Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow. I’ll be updating this diary weekly and will be doing videos in the future. Here’s a breakdown of the equipment: 1 - 2x4x6 tent 2- Spider Farmer SF1000 LED fixtures (100w/ea) 1- Carbon filter 2- 3 gallon pots w/self watering reservoirs Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix RealGrowers Recharge Also, here’s what Coast of Main says about their Stonington Blend: “Coast of Maine Organic Products Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix is a complex “super soil” designed for high performance container growing. It works well with tomatoes, and, where growing cannabis and medical marijuana is legal, growers have reported tremendous results. This soil incorporates mycorrhizal fungi, kelp, fish bone and alfalfa meal, as well as worm castings, peat, coir and lobster compost.” Here are the specs on the Spider Farmer SF1000’s: Materials: Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell Drivers Power Draw: 100w PPFD: 922 umols/s @ 12” PPF: 250 umol/m2/s PPE: 2.5 umol/J Yield: 2.5g/W Spectrum: 660-665nm,3000K,5000K, IR 760nm LED: 218 pcs

Sorry all its been busy on my end, getting my first outdoor grow in over 20 years going, and it's a whopper of a harvest if all goes well. Now back to the Dos si Dos, she's getting so frosty and really fattening up nicely. These two clones are the last of my monster cropper's I have. It's hard to imagine that these two lovely specimens were clones taken at week 5 of flower and reverted back to veg. I do know now that if I would've waited another couple weeks before flowering these two monster clones I would have ended up with substantially more bud sites. I have heard that monster cropping produces plants that are far more bushier and are perfect candidate's for the S.C.R.O.G technique of plant training. I do have to say that this genetic from Barney's Farm has earned a spot in my lineup indefinitely do to it stability and he's a growing, super fast flowering I'm just an exquisite taste.

Hey Guys, Finally the Harvest time arrived, and it was way harder than I imagined!! I thought It’ll be fun to cut and trim but It was something that needed lots of attention and patience, getting near a kg bud, trimming and hanging them, checking on other buds in the jar and feeding my 2weeks baby plants , while keeping the area clean and out of reach of my dogs!! Everything was extremely in a Rush in a couple of days. But Im totally happy with the results. I set up the grow tent to 20degree and 55% relative humidity with two fans from each corner, I hope I get the best outcome when I see finally find them dry. I already smoked it up and the smell & taste is undescribable ... smell of pineapple is all over the place, my Grinder is full of it. Slowly gets me high without attacking and keeps it up to hours.. very strong Sativa feeling, Very fruity and such a sweet good strain. I just love it and will definitely grow the same strain Again & I’m Very happy that I chose this Strain for my first grow. Thanks a lot for watching these girl’s journey guys.... I’ll update more photos later when I weight them dry. Happy Growing

This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. See you next week Happy growing

Lost 1 of the 3 seedlings, looks like I did not have it planted very well and it came up and fell over, if it was a photoperiod I would have put it back into a paper towel and neutered it, and replanted, but a stunted Auto produces less fruit. ▶️Wednesday 10.25.23 - These ladies are doing well, and just starting to grow, going to move the light cycle from 20/4 to 18/6 on Saturday. 🍓╰⊰🍓´🍓⊱╮🍓╰⊰🍓´🍓⊱╮🍓╰⊰🍓´🍓⊱╮🍓╰⊰🍓´🍓⊱╮🍓 ▶️Bud Description Ztrawberriez Auto produces long and fat buds with a beautiful light green shade with oftentimes purplish hues and a thick layer of resin that starts at the top of the flowers and continues all the way to the tip of the sugar leaves. This strain of Kings kush is a smelly one, I still can put my finger on the terp profile yet. Almost a kushy herby dank is all I can describe atm. Growing these plants, I would suggest pruning every second node once you get her into flower since the bugs tend to push up against each other and may cause bud rot. Say ontop of defoliation and try to qork on them on a daily basis rather than lolipoping. Another key thing is to keep rH in range during flower, I will recomend to set it to 40-50rh in flower. Also if you are growing outdoors, Be sure to cover them up during rain when in flowering, I uses a transparent tarp for the last 5 weeks of flower. Save my plants from 9 huge rain events during the last 5 weeks, my plants would of died from br. This strain had some decent cold resistance also! She stay alive with with few events of temps getting down to 4 deg c.

Final plant reservoir PH adjusted to 5.8 and topped off. 10/18 Reservoir topped and adjusted to 5.6. Trichomes are perfect for harvest now so we will pull her tomorrow for dying. 10/19 Chopped the final plant and placed upside down for drying. This strain is one of the more powerful smelling ones for sure. 10/20 Trimmed a few buds for pictures and added video. Cleaned the tent nice and good. The drying is on target and going well. 10/25 Fantastic plant and getting danker as she cures. Drying is done and trimming was just finished up! The next Update will be the Harvest with a Grow/Smoke review and final weight so stay tuned! ᴴᶦᵗ ᶠᵒˡˡᵒʷ 😎
