But as we approach the final stretch, it’s a delicate dance of vigilance and care to ensure a clean and bountiful harvest. Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. This is day 75 from plant. Froot by the Foot is nearing the end, smelling very sweet and creamy. Finally showing the one gallon Top Gun some love, it’s looking so cool now and smelling super funky, my favorite smell. Got some good photos using a loupe I just got. The big top gun is much bigger than the others, its cola is very impressive too me, so cool how it stacks.

Flowers are starting. It looks like I got about 5 or six bud sites. My first serious attempt LST has worked this plant is slaaaanty. Started boom nutrients this week too. Hoping for some fat buds.

Hello Diary, Cherry Pie has finished its last week, I harvested it two days after taking the photo. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast. But the result is impressive as you can see in the photos. The flowers are large and dense, the branches bend slightly under their weight. The main cola is especially large and full of large flowers covered in trichomes. The flowers are very hard to the touch and sticky under the fingers, especially the flowers on the main cola. The leaves have started to turn autumn yellow which is also an indicator of its maturity. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After taking the photos, I left it in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil to make it easier to dry. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying faster and have less work to trim the dried flowers. After cutting, I left it upside down in the grow box to dry. Now all that remains is to see how much it has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so that they were fresh for the photo shoot. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Cherry Pie began its journey. Photo shoot. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. Cherry Pie has been harvested. That's almost all from me for this diary, there is still the final report that follows after drying and testing. Thank you all once again for your support and comments.

Day 128... long journey behind...What can I say? Beautiful.... last time removed the injured leaves due to covering but now she is coming back. ;) Weather condition is still right compare to September in London but okay. I hope she will do all the way the flowering and nice smoke comes off.

Week 12, Day 83 from seed and 3rd day of flower.....The 5 day of this week officially marked the start of the flowering season!! So I flushed both of these bad boys with ph'd water for two days and then today I switched them to 12/12. I gave them their first dose of bloom nutrients and then lollipoped them as you can see, pixs . Grateful no issues to report for the past 3 weeks have been trouble-free!! I'm going to leave the MH bulb in for an additional 2 weeks to prevent any stretching before switching to the HPS. But so far they are still loving their environment. I'm also in the process of keeping clones of fat banana and hulkberry while i try this new strain of Peanut Butter Tree.

Stretching well, these are looking great! I'm hopeful for a good turnout
