Hello folks Havest Day 64 of flowering ( Life cycle 99 days ) Drying with 62% RH--18/21°C since 10 Days Now everything is in jar and in a week or more, I would add my little boveda pack 62% for a good storage Overall everything went well ! 15 Day dry then trimmed using the Trim Bin. Curing with Grove bags, first harvest filled 3, 1/4lb grove bags. *Updating with clone pictures of this pheno in late flower labeled in diary as you look through, If I pop a new seed of this strain Ill start another diary

So I left for a week and had a trusted friend take over watering duties. A few things of note: I was concerned over overheating the grow so I turned the power down to 75% and ran the light up another 6 inches. This had the unfortunate effect of less airflow and cooler temps so I got powdery mildew that I would be fighting for the remainder of the grow. That aside, the plants looked way more mature when I returned home, with nice trichome development and density.

End of Week 16 (9th week of flower) Final week of flower. Turned the lights wattage down at the end of this week to 400W to mimmic the sun moving further away from the earth during Autumn and Winter seasons. This also creates an overall cooler temperature signalling to the ladies that the end is in sight. This also protects the trichomes and ensures they don't get damaged and also dropped the The ladies are fading more and more into their vibrant autumn shades. With hues of pink and purple that makes me so excited! Feeding just PH correct water until harvest, which is around the corner. We are currently on day 63 of flower and checked the trichomes - just a few specs of amber and the cloudy trichomes are more prominent although there are still some clear ones. We will push to harvest within the next couple of days, around day 67-69 Pest Report: None Smell Report: Staaaaanky!

I think it's nearly time for flush. I have added a fan in there to reduce humidity levels. Everything is blooming as fattening up really well. Can't wait!

Week 11, & the End of 4 weeks of flowering (30 Days of 12/12) Welcome back to our regular scheduled programming.... Like I mentioned we are officially 30 days into our 12/12 lighting cycle. Now taking into consideration that this is one of the first runs of this particular strain the flower period is partially undetermined, I will be guessing based on Lineage of the parents, & following her closely towards the end to ensure my desired trichome ripeness. Katsu's HotCake's run's Approximately 8-9 Weeks & The Grape Ape run's slightly quicker at 7-8 Weeks You can certainly tell the difference between all 5 plants, I'm very glad I took cuts of everything ! as plants 2 & 3 are certainly the keepers of the bunch.. plant 2 showing some very cool fall colours already (emerson effect hitting strong asf) She is already starting to purple up & smells Very Sweet. My guess is this pheno leans more to the Grape Ape side. As far as plant 3 is concerned I can smell heavy Kush aromas emulating off her already, & based on her flowering structure I believe this pheno leans more Katsu Bubba. but we'll have to wait and see. A Minor amount of leaf plucking this week should be noted.. It will probably be the last time I mess with them, its time to start swelling up. It is my opinion that most of the stretch has been completed & i'm now looking at the final colas minus the couple weeks of filling out of course. As this is the end of four weeks of flower(12/12) Their food will be increased during the next feeding, thus far i've been impressed with the ease of this strain.. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest but I will say this I was weary of over-feeding but all of them seem to enjoy heavy feedings. Had to isolate one of the ladies due to being a week+ behind the other which involve putting in her own resvoir other four are starting flush. Also had to remove and clean the connection "T" as the roots were plugging up the "T" and restricting flow back to the res. The buds look amazing and am really looking forward to the pay off.

Hello Diary, I am truly privileged to be one of the first to try growing this revolutionary new strain. My dear friends at RQS sent me this new hybrid seed at the beginning of the year and I'm really looking forward to seeing the result. Let's see what they say about this new strain. Medusa is a true F1 hybrid created from pure, inbred cannabis lines. She boasts uniform growth traits, mouthwatering aromas and flavors, and plenty of potency. Combining genetics from inbred lines deriving from Sugar Magnolia, a thick and sweet indica, and American Beauty, a fast, fruity hybrid loved for its well-balanced, positive high, the result is an autoflowering F1 variety that produces fresh flavors, a unique cannabinoid profile, and large yields. Medusa F1 seeds produce elongated autoflowering plants with long, strong branches and well-spaced internodes. Plants regularly grow up to 80–85 cm tall and boast a fast flowering time of just 42–45 days (72 days from germination to harvest). Thanks to her genetics, Medusa F1 produces plenty of thick flowers with big, swollen calyxes that make for very easy trimming. I prepare everything I need for planting in advance. I fill the AirPot to a little more than half and add 50g of Easy Boost Organic nutrition in pellets and mix with the soil, then add more Easy Roots Rhizobacter and Easy Roots - Mycorrhiza mix and fill the pot to the top with soil. After that, I soak the soil well with water, make a hole in the middle and carefully insert the seed into the hole with gloves and cover it. After doing this with all three pots, I placed them in the grow box and waited for them to sprout. The lights are 35 cm away from the pots. The humidity is not high, but as soon as the plants sprout, I will put in a humidifier. 14/01/2023 I moistened the soil a little with water. I need to keep the soil moist. 16/01/2023 The first plant has sprouted. We are still waiting for the other two. 17/01/2023 The second plant has sprouted, but I'm still waiting for the third. 18/01/2023 Unfortunately, the third plant did not sprout, so this time there will be only two plants on the "Farm". 21/01/2023 First joint watering. Gave the girls a flush and a complete water change this week. That was only the second water change they have had this grow. I have just been letting them drink the reservoir almost empty and then filling it up with fresh nutes. The 5 plants are drinking about 4 gallons a day combined. Been running AC when the lights are on and the dehumidifier 24 hours a day. All of the plants are showing some decent trichome production. Running 1/2 tsp maxibloom and 1/8 tsp beastie bloomz per gallon every time I add water. Seems to be keeping everyone happy.
