Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time! This is just a beautiful strain to grow. The leaves have a rich dark green appearance and the shape is a mix of fatter indica leaves and longer sativa leaves. It's tendency is a fairly manageable and predictable grow/stretch and it responds well to training and powerful lights. The leaves on one of them changed colour at the end of flush and went yellow with some purples and pinks but the buds themselves have almost a silver glow to them. The pistils come out in early flower in a very strong, spikey and symmetrical way that amplifies the cool glow given off by the trichomes. With the rich, dark, beautiful leaves, the whole appearance is really beautiful and otherworldly. One of the Wedding Cake plants self-pollenated and there are some seeds in the CBD Blue Shark, but they're few and far between. It's not a disaster like the Wedding Cake. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this strain. The plants were hardy, easy to work with and forgiving of mistakes and experiments. The flowers looked amazing through every stage of development, and the finished product smells great, tastes great, looks great, and makes you feel great. This is my favourite strain to grow so far.

Beginning of week.. Such weird bud structure.. Love the smell.. Fruity asf.. Since nights haven't been as cool as they were before, the colors seem to have stopped on the calyxes. The old ones are still purple, but the newer calyxes don't have any coloring.. Still a pretty mix of purples and greens.. The leaves look like they should not be an issue when trimming whatsoever.. They are huge.. Even at the tip top of the colas, so far.. The lollipopping could have been kept a node or 2 lower.. I should have nothing but massive top colas tho.. I can live with that.. Lol. I'm still finding my sweet spots with alot of things lol.. Trying to use a LUX Meter and convert to PAR to figure out how much my girls are getting. Lately, I've burned a few tops.. Not too bad.. didnt hurt the yield or trichomes too much.. But noticeable.. So I'm trying to find the sweet spot and still be able to just cut the power of the light down, lower the light toward the canopy so I can also avoid the summer heat which is coming.. So far, I can run this light at 50%, but keeping it about 14 inches above the conopy.. By harvest, I should be able to get away with 75% power at about 12-14 inches.. Just one plant and the footprint of the light is pretty wide.. So it should still get branch to branch pretty evenly.. Stoned ramblin hah! Mid week.. Wow.. These colas are getting massive! She didnt stretch much at all, if any. So, I lollipopped a bit high, in my opinion. But these colas are gonna be so massive, it shouldn't even matter at this point lol. She has ALOT of leaves and they are REALLY getting thick in there.. There isn't much airflow getting around these colas.. I should probably get a fan on there.. Or maybe defoliate a bit.. Not sure really now.. But damn, these colas are HUGE!.. they aren't very long, but holy shit there are getting so fat! Very fruity scent.. Pretty strong but still has plenty of time to get even stronger.. Wow. This autoflower is nothing like the White Widow auto.. That's for sure.. The white widow buds stay kinda small.. Airy.. They must have used a different auto to breed with.. Or maybe the white widow reg. version just isn't a big yielder.. Blah whatever.. This girl needs something changed quick tho.. Either a fan or defoliate more.. Or both.. A growmie just had some bud rot on one of his heavy yielding autos.. Never had the issue before and I don't plan on having it EVER. This is a very good, productive week so far. Next day.. I had to defoliate for sure.. And even pulled the branches down a bit more to help open her up some. I did not expect these colas to do this at all.. I even raised up my oscillating fan so that it's moving air above and below the canopy pretty well now.. Should be fine 🤞... Another thing.. The leaves are SUPER dark green.. The tops have some clawing and the leaves that are hidden away (mostly sugar leaves) do too.. I brought the FloraMicro down to .66 mL/L but I think I'm going to go down a bit further.. My last grow did this too and I went down to .5 mL/L and still ended the run with the issues.. So.. Damn.. Should I just cut it out completely? The colas are already so damn huge.. I just need them to swell up a bit and I can already tell I'm gonna be more than happy with the outcome. I guess I will just bring it down to .33 mL/L.. Eaiser to measure out that way for me too.. She shouldn't struggle or even notice any change.. The only thing I could see hurting is the lack of the Calcium in the FloraMicro.. But I'm going to see if bringing the Micro down that much will help this claw crap from spreading.. So still very happy with this run.. Not bad, ILGM.. Not bad at all.. End of week.. Yeah definitely going down to .33mL/L on the FloraMicro.. I'm sure she will be fine till harvest. No other issues should pop up. She is looking and smelling gorgeous as fuuuuck! She is already so dense and thick.. This is gonna be a nice harvest.. On to the next!...

Hey yall, Temps were high, but under control now. My girls were droopy despite having moist soil. After a good compost tea they bounced right back. Pistol hairs are showing, haven't grown this specific cultivar before so the bud structure is a but different than others I am familiar with. Let's see what she does moving forward. I am not a super fan of these genetics. Already have new seeds I am ready to start once these ladies are done. Over all the Strawberry Diesel from Beaver Seeds is not a noob grow, you need to have your grow dialed in. And really be careful with PM. I am keeping humidity as low as I cam while still maintaining a decent VPD. Challenges with this strain definitely turns me off. Looking forward to a new cultivar, already have some genetics from Michigan, those cats are really something else, they are hellbent on being better than the West coast. And they are in my humble opinion 😌 ☺️ Pure Michigan looks good, also Honey Sticks Genetics out of Maine is killing it, their Bananaconda 4 tested over 40% total cannabinoids. They want like 3k per cut, so that won't be my next, but looking forward to new genetics nonetheless. Anyways made some new ferments, remember to use equal parts organic sugar, Jaggery is best, that is the closest form of sugar to the sugar cane plant. Cover with paper towel, 2 to 3 days later let gravity give you all that juice, don't squeeze it to get more. Keep that juice in the fridge, that is your food. Then add water to the solids and keep at room temperature for 3 months to make a vinegar. That is your cleanser. My Sticky Rice plant is the second smallest in the tent right now, but it's definitely starting to take off! I decided to keep it a little more compact and only let it branch out on four main stems. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to the others as it grows. Hopefully, it'll catch up soon! The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this past week! We've been hitting that sweet spot of 70 degrees during the day, perfect for getting outside and soaking up some sun. Then, it cools down to a comfy 50 degrees at night, which is ideal for sleeping with the windows open. I've been loving all the fresh air! I finally got around to building that little wooden planter for my windowsill. It was a fun project, and now my regular plants have a nice new home. It really brightens up the room, and I'm thinking of adding some herbs to it soon. Maybe I'll even try growing some basil!

Well this is actually where i started. I had already germinated the Green Tea (Forbidden Fruit x Gelato) seed. Now i think i am caught up. I will try to post as many videos as possible. I suck at typing and with the dictation it takes longer to fix the f_ck ups than to just type what I wanted. I can just explain what I'm doing or what I've done for the week. This is my first ever grow journal so it may be all over the place....we will see..... I have multiple grows happening at the same time....sometimes I get carried away...lol....and might have a few more than I expected to have. I will do my best to keep things up to date and current. I definitely want to start running right out of the gate and make a pretty decent journal.
