The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Hey guys! Sorry for the big delay since my previous grow! Right now I'm growing some babies from Royal Queen Seeds! Kali Dog! 😃 The first week was calm! The babies broke out from their shells rather fast and two babies grew out of their jiffy pods rather fast! Also, since the strain is Kali Dog I decided to name each of the plants with a different dog name! I'm still unsure about the names but the first two are called Roko and Max! For the first time I also noticed the first buds looked... different? You'll be able to see them in the photos tho... and once again two of my babies are suffering from helmet head 😰 But eh, I'm used to it. Gladly it's an easy error to fix. I'll try to make a longer timelapse (these were bad!) but I didn't know my camera battery wasn't enough for long sessions 😝 Anyway, thanks for reading! See you all next week! 👋

The first week of flowering is here, and things are finally looking much better! Both plants have recovered well and are now growing much healthier.🌱 #1 has already started stretching significantly, really picking up speed. It’s exciting to see how quickly it’s developing! Meanwhile. #2 spent about half the week still in vegetation, but towards the end, I finally spotted the first signs of flowering. Now that both are officially in bloom, I’m looking forward to seeing how they continue to develop over the next weeks. On to the next phase! 😊

Well. I started a 3 week flush yesterday. Ill be changing the water weekly. Ive always been a 2 week kind of flusher. But after i tried a 3 week on suggestion from another grower... I won't be going back now. Which means we have 20 days left of growth and purification.

They are looking good!!! We notice some yellowing on the bottom fan leaves, but we aren’t too worry about it. Water intake Lots of water!! It has been really hot. After gaia green feeding, we are just making sure the plants have water and not too dry. Thanks happy grow 🌱!!

Alright y'all I've dropped 10 seeds into water today 10/27/25 I will update with more as I move them on to the next steps. This will probably be a 1 gallon drip irrigation and 12/12 from seed. I've never done 12/12 from seed but I'm excited to try something new

I decided to give the Girls one more veg week while i tried to gently adjust the ph. Although just managed to achieve a 7.5 Plants are getting bigger and I have limited space so they are going to flowering anyway. Guess the ph was high due to dolomite lime I added when measuring with unclaibrated ph meter and got misreaded 5.5ph I plan to add some bokashi and worm castings aiming to get to the 6.5 ph. Girls are looking fine only some leaves yellowing thanks to the ph locking some of the nutes.

Beginning of week.. Well, the branches were beginning to spilt at the top node.. Thats why they say to leave some stem between nodes when topping.. Them fuckers will split.. Even with such thick stem growth.. It was splitting pretty deep already.. So I said fuck it.. One single node it is... Thats ok tho.. She will still fill out her suitcase home with what Im gonna do to her! Gonna go up just a tad on the nutes.. The runoff pH and PPM are coming out pretty much just as they go in.. Niceeeee! She is gonna do such amazing things!!! Just watch! Next day... I havent got pics yet.. But I pretty much tied each of the main tops down.. Not quite pointing down yet.. Which is my main goal for a few days to let the new little branches can gain some dominance and then probably just leave her at that.. Just the 2 branches on the sides and let the main branches back up after a week or 2 and should have 6 main tops goin in the suitcase lol... Pics coming in a couple days. Hope this comes out as Im wishing lol.. And symmetrical.. I hate uneven colas.. Especially in this small nano shit lol even had to water again.. She is beginning to drink quite a bit more.. Noice! More time with her! I love it! Lol hope the springtails dont make it over to this one.. I need to buy either some diamiteous earth or whateverthefuck lol or some neem oil.. But any input or ideas fellow growmies?? Mid week.. She is filling out nicely.. Trying to tie the branches down more to bring the tops further down than the 2 new branches on each branch.. But since they are already so thick and short.. Its hard to tie them that far so Ive just been bending the very top sprout down by hand a few times a day.. When I can.. I read about this technique my first ever grow.. Just bending the very tip at the stem.. Almost making it weak.. Kinda like a supercrop I guess.. But weakening that part of the stem will just slow the top growth above it down.. But of course all the healthy new sprouts will take over with that apical dominance jazz lol.. But yeah.. Leaves are getting super dark green.. But i like it. Seems like such a strong sturdy leaf lol.. Thats a good thing I would think.. New growth is of course doing what it always does.. But still coming out to a healthy shade of green. The last pic for "mid week" is just showing there is still no preflower.. Sometimes I get it this early on.. Also that ai removed the fan leaf before it was every big enough to even get any sunlight to open the inside of the bush more.. Just did it super early and regretting it now cuz it might fuck up the apical dominance jazz since the back of the leaf I removed isnt there to block the light.. But im sure the minor supercropping to the tips should help do what I'm trying to make her do.. We shall see! Also added a little Floralicious Plus to the mix.. She dries out pretty well every other day now I believe.. Which is a good thing to let the medium get pretty dry too.. So the roots will do some searching and creating a big rootball a bit quicker.. I love these plants! Lol.. Later that day... Fuck.. Well she has been topped again at 2nd node this time.. Its cool.. Fuck it lol.. The supercropping type shit I was doing isn't meant for very new growth I guess.. Luckily it left some stem so they shouldnt split like last time.. Still gonna shoot for a nice, thick canopy.. We shall see how it goes

It's been 28 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. This week they really exploded and all new growth is lush and green so they seemed to have settled very well after the composttea. The grape&cream #1 & #2 are starting to catch up to #3 as ive been bending and topping #3 a little more. Due to the blumats keeping their soil moist ive just put in about 200ml of composttea in each pot. All cuttings have rooted so far with just some pokon run of the mill cloning powder so thats a good thing to keep in mind. As we head into week 4 ive seen the possibility to do some defoliation and supercropping to try to get a bit of an even canopy. Keep you posted!
