👉The plant hasn't gained much more height, but the buds have started to plump and frost. The aroma has also become strong and is an intoxicating creamy lemony scent. The frost is spreading onto the sugar leaves. The buds are going to be dense. I have only taken a few of the lower and most shaded leaves, and those leaves were starting easy to pluck as if the plant was done with them anyway. Its got purple stems and at the beginning of the week show potential early signs of magnesium deficiency. This can be due to the pure H2O I use and less mag in the solution than normal, so I added an extra measure of Calmag in the mix. I haven't seen any progression of purple veins or any other notable possible nutrient issues in the leaves. The plant is full of leaves and I have zero intention to remove anymore of the food factories until the plat tells me to. 👉I used week 8 "mid Bloom" nutrient mix from the General Hydroponics Flora Series Drain to waste feed chart. The run-off has stayed within the target. I did one low EC fertigation and one H20nly event, both followed by regular strength solution.Switching to the week 9 mix this week. 👉

Auto banana kush has been growing well under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2. She got a solution change a few days ago. I been keeping up on the lst, and selective defoliation. I clipped the tips of her roots to promote a more dense root growth. She looks like she will go to flowering very soon. Week 3 and we exit the seedling stage. Blueberry is doing very well in her new 5 gal home. A Lesson I learned earlier this season is to really watch your watering if you have a small plant in a large pot. I found the best way to avoid over watering is to just water around the plant rather than trying to wet the whole soil. At this point shes not very thirsty so still only getting 500ml/24. Ooooohhh I also have a DS/EC meter coming tomorrow so next weeks update will have a few more deets. I thought Blu looked a little lonely in her giant pot so I gave her little a friend. Since we're kicking off the veg period this week it's time to switch to Grow Girls Grow by Dutch Science Nutrients. Not starting any training yet since my plan is main-line this one and I need like 8 nodes to start that process. Still lots of growing to do before she gets topped. I've been doing some reading and I've grown concerned about the strength of the grow light in my tent. My last grow resulted in a pretty trash harvest. My current lights is just a cheap no name from Amazon my new light from Mars Hydro, should be here sometime this weekend then we can take things to the next level. Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

the last week before harvest was a bit exciting again. powdery mildew developed on one of the other plants in the outdoor area. luckily it didn't spread. it didn't get any fertiliser in the last week and was only watered sporadically. at the beginning of the week it was given an ice bath treatment. it has developed beautiful buds and smells fantastic.

This girl is growing like a sword – tall, slender, and cutting through the canopy with style 😅 She's stretched quite a bit, and down below she’s rocking four tiny side shoots that I’m honestly not sure what to think of yet. But hey, I’m letting her do her thing. Stretch seems to be slowing down now, and I'm starting to spot the very first trichomes glistening under the light, always an exciting moment!
