These funky mutants continue to surprise and amaze with their one-of-a-kind growth patterns. While the colder weather has introduced a few challenges, we’re adapting and thriving together. Let’s dive into the details! Environmental Updates: A Chill in the Air 🌬️ This week, temperatures in the grow room dipped to around 21-22°C, with relative humidity (RH) holding steady at 65%. While not drastic, this slight chill is enough to slow down growth a bit as the plants adapt. Cooler temps can encourage tighter node spacing, but they can also delay development slightly. Here’s how we’re addressing it: Proactive Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on temperature and RH trends to ensure they remain within optimal ranges. Gradual Adjustments: Slowly warming the environment with indirect heat sources if necessary, without shocking the plants. Remember, plants are incredibly resilient—and this slight delay will only make the Croco girls’ eventual growth even more rewarding. Feeding Updates: All in One Pellets & Organic Boost 🌾 This week marked a significant milestone: I introduced Aptus Holland’s All in One Pellets to the soil mix. Here’s how it went down: Preparation: Added a generous dose of the pellets to each pot. Soil Enrichment: Topped the pots with Pro Mix soil, bringing the total soil volume to 1 liter per plant. Feeding Transition: While I did one last watering with All in One Liquid, I’ll now rely primarily on: Regulator (0.15ml/L): To support stress resistance and strengthen cell walls. CalMag Boost (0.25ml/L): For calcium and magnesium supplementation, essential for strong stems and vibrant growth. Start Booster (0.25ml/L): To continue promoting robust root development. The combination of organic pellets and the Aptus liquid lineup ensures the girls have everything they need for a slow, steady nutrient release while maintaining microbial activity in the soil. Watering Technique: Bottom-Up Hydration 💧 This week, I switched to bottom-watering, a game-changer in preventing fungus gnats and promoting healthier root development. How It Works: Water is added to the tray, allowing the soil to wick moisture upwards through capillary action. Advantages: Reduces surface moisture, deterring gnats from laying eggs. Encourages roots to grow deeper as they seek water, resulting in a stronger root system. To further combat gnats, I’ve also placed yellow sticky traps around the pots. This dual strategy—bottom-watering and sticky traps—is already showing promising results. Mutant Marvels: The Funky Leaf Phenomenon 🍃 Each Croco girl is a masterpiece of mutation, with unique leaf shapes and growth patterns. No two plants are alike, and that individuality is part of what makes this grow so exciting. I’m patiently waiting for them to grow large enough to identify their sex. Here’s the plan moving forward: Option 1: Flip to 12/12 Temporarily: A one-week light flip to identify sex, then returning to veg. Pros: Fast and straightforward. Cons: Slight delay in veg growth. Option 2: Clone & Flip: Take cuttings from each plant, root them, and flip the clones to flower. Pros: Preserves the main plants in veg. Cons: Requires additional space and time for cloning. I’ll decide based on how the girls progress over the next week or two. Either way, I’m excited to unlock their potential. Photography: Capturing the Magic 📸 This week, I focused on showcasing the Croco girls’ beauty through a mix of macro photography and behind-the-scenes shots. Using both my Sony and Nikon cameras, I’ve been able to capture intricate details—from water droplet reflections to the delicate veining in their leaves. Why Use a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera? Greater sensor size allows for higher-quality images compared to even the latest smartphones. The ability to swap lenses provides flexibility for macro shots, wide angles, and close-ups. Depth of field and manual focus control ensure every shot is intentional and artistic. Lens Choices: Macro lenses (e.g., 90mm) for close-ups of leaf textures and water droplets. Standard lenses (e.g., 50mm) for portrait-style plant shots. While phone cameras like the latest iPhone can take great photos, they can’t quite match the level of detail, depth, and creative control a dedicated camera offers. My Purple Punch Auto turned hermaphrodite. Not sure if it was genetics or another issue but definitely bummed out. Harvest was ok besides that but definitely not how I wanted it to go.

Сегодня 61 день жизни моей девочки и 48 день веги, на 44 день веги я обрезал все старые листья, за 4 дня она опять стала густой, подросли новые листья, боковые стебли заметно окрепли и вытянулись верх. Правда не все ветви растут одинокого, есть и те что заметно отстают. Сегодня буду ставить сетку, и завтрашнего дня перевожу на цвет, свет будет 12 день и 12 ночь. Пролил 15 минут под душем 41-й день веги Полил 3л Cal-mag Xtra - 2мл/л; Sensizym -2мл/л; Carboload - 2мл/л 43-й день веги Полил ( 761 ppm) -3л Carboload - 2мл/л 45-й день веги Полил ( 744 ppm) -3л Carboload - 2мл/л 47-й день веги

Good little week. Bit early posting but that's ok. Been finding the new growth in coming in a bit lighter shade of green then darkening up. Measured the height of them as well and last few weeks I had not updated that part. Started some new Dill as I ate all the other stuff and started some Chives too, got this stuff shipped in from Poland right as the postal strike happened in Canada so it was sitting around somewhere for a good month and a bit. Excited to try this dill as its said to be supper dilly and its essential oil content is to be stronger then other varieties. I think its true as I could smell the seeds though the international packaging. The chives I saw had three varieties and did not know they existed so I got all 3 to try out and see what ones I like best. Jemna, Erecta and Perga, The site said Prega are early and have a sharp taste to them, Erecta is mind and delicate with upright growth and the Jemna are thick and juicy. Added in some BSM to this grow as I feel the soil life is extra hungry with all the other microbe boosters and things going into the mix, also gave it a bit of Mg from Epsom salts as its kinda low in the products and don't want it running out in stretch. then topped it all off with some fish, Still looks to be having some N tox but getting better. I cleared up some leaves that where touching the soil line as I don't like that. and some others fell off when I was cleaning the tent. Don't have pics of the mini plants, CBG and CBDv but they are doing good as well. impressed with their size in the small pot. The one GTR THCv is still having issues but drank a good amount of its water, so it got a half amount to keep it happy. Hopefully in the next week or two it will be on par with the others. Found some more gnats in the fan blades but nothing infesting the pots after adding nematodes. And one of the leaves from the corner CANUK CBD plant looked a bit spotted like mite bites but I don't think that's was it id as I can not find any on the underside or webs and it was only isolated on that one leaf. But will keep an eye out for the little 2dot fuckers. I think that's it.

The smell is amazing, Citrus/Fruity very pungent and delicious 🤤, This is getting really really frosty, Hungry for calcium during flower. Easy to grow.

Die Ernte ist trotz der an den Schimmel verlorenen Buds mehr als ausreichend gewesen. Der Geruch in der letzten Woche war sehr intensiv gasig.

Here you see the wild Berry cake show that it’s male. Bagged and chopped sprayed down every thing to make sure there was no pollen floating around. No sacks seemed to be open yet. Also added a trellis net for the wedding cake x banana buttercups. Week 2 is over.

Esta Do-si-Dos cookies de 00 seeds es excelente,súper rico aroma,cogollos tremendamente compactos y duros como piedras,pegajosos y resinosos,amo esta genetica la volvería a cultivar 100 veces mas 🤩 esta es la última semana que riego con bio bloom y top max,a partiré de hoy los riegos son de agua con el ph regulado como siempre pero sin añadir ningún nutriente por supuesto para poder hacer un correcto lavado de raíces para eliminar sales. En definitiva y desde mi punto de vista,gran genetica,vale la pena cultivar esta maravilla! 🇺🇸🍪

Well 4/5 weeks in flower and she is still going strong! She was left for 4 days and still kept stretching! She’s finally swelling and the end is coming. I used this grow to show just how much abuse these plants can take! Under the right conditions these will produce big yields of sticky flowers!

Everything is getting ready to be cropped any day now. I will be cropping the og kush tomorrow for sure its had a little bud rot and its getting pretty yellow. The tyson #1 is will harvesting on sat and tyson #2 Sunday or Monday. The humidity has dropped and its supposed to be sunny so im gonna let the Tysons ride a little they haven't had much bud rot at all. Wish I could have rode out the mop and bit longer but to much rot was happening had to harvest but it was ready enough. I harvested a bud of the og kush about 3 weeks ago it smokes really well for only 3 weeks its strong tastes good I couldn't be happier it was a great grow.
