11/16/23 - Day 10 - Here we are on day 10 and she had a root hit the water over night. About 8 hrs later she had two roots in the water and her leaves are starting to perk up. From here on out I expect a rocket ship. Shes getting access to all the nutes now. 11/18/23 - Day 12 - The roots are going about as I expected in this Leaf Box. Shes always sad until her roots hit the water, then the fuse has been lit! There is no going back. When I looked at the water today there was one root that was floating about 7 - 8 in long that surprised me. Yesterday it was long maybe 4" but today it's at least doubled. 😀 Its so much fun growing in this Leaf Box. You really get to experience the joy in it, rather than the stress of trying to figure out some technical issue. Here the techical issues are close to none. I really get to focus on the training part. It also allows me to be more observant and I get more time to think about the little changes that I see. Usually my mind is so clouded with some engineering issue with her life support that I dont usually get the time to really focus on the plant. Its a whole different feel growing in the Leaf box. I posted a video up top. If you watch it you'll understand my above statement. Choosing the option to move to the next phase in the software is about as hard as it will ever get (aside from harvest, thats ALWAYS a bitch) Watch the video and if your feeling some kind of way let me know what you think.

All I’ve done this week was stretch her out as much as possible,,getting as much light to all the buds,,and kept her food levels topped up,, This week I’m going to start giving her water only,,and just let those nuggs flush out the unneeded,,,,,lols ,she looks really good for her age,,,start winding her down now,,,these buds are so tight,,🙏💚💚💚

Finally finished building my DWC tank this week. So far everything is working great. Per the week 1 grow question suggestion I have added a water transfer pump to top off the 27-gallon reservoir. 2 seeds died during germination, will add another 2.

Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.15. I added 1ml of Rhiz Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Vega Until EC measured 0.4. I then used the mighty growth enhancer drop by drop until my EC measured 0.7 Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp and continued to feed. Next Two Feeds Are Just PH Water with a few drops of Rhiz 😎

Week 8 Summary - Not much to say except what's in the video. This girl is a beast and just takes whatever you throw at er! She's looking good and could flip any time, but we'll wait until end of week 9 I think. I continue to be impressed with the consistency of coco as a growing medium and the botanicare nute sched. appears to be fully on point. 3:1 ratio full strength nutes to calmag only. I know it's early and I've certainly learned my lesson before (#countingchickensbeforehatch) but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna smash this one dudes. There's simply no stopping this plant. Stayed tuned - flower show ain't far off👌👊✊ Background After the batshit nonsense with this years outdoor grows getting jacked, I need some kush and I need it fast! This girls an indoor grow in the cabinet and she'll be manifolded and defo'd for 8-10 fat ass colas. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This grow is going to be nute sched. heavy and will hopefully test the limits of my smaller grow space (2sq/ft). 05/13: graine mise pour 12h dans un verre d'eau 05/14: passage dans le papier toilette. 05/15: germe sorti la graine commence à s'ouvrir direction le jiffy 05/16: 24h plus tard le jiffy ce craquelle et on aperçoit la graine remonter vers la lumière 05/17: je me réveille et aperçoit la graine presque ouverte qui a percé le sol encore quelque heures et je place le jiffy dans le pot de 11L qui l'attend. Voilà qui est fait le jiffy est enterré avec un dôme dans son pot. 05/18: je suis épaté par la vigueur de ce plant, elle a vraiment envie de vivre la petite elle est passée au travers de la graine avec une force incroyable !! Je compte suivre la logique d'arrosage suivante: je maintient le substrat dans sa globalité +/--humide car la petite est au millieu de son énorme pot et je vais arroser à hauteur de +/- 150ml les pourtours du plantules quand le subsrat montrera des signes de sécheresse plus avancés et je réhydrate la terre en surface en dessous du dome pour maintenir un taux d'humitée élévée pour les premiers jours de la lady. 05/19: première arrosage en douceur autour du plantule. Dans ma première culture j'ai utilisé des pots de 5L mal rempli y devais y avoir +/- 3.5L en réalité et sur cette plante ci j'utilise un pot de 11L et l'arrosage est plus simple à gérer dans un grand pot enfin on as moins peurs de sur arroser. ... 05/20: jusqu'ici tout va bien!

🗓️ Week 7 – Flower Week 3 (MAC n Cheese only) This week called for a slight adjustment in the feeding plan: I had ramped up to ~75 % of the Advanced Nutrients schedule, but the very tips of the leaves started showing mild signs of burn. To stay on the safe side, I’ve dialed it back a bit. 🌱 🌿 MAC n Cheese has been lollipopped along with the others – now all the plant’s energy can focus on developing the top sites. 📏 Post-stretch height: 102 cm Stretch seems to be complete, and this girl definitely reached for the sky. The tent is officially maxed out – lights are at their highest position now, with very little room to spare. 😅

Nous somme à la 6ème semaines de floraison tout se passe comme prévu les bourgeons continuent de gonflés les paramètres sont excellents 24 degrés en température 55% en hydrometrie. - L'ajout de RQS guano a redonner un coup pouce à la plante les bourgeons ont sacrément gonfler aimer et regarder par vous même. Cet semaine sera aussi la dernière irrigation avec nutes. Ce run est l'une de mes préférée. Léger carences en azote post-stretch cela es dû a un faible apport de celui-ci mais rien de grave cela indique les derniers semaine de vie de cette dame le rinçage sera simple et éfficace. L'odeur quelle dégage es fortement fruité cela sent le 🍬 🍬. A plus pour d'avantge d'informations.👍🏼

4/30 one of the plants has actually visibly stretched more in the last 48 hrs. Starting to impress me with the pistols. Still way smaller than their projections online but whatever 🤷🏽‍♂️ 5/4 end of the week and I’m pretty okay with their size now 😂 they went through a sizable stretch. I’ll have to get my measuring tape back in the tent because each time I’m adding to this diary, I question whether I’m on the right week or not because they look like dwarfs compared to the end of the week

Hello. Got the plants into the main grow room. There is 2 videos . In the first I just sit in the room quitly and turn the camera. you get a sense :) of what it's like in there. In the second I try to describe what's in the room, equipment and maybe a new technique. With the tomato cages I use, and needing the plant to slow down, I twist the stock into a large figure 8. Eventually I take off what is on the lower part of the 8, and just work the top of the 8. About 2 weeks in veg in this room. Then I take clones of everything before I switch to flower. >Carbon dioxide enhancement: I had to make that choice 20 years ago. I could, rent a tank and have my name on a list, at the gas store. Or make my own. They didn't have the small propane tanks like they do today for the blue flame you get when you burn it. I decided on a kerosene lamp burning down as low as it could be without going out. It makes a half blue and half yellow flame. I vent constantly so the small amount of carbon monoxide is not a problem. For the first week you can smell it a bit, but the smell disappears after that. I light the lamp in the morning and put it out at lights out (unless it's bed time). It needs to be put in a place in the room that cant get knocked over (pets, children, ?). I try to use extra attention whenever I use it. It can burn down the place. Be careful Please. >About 17 years ago I thought I'd lower my table by knocking a hole in the cement and dropping my 10 gallon reservoir more. I was able to lower it by 16 inches. Still have to watch the height of some plants though, it worked out well. Watch the video. > Air cleaner: The reason I got a big 8 inch exhaust fan was, I had a bout of powder mildew and needed better a exhaust system. When I plugged it in there was too much air moving. I phoned and asked and the salesman said that a dimmer switch wasn't a good idea. I put one on anyway. Works great. I have the fan barely on in the winter and about half way on in the middle of the summer. I haven't had any powdery mildew since. About 12 years ago I bought a good air cleaner. An ORECK, It has electrified plates that zap any organic particle or spore that come between the plates. Use to grow a Northern Lights that got 6 to 8 ounces per harvest, it grew big buds. Buds as big as my forearm. I had problems with gray mold attaching the buds. But none since I bought the air cleaner. Ya learn as you go.
