Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 12 June 8-14 FLOWER 7 Sadly, my journey with Frostbanger is almost over. This grow started as an unnamed FBA2502 tester strain completely unknown regarding growth habits, size, flavor profile or smoke effect. I used LST on two plants: #1 because she was leaning over so I decided to pin her down immediately. I decided to LST Plant #3 when I saw her nodes were short and stems were tight. To quote Fastbuds “Growers must know that these difficult-to-grow plants will pose specific challenges in terms of environmental control and nutrition” , making them best suited for cultivators with some experience under their belt. I mention this because 2 plants #4 & #5 always looked lighter than their counterparts. Having overfed in the past grows, I did not want to repeat the same mistake, especially when the other plants were lush and green and did not look deficient. I thought it was genetics, but I found out that these two plants probably had nutrient lockout and would have benefitted from a good flush. Overall, I didn’t make mistakes with overfeeding or over trimming. I had to manually control the environment since the ventilation went out. I did pretty good at maintaining a functional environment. Plants #2 & #5 developed pretty reds in their upper buds and leaves probably because of the air conditioner. The A/C brought the night temperatures to 65-68. This week I am flushing with an anticipated harvest this weekend. I did the last plant pictures and videos and trichome shots on each plant. I did preliminary defoliation removing the remaining fan leaves. For most of the sugar leaves I trimmed off the ends leaving the base with all the frost. These are going into the trim bag to be washed into bubble hash. V8, supuestamente hoy haría transplante a los maceteros definitivos, pero, hace 3 días que las plantas están presentando hojas débiles y dobladas hacia abajo, en un principio pensé en que podría ser exceso de agua, pero creo que es exceso de nutrientes, básicamente exceso de nitrógeno, ya que las hojas están con un verde muy oscuro y algunas están presentando manchas color café. Así que hoy les hice lavado de raíz, con agua EC 0, hasta que el drenaje fue de cercano a 4 EC. Esperaré unos días a ver si se recuperan, si no, simplemente las eliminaré y empezaré de nuevo, ojalá se recuperen. V9, al final si era exceso de nutrientes/nitrógeno, menos mal que se recuperaron con el lavado de raíces, pensé que morirían, ahora veré como siguen para decidir si hago transplante hoy mismo. V10, se realizó trasplante a macetas definitivas y un riego suave. Las plantas están todavía en recuperación, esperaré unos días más para empezar el LST. V12, riego. V13, se realizó una pequeña defoliación y LST.

Day 66 : Her buds are full of crystals and are so dense. The smell is really strong stinky skunk like GZ , but GZ smell is more acidic. Her crystals are milky and soon will start to amber. Breeder refers that will be pretty mature in 70 days. Not in my case :D we will see in 4 days, in next watering. For now no ambers. I prefer to cut when we have 15%-20% amber and 80%-85% milky, because after the smoke is very heavy for my taste. Edit Day 70 : She watered with juices and i continue until i see first signs of amber trichomes. Still no ambers. She has gained so much weight , side branches cant lift their self. I think she will be the heavier. You can understand her weight if u lift it.

Right back this girl don’t know what to think she’s back to front half of her has been in flower about 2 weeks the other sides just started just hopeing she’s not a dud like most of barneys autoflowers not showing any frost yet so could be getting rid of her will see over the next couple weeks 😤👎

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

Last week before harvest. Flushing with normal water PH 6.5. Trichomes looking good

This girl is rocking guys!! The solid buds, the sweet and fresh smell and this gorgeous look with all those shiny crystals… I’m simply in love for this strain! All the buds are very sweet and give you this feeling of sativa high, which keep you focus on what you are doing! This is hands down the tallest I have ever seen an auto flower get this fast. I have a feeling this is going to have a rather large yield given the container size. I hope you enjoy the pictures and videos I have added. The data is nice to collect on the cloudcom thermo-hygrometer.
