at the bottom. I watered twice this week - a little dryback in the first weeks should be good to promote roots. DLI 20 / EC 1.2

I was ahead of schedule with my weekly updates so I am changing this week to the true week 6 update, photos are about a week and a half from last week update. Starting flowering nutes tomorrow after flushing all day today, seeing a lot of new pistil growth. I was hoping to have these harvested around week 10 but I’m thinking it’s gonna be more like 12 or 13 now which is fine, just taking it day by day. This week has been a lot of stretching, with the tallest one coming out at around 17 inches. I was gone on a trip for 5 days and left them to their own devices, and returned to see great growth and no signs of any issues. Humidity was at 90% in the tent when I got back which scared me but I saw no signs of stress, these girls really are some hulks. Aired it out and it’s back to a reasonable level now. I’ve been expressing my worries in previous updates about the plants growing too big for their grow area, however nothing is getting out of control and I don’t see them growing more than 12 more inches, which at max could be pushing a little close to the light but should be ok. Starting to get hints of some nice pungent smells which are different than the previous earthy ones, getting pretty excited.

This new week since the soil is a soil improver specifically formulated for lawns, its task is to keep the pH around 8 and stabilize, there is peat that also acts as a buffer, I did a flush giving 2 liters of water since the vase is 3.2L at pH 5 to balance it with the runoff pH which is pH 8, since the pH is 8 the plant is unable to take nutrients as it should and therefore problems with curled leaves begin, which discolor, lose vigor (I wanted to do this experiment also for those who are new to it)

In den letzten ein bis zwei Wochen hat sich unsere Pflanze weiterhin prächtig entwickelt und zeigt nun deutliche Anzeichen einer fortgeschrittenen Blütephase. Es gab keine dramatischen Veränderungen, sondern eine stetige Reifung, die uns dem Erntezeitpunkt näherbringt. Die Pflanze präsentiert sich sehr buschig und vital, mit zahlreichen dichten Blütenständen, die sich gut ausgebildet haben (siehe Gesamtansicht der Pflanze). Die Buds sind kompakt und haben in den letzten Wochen an Volumen und Gewicht zugelegt. Man kann deutlich sehen, wie die Blütenkelche anschwellen und sich zu reifen Blütenständen formen. Trichom- und Stigmen-Reife: Ein genauerer Blick auf die Buds (wie im ersten Nahaufnahme-Bild der Trichome und im weiteren Nahaufnahme-Bild der Buds mit orangenen Stigmen ersichtlich) zeigt den Fortschritt der Reifung. Die weißen, harzigen Trichome bedecken die Blütenstände in Hülle und Fülle, was auf eine intensive Produktion von Cannabinoiden hinweist. Bei den Trichomen ist nun eine gute Mischung aus milchig-trüben Köpfen zu erkennen, die auf die volle Potenz hindeuten. Erste bernsteinfarbene Trichome beginnen ebenfalls aufzutreten, was ein Zeichen dafür ist, dass der Erntezeitpunkt bevorsteht. Parallel dazu haben sich die Stigmen (die feinen Härchen auf den Buds) von Weiß zu einem satten Orange-Braun verfärbt. Dies ist ein weiteres starkes Indiz für die Reife der Blüten und die nahende Ernte. Blattwerk und Nährstoffbedarf: Das Blattwerk der Pflanze ist größtenteils weiterhin gesund und grün, was auf eine gute Nährstoffversorgung schließen lässt. Einige der größeren Fächerblätter können in dieser späten Blütephase leichte Anzeichen von Vergilbung zeigen, da die Pflanze ihre Energie nun primär in die Blütenentwicklung steckt und Nährstoffe aus den Blättern zieht. Dies ist ein natürlicher Prozess, der oft als "Herbstfärbung" bezeichnet wird. Wir werden die Reifung der Trichome weiterhin genauestens beobachten, um den optimalen Erntezeitpunkt zu bestimmen, der je nach gewünschtem Effekt variieren kann. Auch die allgemeine Gesundheit der Pflanze wird weiterhin im Auge behalten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie bis zur Ernte optimal versorgt ist.

At the beginning of flowering, spots and burns began to appear on the leaves that were very worrying, and at the same time I noticed that the plant was not producing almost any resin, in the end, after leaving it without nutrients in a couple of waterings and watering A little with fish mix, the deficit was solved, which following the indications of Jorge Cervantes' book, seemed like Boro's deficit. In the end the resin appeared although not excessively, but it was compensated with large batons that, being not too tight, were more airy and did not rot as much as they could have done. My best harvest to date! 86 grams of peeled flower for which I am more than happy, and a good amount of sugar leaves with which I will make some kind of extract later. The taste of the cured herb is quite mild (I guess because of the lack of nutrients in the last phase of the crop), remember something fruity with strong touches of wood, nuts and some citrus. Es la planta que más tiempo he tenido en la terraza hasta la fecha, si miramos atrás, empecé con ella hace 5 meses y al final se les coge cariño😅...Desde el principió creció muy bien, con la ayuda de mi amigo @Vilahaze y las técnicas que he aprendido en estos años que llevo cultivando, la he ido domando poco a poco para conseguir esta forma definitiva de la que estoy muy orgulloso😋! Combiné el Mainlining con un poco de LST para ordenar las diferentes ramas para que no se tocaran ni hiciesen sombra unas a las otras, y más o menos lo conseguí. Al inicio de la floración, empezaron a aparecer manchas y quemaduras en las hojas que eran muy preocupantes, y a la vez noté que la planta no estaba produciendo casi nada de resina, al final, después de dejarla sin nutrientes en un par de riegos y regar un poco con fish mix, se solucioné el déficit, que siguiendo las indicaciones del libro de Jorge Cervantes, parecía déficit de Boro. Al final la resina apareció aunque no de forma excesiva, pero se compensó con unas grandes porras que al no estar muy prietas, estaban más aireadas y no se pudrieron tanto como podrían haberlo hecho. Mi mejor cosecha hasta la fecha! 86 gramos de flor pelada por los que estoy más que contento, y una buena cantidad de hojas de azúcar con las que más adelante haré algún tipo de extracto. El sabor de la hierba curada es bastante suave (supongo que por la falta de nutrientes en la ultima fase del cultivo), recuerda algo afrutado con fuertes toques de madera, frutos secos y algo cítrico. Continues to stretch and add more bud sites. Increased maxigro for that final stretch.

End of week two notes : Created a gilly web to get everything nicely pulled in a way that is barely stressing the plants . Because all of thebsteings have specail knots as they grow in certain places , it will take stress off other parts of the plant in the webbing . Also increased out solution temperature From 21.6 to 23.8 also we were adding 150 mills of budjuice once a week and then the CO2 to breathe bag would be why we are increasing the temperature in order to get that CO2 to fully Digest it as much as possible without causing any burn or over temperature stress to the plants. They are on the floor , and it being -40C and colder I think that is to contribute to the plants not drinking as much . As you can see there is no sign of nutrient burn or really and disfunction I can see ? Let me know because as always I am always looking to bounce ideas !!

14. Woche, P1 fällt morgen, die ist soweit gut denke ich (ca. 20% aufwärts Bernstein Trichome). P2 braucht leider noch ca. 1 woche länger. 93. Tag ist für P1 das Ende, sie wurde heute vorgetrimmt und zum trocknen aufgehängt. Ergebnisse gibt es wenn die P2 auch geerntet wird, denke nächste Woche um die Zeit. Aber eins kann ich euch versichern, is mit Abstand die schwerste die ich ist jetzt hatte😊🍀🍀. Gebt euch auch mal wie viele Trichome die gute produziert hat, Duft is noch sehr pflanzlich, Blüten sind ziemlich fest gewesen hoffe das es nach dem trocknen noch so ist. Alles in allem super Run. Hoffentlich is die gute bei den Top 10 das wäre ein träumchen, wobei ich es wirklich jedem gönne zu gewinnen und bei soviel starker Konkurrenz geht ich wahrscheinlich unter. ABER was ein geiler Contest trotzdem, hier ein dickes fettes Dankeschön an Zamnesia und Plagron für die Möglichkeit hier überhaupt mitmachen zu dürfen 🙏💙💜 98.
