Whorled Phyllotaxy is the arrangement of leaves on a plant stem, three in this case. I never noted it until the buds started to form in threes on the stem instead of twos on just opposite sides. Plant also has 11 finger leafs that are ginormous I hack them off every other day. bud sides are forming well faster than I expected HPS in veg was a good option to keep the plant short and bushy.

Day 8 Another day, another cm of vertical growth. The Blumat Digitals showed that the soil moisture was still in an ok range (115-131 mbar) but the topsoil was a bit dry so I sprayed each plant with 1 liter of water (pH 6.3). Day 9 The leaves are getting wider with no additional vertical growth. The right plant is noticeably larger but both look healthy. Day 10 Plants are a bit wider but all in all pretty uneventful. Day 11 Another day of the plants are getting wider but no vertical growth. The cover crop on the other hand has been growing quite a bit so I trimmed it down a bit. Day 12 The Blumat Digitals showed that the soil moisture was in the 114-162 mbar range so I gave each plant around 1.3 liters of water. Dumb as I am I forgot to pH the water though so I guess it was around 8.0 as that is where my water normally is. Oh well, gotta remember it next time. I also removed the humidity domes as the leaves of both plants started to touch the side of the domes. Day 13 The right plant is clearly larger than the left plant, being both 25% taller and 40% wider. Let's see how it progresses from here, maybe one plant is simply slower or maybe it's a different phenotype. Day 14 Not much to report except that the right plant is still growing at a fast rate while the left plant is creeping along. My girlfriend was transplanting our tomato plants today so I put a few in the tent as there was some extra space. I sure hope though I didn't bring in any silly bugs into the tent. Oh well, let's see... We keep the rest of the tomatoes and chilies under a ViparSpectra light in our front room until the weather finally gets good enough to move all the peppers and tomatoes outside.

Miramos de que las cuatro variedades estén representadas bajo el led y bajo las lamparas HID, de esta forma podremos ver las diferencias entre los dos sistemas. Seguimos con nuestra rutina de fertilización para la fase vegetativa Grow Soldier + Green Mystic by JUJU Royal y CALMAG de BioBizz. Al final de la semana, cambiamos el ciclo lumínico para pasar a 12/12 Floración.

Week 2 of flowering is going well . Plants are nearing the end of the final stretch and starting to show small buds already.

Germination success 🙌 the sprouted seed is in a DIY tent that i made until it veg. The is my first ever cannabis seed so this is a big experiment. Lets see how the voyage will be 🤞

Last week, first of flowering, was outstanding, I could water the girls regulary and the work paid off they stretched a lot and are looking super healthy. The girl right below the upper fan is suffering a bit with the shadows and is notoriously shorter than her sisters, I will need to rethink the air circulation for the next grow. Another concern of mine is their height, hoping they dont stretch anymore as the lights are already at maximum possible height inside tent and there is only 20cm gap between it and the plants.

Large and incharge I think this is the girl I have been looking for!!

I slacked on the last few weeks because she wasn’t looking the greatest but I’m getting her back to being healthy, so far there’s a lot of lovely looking budsites that smell gassy as hell, I’m excited to see how she turns out :)

La Auto Purple OG Punch sta andando bene ed entra nella seconda settimana di fioritura, alta 60 cm, e cresce a 12 ore insieme alle altre…vediamo come imposterà i suoi rami, per ora sembra che gli ho dato pochi nutrienti e non contando il suo fabbisogno di autofiorente che effettivamente è diverso dalle foto periodiche…però dopo tutto non sembra male e anzi penso proprio che riuscirà a stupirmi

Day 152 from seed ( 98 days since I changed photoperiod) and I'm harvesting after one week flush. A few buds seemed to have started decaying inexplicably, like burned, and had acquired a grayish- brownish coloration that I didn't like at all. I think she's caught a fungus. Besides I also think spider mites have done they job well because I was amazed at the extent they had sucked the sap on almost every leaf of the plant, fan leaves mostly. They have weakened the plant so much that she may be int he process of a more terrible thing that could be fungi. Back to spider mites, it is indeed nasty to see the damage this pest has done so far, because I see they have chewed almost -if not all- leaves, and fortunately they hadn't started to form webs, which I abhore seeing. I had started to see adult spider mite forms into the very inside of buds, while I was inspecting the thricomes, so before this nasty pest would eat up my precious buds, or any other cause (mold, etc) I took the decision to flush and harvest her progressively. First I'd harvest the most ripen buds or those that show signs of decaying and leave to the end the most immature (those that were far from lights, which are terminal and very big and dense though a but immature and bright green. The plant looked overall ready and I preferred to harvest the most bud I could, as you may imagine, but I would have liked another week for flushing more thoroughly. I've been flushing with tapwater and 2 mL/L Flawless Finish from Advanced Nutrients. In the next few days I'll be finishing her completely, drying won't take long and as for curing I think a couple of weeks. The smell in the room is really heavy (in fact it has been heavy for the last month), it stinks oif citrus here.

Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the Red Poison & Purple Lemonade in my other diaries 😱 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Dark Devil Auto is otherwise healthy and starting show hints of colour in the stems 😈 I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. It already has a solid skunky/hash plant smell on the fingers after adjusting them and it looks like it might actually be a tripod mute with three flower sites per node. Hopefully I can stretch it out and take advantage of the extra bud potential 🙏 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. Flush is going amazingly I’ve now switched to the lights off for 24hours and will chop tomorrow so next update is hopefully on time and will be a harvest one! Been loving growing all these strains can’t wait to add the final report!

Day 8 ish all sorts of different sprout rates, looks like the #7 are lagging behind but i know those where the smelliest so mucb worth the wait!
