🌸 Week 3 Flower – Growing Strong, Tall, and Vibrant! 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! It’s already Week 3 in flower, and I’m thrilled to bring you this update because these plants are doing phenomenally well! Some are stretching up so tall that I might have to get creative in the coming weeks! Fruit production is well underway, and it’s absolutely amazing to watch the canopy fill out as these girls reach their potential. Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Foliar sprayed them with DIY uber hi-q by mixing fat soluble vitamin c with ro to protect terps from oxidation...supposedly. Trying to purp them with cold mornings and 10/14. Kush mints is frosty white, juicy c and bubba d similar because both share triangle kush, both smell so good. The jasmonate foliar is no joke i think it works and just like other anecdotes seems to increase limonene scents and bubba diagonal tastes light lemon n kushy sweet mmmmmm. Very potent even for me. Made me diagonal.

Dec. 4 - Week 9 begins. Dec. 6 - I removed some dead and dying leaves. Dec. 7 - Photo update. Dec. 10 - Timelapse uploaded. This poor girl, the sometimes infrequent waterings may yet be her demise. In the video after the plant droops the leaves come back much more yellow since they're being sacrificed for the greater good. I've been aware that plants do this for many years, but I think it's still pretty neat to watch happen over just a few seconds.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

| 📅 Week 9 | Days 57 - 63 | 💡 750w 📏25' | | ☔ 36%-47% | | 🌡️️🌞 74 - 75 | | 🌡️️🌑 73 - 74 | 01/04: I Did a complete reservoir swap on all the plants with an increased nutrient schedule. I should have done this sooner, but I feared the N toxicity. The PH on all the plants has been adjusted to 5.8 as usual. Smells are kicking in really nicely. Great White Mycorrhizae has been added in the reservoirs in place of the Hydroguard. 01/05: Topped off the focus plant only and PHed all the plants to 5.8. The temperatures and humidity has been nearly perfect for my environment. The buds are starting to swell nicely and the trichomes are filling up all over and starting to turn cloudy in some places. 01/06: Reservoirs on all of the plants were topped and and their PH's adjusted to 5.8. No changes have been made for humidity and temperatures. I removed some unhealthy leaves and adjusted plant positions just slightly. Fox tailing has begun to get severe on the focus plant unfortunately with the other two plants acting normal and temperatures around 77 its looking unavoidable and genetic. 01/07: I cleaned out the bottom of tent today from the build up of debris for a clean tent! The reservoirs were topped off and PHed to 6 to combat a dropping PH. If the PH's drop again we will look towards a reservoir swap tomorrow to avoid problems and get a fresh mix. 01/08: Thankfully the PH's have stabilized and aren't dropping drastically so I will not reservoir swap right now and will do it as schedules in a few days. I topped off all of the reservoirs back to normal and PHed them to 5.8. The smell has increased drastically over the week and its amazing right now. 01/09: Applied a small amount of foliar spray to give addition Calmag and keep humidity up today. I adjusted the PHs of all the plants to 5.8 after topping them off with tap water. I also adjusted the SCROG a slight bit and removed some old foliage. The RH levels are still in the acceptable rage for my setup so I will just refill the open containers and not add/remove any of them. 01/10: All of the reservoirs needed topped off and had their PHs adjusted to 5.8. I moved the air ducts around for better airflow. Temperatures and humidity have remained in the good zone for my environment and I look to keep it stable. I moved fans around in the tent to increase canopy airflow. _______________________________________________________________________ This week showed very good bud and trichome development. The addition of Great White Mycorrhizae has immediately increased bud development significantly. The timelapse plant unfortunately has genetic foxtailing on the majority of its buds decreasing overall bud structure vastly. The non-timelapse plants show little to no signs of foxtailing and have nice and chunky bud structures. These plants are maturing EXTREMELY fast over the last week and a half and its looking like harvest time will be much sooner than I anticipated given the lengthy veg time we had. Week 9 overall was pretty rough in terms of growth for our focus plant because the fox-tailing however there is only so much we can do and this week was fantastic for the other two plants so that's always nice! I’ve heard you’re supposed to flush with 3x the container volume, however that would be around 57 litres for a 5 gallon pot which seems absurd. I didn’t record the amount but I took my time and flushed with at least 30 litres. I will now continue to flush until harvest on 10th April by which point she should have faded nicely and used up any residual nutes. I read that the each time you water/irrigate you draw oxygen into the root zone and this promotes growth and in turn helps to increase yield and so I will endeavor to water her twice per day now until harvest. * ******* Week 10 - June 13 to 19, 2020 - Days 64 to 70 from germination ********** * She is getting really close to harvest......around day 77??? into darkness next week I suspect. She has been awesome but the damn pH has total screwed with the yield though as she couldn’t get the potassium she wanted to fatten up some more in weeks 9 and 10. They are going to be very sticky buds but the size will not be as big as if the pH had stayed in 6.1 to 6.4 range through flower......running mid 7’s is too damn high. Looking more into unfiltered tap water as another issue this run..........dechlorinated but not filtered........ More info to come.......getting pictures added in for now. Note: Moisture and Temp readings are done in the mornings. Lights are on an automated 12/12 schedule unless stated otherwise. Quick Summary: This week I fed the plants only 1 time. Since all plants are drinking slower, all were watered less, and less frequently. AK1's issues seemed to slow (not stop) this week. Most of AK2's leaves are gone, the damaged leaves haven't gotten worse and the remaining green leaves haven't been damaged as much. Since I'm seeing green on AK2, and nothing smells or looks too weird I'm going to continue growing. North is still growing strong, started the weirdest and is pulling through strong. What's weird is I think all plants including North is being affected by the same thing, but AK2 is suffering the most. Harvest tracking: - North may have about 1-2 weeks to go, most trichomes are looking cloudy and some are clear. I'm waiting until I see virtually no clear ones and slightly amber ones. - AK1 may have 3-4 weeks (assumption based on how North matured), most likely less yield too since it's sick midway into flower - AK2 may have 3-4 weeks (assumption based on how North matured) Day 92 - Manually Watering. 💧: Tap: X pH Adjusted with pH Down. Day 85 03/01/25 Friday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water, then base nutes, + bud candy, rhino skin, b52 , big bud and tasty terpenes 💚 Day 86 04/01/25 Saturday Nothing today letting her dry out abit more. Day 87 05/01/25 Sunday Did a light feed today using de-chlorinated tap water, no base nutes bud just tasty terps, bud candy and big bud, with Cal mag. All pH 6.16 Temps getting high so ordered an omega cool wing for hps, will I will install it soon as it arrives. I've cut my LA Confidential down the day before last; I suppose I should smoke some before I log a harvest for it tho. My pH is more stable and the ppm is getting down pretty low. Im getting a mag glass tomorrow to see the trichomes better. They seem to be mixed cloudy and clear, but I'm unsure. The buds are pretty dense and sticky. Any day now..

5/11 - 5/17: I topped a couple shoots early in the week and have her in full LST submission..sprawling nicely.👌 I watered her once really well at the start of the week with endoboost, humic acid, silica, cal-mag, molasses, and big bloom...and a little bit of grow big. I foliar fed with boom boom spray one day, and a solution of fulvic acid, cal-mag, big bloom, sweet & sticky, and silica a few days. It rained really heavy on the night of the 15th, so I won't be watering again anytime soon. I topped another of her shoots on the 14th and about an hour later, I realized that I should have taken it as a cutting..I'll have enough soil for a few plants in 3 gallon pots, and from what everybody says, I'd be very happy with some more jars of #5. I spent all 3 seeds to grow this one plant, so I'll try rooting some clones of her soon...👈 This week I received my new portable outdoor misting fan and hoses and got it set up on a timer with just airflow while the lights are on, and once the temps reach about 95f regularly, I'll have my hose timer let 10 minutes of water every 2 hours get misted across the canopy. It should lower the "real feel" by about 25-30 degrees and increase RH considerably. Also hoping that the constant airflow will make them stronger and keep insects off of them somewhat. It will also enable me to easily give them a blow dry if it rains in late flower. But wait...that's not all....it's also gonna be very much more enjoyable for me to sit in the garden and do my thang. 👍

Goodday growmies as i already told you, i could not log in for 11 days (mayb 10 but i like the number 11..😎) Luckily GD finally let me in today..(finally ..sigh) so i can show off my sweet Candy girl! she is so awesome dont tell the other girls but she is the most beautifull RN.. Hedge hogs are multiplying and getting fat in a fast speed! looks like she is leaving then all behind .. 😇👌 it was cold and rainy but Candy still kept showing off her potential anywayz she is not the tallest in my garden but iam feeling this is gonna be a FAT lady 👊 (LOVE BIG BUDS I CANNOT LIE ;)) she has a lotof Arphids too (pix of them are in purple diary) but i try to catch them in their tracks and i let loose some ladybugs, i have kidnapped from my garden.. they are the best @ hunting invaders. and clean up the whole plant👏 this week weather is gonna be much better so good times🙌 there is a lot of wind so lets hope the ladybugs hold on... happy growing for all ✊ ***KISS! growing technique: KeepIt Simple, Stupid!
