Seeds germinated in three days

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. March 14 2026 Mephisto's Wedding X Grape Walker Kush are responding well to the increased humidity and airflow with some explosive early vegetive growth. #1 has leaf mutation at node 2. Today they were provided around 500mL of total input (250mL EWC slurry @ 1tbsp / cup, 250mL plain dechlorinated tap water @ pH 6.0). 175-210 Ppfd with Photone app on iPhone 16pro.

EC: 0.4 The plants are a bit bushy again, so i did a last defoliation today. Leaves removed #1: 72gr #2: 59gr. 2-5 Temps: 20.8 to 26.1 degrees Humidity: 50% to 61% Watering: Both 1000 ml. Here we are back! Sorry i can’t update this every week, i’m low on time due work. Growth is incredible fast since they have been set in hydro. The latest girls has been topped and main-lined and auto lemon is in the second week of flower. added some bloombastic for PK (Phosphorus & Potassium). Defoliated some lower leaves as they'r growing super healthy and vigorous, I think i'll be making the 12/12 switch next week. Lights are running both at full capacity(CMH > Superlumens mode (340W) and ViparSpectra LED's (450W/200W actual power) = 540Watts/1m2

🌗Switching to flowering this week, I reduced the length of the day by 1 hour each day until reaching 12 hours night time / 12 hours daylight on the 32rd day!🌞 🌺On the 32rd day I apply a layer of organic nutrients mixed with a little soil that I add to the top of each pot. I added 35 grams of BioBloom to each of my pots🌺 I'm doing some light defoliation again this week Happy, the growth went very well. Can't wait to see the buds now ! 😁🤞 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water my gelato pot with: Day 32 : 1 L with 0.8 grams of bio enhancer/L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 65-80%) Night : 14-17°C (Humidity : 75-85%) Outside the tent it is around 16°C with 70% humidity The humidity is a little too high, I hope it will drop a little and I won't have a problem with mold during flowering😅🤞 ------------------------------------------------------------ 🚀Equipment of the week ⭐️ : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent. Grow Diary – Fazit 🌱 Robuste Strains, unkomplizierter Grow und zwei zufriedene Ladys. Zwei Femis standen an, aber im Zelt war leider kein Platz mehr. Also hieß es: Ab in den Garten! 😄 Am 08.03. sind die beiden im Light Mix eingezogen. Nach den Eisheiligen und sobald die Temperaturen konstant mild waren, durften sie nach draußen umziehen. Den heißen Sommer haben die Ladys bis auf ihren großen Durst völlig problemlos überstanden. Viel Aufwand war gar nicht nötig: 💧 Regenwasser 🌿 Ab und an etwas Brennnesseljauche ✂️ Ein klein wenig entlaubt Mehr wurde an den beiden eigentlich nicht gemacht. Und das Ergebnis? Keine Ungeziefer, keine größeren Probleme und insgesamt ein super unkomplizierter Grow. Genau so wünscht man sich robuste Strains! Fazit Wer auf der Suche nach pflegeleichten, robusten Strains ist, die auch mal mit weniger Aufmerksamkeit klarkommen, ist mit diesen beiden definitiv gut unterwegs. Zwei Femis, kein Platz im Zelt – und am Ende wurde der Garten zur perfekten Alternative. 🌞🌿 Ein Grow, der gezeigt hat: Manchmal braucht es gar nicht viel, wenn die Genetik stimmt. ❤️

All went well in the germination process, 100 percent success rate per usual with Seedsman seeds. Dropped the seeds in spring water for 12 hours and then transferred into the paper towel method until the tap roots were a half inch or so. Then planted into solo cups of Jiffy starting mix and watered with RO water with about 150ppm of CalMag.

Here we are day 47 a veg , and we're getting pretty close to flipping her to flower.. i'm thinking the first of the year i'm gonna put her in the 2.3x2.3x63 Mars hydro tent where she could blossome, and have the tent to herself.. Once I move her over, i'm starting a new auto run the beginning of the New Year .. I hope everybody had a Merry Christmas christmas and I pray you have a safe New Year.. So it not letting me add my nutrients so here it is.. .75tsp silica.... .6tsp cal mag and .9 top of maxibloom PH 6.2..once in flower the Ph will go to 6.5..✌️ Day 48 and I finally moved this girl to her very own tent ( mars hydro 2.3x2.3x63 ) getting ready for flower !! I'm gonna give her probably a week to really fill in, and then we flip to 12 and 12 .. so far, this plant has been a breeze to grow.. Twenty20 Ateam R&D Update! Wow this week went so great, Germination was 100%successful!! We went with the usual paper towel method an they all popped up in the soil on Saturday the 28th! Let’s grow lil babies let’s grow!!

Welcome back to peaky's garden Second week of rinsing for this beautiful little girl who is already starting to show some signs Amber on these Trichomes One of the strains is giving me huge satisfaction ,I think I've never grown such a big beast "autoflowering" wow I'm really surprised by its branching I really like this strain a lot

25.01. F23 The stretch is now completely finished, with the plants standing at around 82 cm. Bud development is progressing well, with clear improvements in structure and density. Unfortunately, powdery mildew remains an issue. Affected leaves are removed daily to limit further spread. In addition, the plants are treated twice per week with Purolyt to keep spore pressure as low as possible.

Messed up not trimming lower buds really fluffy but still, branches were lst to long and buds got heavy in branchs

Well she looks a bit better than last week!! Still chugging along. 6.5cm vertical growth this week.

flush week! plants looking beautiful. Ill continue to flush for another 4-5 days, harvest mid next week. buds are so heavy, had to do some major tie ups to keep them upright for these last few days.

Plants have stopped stretching and started to focus on flower development with pistils reaching Decent resin production so far in this tent, getting loud with the gassy fruity in your face cat piss smoothie
