01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. DAY 28 Flowering: Hi all. I hope we are all well and sane with our family and friends intact. It has been a very strange week with some brilliant fortune that led to a slight dilemma. I had entered an online comp to win a p4000 by viparspectra. As I had used the xs1500 i was eligible to enter a picture for their photo competition. I never expected to win and there were some really nice entries too . It was a vote and not a sponsors choice for the win so this was an even more positive result for me . The light arrived and curiosity had me opening it !!!. With a 1ft wider coverage in flower and the issue of bunching up I was managing , it felt like a no brainer . After a very quick set up and hang ot was full power and full steam ahead. I hope this explains the change you may notice in the pics now. These ladies have grown very very bushy now and needed the spacing out a little too. I did het busy removing some more of the big fans too and had a little clear out of some small piffle... They are all really strong when I try to move their limbs now so I hope this is a future cast of big fruits to hold on them !!. There is a really nice sweet smell coming off the Amnesia haze and they are beginning to get quite tacky to touch now too. With 400w of full spectrum including so e it and far reds , we could have some sexy bud pirn glistening in no time. Lol Be well growmies. Until the next one.

Nice growth this week again. Plants vertical growth has slowed. Pink kush cbd is as wide as it is tall and there are lots of bud sights. Changing to full flower nutes tomorrow. 4 weeks of hard flowering left I hope.

Week 8 Water only at 800ml lowering the lights on temps to 22c (70f) let see if we can get the purple senescence this 5g has been threatening and we know the Velvet Octane will finish with. Every girl is finishing nicely, FROSTY AF, and the smells are fantastic and sweet and slap you in the face the moment you open the tent. These girls are just getting photogenic so more to come next week.

I believe I could get thicker and taller buds, if I'd have done a better manifold. However she still produced very potent & stickie buds with a sharp aroma. Definitely a strain for all level growers 🤠

the seedlings germinated on September 22 in the biobizz light mix soil after 13 days I administered 1ml / lt. advanced nutrients ph perfect grow 1ml / lt. ph perfect micro 1ml / lt. 2ml / lt. b-52 2ml / lt voodoo juice after 4 days I repeated the fertilization with 1.4ml / lt of the main nutrients and 2ml / lt of b-52 after a few days I noticed some burnt tip signs of overfertilization so from day 12 I started giving demineralized water until the outflow for 3-4 times until a few days ago that I noticed a yellowing of the upper part and spots that look like calcium or potassium deficiency I was also wondering if I can do without the cal-mag since the ph perfect micro contains a lot of calcium. tomorrow I give the third dose of nutrients hoping they will recover since nothing has changed with the first two fertilizations Days 39 they do not seem mileage even after a week of fertilization even if at very low dosages the next time I increase the nutrients and let's see what happens Days 41 it looks like it's going well they still look nutrient deficient the next time we increase the dosage.

Started mid-flower feeding this week, half gallon each on Mondays and Thursdays. I can't believe how amazing these girls are doing with these nutrients! Not much else to report on honestly, I received some companion plants in the form of Venus fly traps they seem to be working well for the dirt gnats. Not too worried about the pests though as they didn't really affect anything on my first grow either. Thanks for stopping in have a great week and happy growing!

Brothers and sisters farmers. My job here is over! Growth was rather difficult because of the heat, but I believe that this strain is the only one who perhaps kept more than all the others, rediscovering to give me the solid nuggets!
