Testing for Connoisseur genetics Outback haze #1 24th January 2022 She stretched a little bit 😆 Check out those thin arse sativa leaves 👌 Absolutely Glorious 👊 I gave them both aprox 6 weeks worth of Bio bloom , then I'll figure out what to add when the time comes . It will probably be guano and other goodies but this strain could take a fair while to finish so will need to keep adding to the soil as I go . Whether outback haze is a heavy feeder or not will need to be seen . This shit's about to get real 👈 Cheers for stopping by 👍

Bad Guy is showing some serious growth, but some lower leaves have started to yellow. I've increased feeding and will keep a close watch. 🌱💧 Don't worry, it's all part of the process!

Day 95 harvest of last 2 of 4 plants. 10 days after first two were harvested. BB1 and GG1 seem to have denser buds than BB2 and GG2. I think the yield will be greater also. First two plants dried for 6 days at 45-50 RH and 65-70F and put into quart Mason jars with humidity meters and pouches at 62 RH. Once second two have dried, will update dry weight for all 4 plants in Harvest week.

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. Hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and gave us a good bit of rain and wind, so while the other girls were tucked under the roof, including the autos, Aubergine was at the end of the bench. I'm sorry, but I had to prioritize the others, I feel like they're at greater risk for mold. It got down to 49 F last night, which means it's really Fall now!

1 - 2 week left before Harvest!! Smells like Grape and Blueberry if anyone's had blueberry hash they would understand what I'm smelling .Not A Huge yield but quality should be !

This plant way outgrew my expectations!!! She was trimmed back to nothing, and still could've used a better trimming.

Day 50 - Nearly at her end, some pretty buds have formed showing pink/red colours. Trichomes were checked and they are showing pretty much all milky white at the moment, I saw a few Amber but I'd like to see atleast 30% Amber before they get harvested. The buds are rock hard and full of unique smells which I hope translates to the flavour profile. I will be flushing these girls for the remainder of the grow which shouldn't be too long now. Keep a close eye as I will be uploading some more pictures and videos. Hoping to do a photo shoot once all is ready. Both phenos are pushing beautifully into flower: • Pheno #1: Taller, branchy, already stretching into her flower frame. • Pheno #2: Started later, but catching up fast, morphing gracefully into bloom. The morphology shift is very visible this week, especially with the introduction of new bloom-focused nutrients. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Update – The New Recipe This week we swapped Start Booster → Top Booster and introduced a few Plagron classics to complement the Aptus base: Water Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 1 ml • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml We paused All-in-One Liquid for now, letting the slow-release pellets in the super soil do their work. The idea: less redundancy, more synergy. 💡 Experiment in Progress: I’ve used Plagron successfully in the past, but this is my first time weaving their trio (Power Buds, Sugar Royal, Green Sensation) into an Aptus base. It’s improvisation, yes, but that’s where discoveries are made. Let’s see how the Mango Kush girls respond! ⸻ 🌡️ Environment – Riding the Highs • Temps: Sometimes peaking at 34°C (🌬️ AC unit on the way soon!) • Humidity: 60–70% at times • VPD: ~1.89 kPa • Soil Moisture: Watering when down to 19–20% • Monitoring: TrolMaster WCS Substrate Sensor → feeding me EC, moisture, and root zone data in real time ⚠️ It’s not a “perfect” VPD chart this week, but the Mango Kush girls are handling it like champs. Each one has its own role in the flowering process, and together they form a very balanced support system for the Mango Kush ladies. 🌸 Power Buds (1 ml/L) • Purpose: Early flowering stimulator • What it does: Power Buds encourages the plant to initiate bud development faster. It shortens the “transition phase” from veg into bloom, helping flowers form sooner and more consistently across the canopy. • Why now: We’re in Week 2 Flower, the exact point where we want to signal the plants: “It’s time to build flowers.” Power Buds sends that hormonal nudge. ⸻ 🍯 Sugar Royal (1 ml/L) • Purpose: Enhances resin, aroma, and stress resistance • What it does: Sugar Royal contains amino acids that stimulate the plant to produce more chlorophyll and secondary metabolites. In plain terms: richer terpene profile, stickier resin, stronger smell, deeper taste. • Extra benefit: It also reduces stress from heat or drought, very useful right now since our temps have been spiking up to 34°C. • Why now: As stretch continues, plants need to stay strong and not waste energy on stress. Sugar Royal helps them thrive despite less-than-ideal VPD. ⸻ 💎 Green Sensation (1 ml/L) • Purpose: All-in-one bloom enhancer for the second half of flower • What it does: Green Sensation is a powerful 4-in-1 booster that improves: • Flowering: denser, heavier buds • Resin production: frostier flowers • Nutrient uptake: more efficient feeding • Soil health: stimulates beneficial microbial activity • Why now: Even though it shines brightest in late flower, starting early allows the soil ecosystem and plant metabolism to adapt gradually. Ho saltato una settimana per corbezzolo che è solo cresciuta con il ramo principale e senza laterali, si vede che ho cambiato luce troppo presto e anche lei, essendo che era la più piccola, è andata sempre cercando la luce…oltre questo ho sbagliato e ho dato troppa acqua 💦 qualche settimana fa e la pianta ha avuto tante carenze e altri problemi radicali…spero di recuperarla almeno un po’ ma parlando di resa mi metto il cuore in pace… procediamo e vediamo come evolve 🙂✨🌀🌱💚💥🤞

Week 3 has arrived and training has started. Still feeding off the slow release amendments and watered when the pot is light. Fimmed 3 mains, but one naturally had 2 tops already. Top count will remain at 8 as I only have 3 more weeks of vegging before she has to be flipped. She got her weekly dose of Recharge at 1tbsp per gallon. Light was raised to 26 inches due to signs of stress in the leaves.

Plants have really picked up on the vertical growth this week. I topped and tied a few more branches down. Some of the lower 5 fingered fan leaves on the GG4xZ have doubled the size of my hand!

Die gelben Blattspitzen haben sich vom 12.10-18.10.24 sehr vermehrt. Betroffen sind nur die jungen Blätter, spitzen sind stark sichtbar gelb geworden. Ph-Wert beträgt aktuell 7.0. Ich werde der Pflanze keinen Dünger mehr geben. Ph-Wert vom Wasser wird auf natürliche Weise gesenkt, um die Erde durchzuspülen.

Update: Day 1 of week 11 - Thursday 29th October I am soooooo fucking pissed! I don’t know whether watering the girls from the bottom has made the girls more thirsty or just that they are generally more thirsty due to needing more Nutes during flower but one of the ladies has wilted quite terribly. The other girls seem ok, slightly more thirsty and the leaves slightly droop a little more than usual at feeding time but one girl has defo been through the thirst wars.. She’s bounced back after a good water but the buds looks shrivelled and feeling very sorry for them selves. I’m not sure she will be as good a smoke now if she makes it at all.. Other than that moved the LED up slightly more to keep a good distance between the light and the girls.. I really haven’t got anymore space now so fingers crossed this all works! Super vex this has happened in the final weeks. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 11 - Friday 30th Oct The wilted lady has made a great recovery but the buds still seem a little dishevelled. But considering what’s happened to her I’m happy so far.. Let’s see how she goes🤞🏼 UPDATE: Day 3 of week 11 - Saturday 31st Oct All looking good and buds seem to be fattening up a little now ❤️ Nutes in as normal and happy the wilted lady has made a good recovery.. UPDATE: Day 5 of week 11 - Monday 2nd Nov Nutes in and all looking good.. They don’t seem to be stretching much now and I’m hoping that means the buds will fatten up nicely from here on in..
