This week sees the start of Flowering. This should be week 4 but I lost pics of seedling stage. I changed my mind and decided to defoliate and allow more light penetration. I also took off the lower stems that had not yet reached out to the light. I am hoping the energy of the plant will be focussed upwards. My lights are sitting around 550-600 Ppfd and will sit around that mark until the end of vertical growth. DLI is around 25-30 on 19 hours of light. VPD is in the zone with temp of 23C and humidity of 47%. The HiparGero 800W LED is an excellent fixture for the price and the optic 1XL is a nice new addition. Harvest day 67 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 16-18 degrees and 55-59% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The plant is stretching very fast. It's very healthy. Besides being the smallest plant in the grow, she is doing well.

Day 96, 15th of December 2020: Hi! A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one. She is one of the most calm plant I have ever grown. I like the easy growing style as she is an issue free lady.... not much strech... no craving for nutritients just being there and grow, flower and looking good. Buds are nice she is a little bushy player... ;) I am sure the smoke will be amazing. I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts. She is ok to be cut now but no time as I leave but nk problem to be a bit longer.... The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December.... Only flushing and no more nutritient will be used. Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off.... The last 4 days she will get 4 days darkness and only ventilation will be working no even more water ;)

Eccoci ragazzi alla terza settimana! La pianta sta crescendo ad un ritmo davvero elevato, nn ho mai visto nulla del genere crescere con questa velocità! E anche il colore delle foglie di un verde intenso, è la grandezza totale della pianta sono fenomenali! Sono davvero impressionato, non mi sarei mai aspettato che la coltura in idroponica sia così poderosa e significativamente molto più sviluppata rispetto ad una coltivazione in terra! Me ne avevano parlato molto di questa capacità di crescita così rapida, ma davvero nn sto credendo ai miei occhi! Sto imparando molto grazie anche al manuale di texier, ma sopratutto penso siano i suoi nutrienti a fare gran parte della differenza! Le radici sono davvero ben sviluppate e per adesso non ho mai cambiato l acqua xke mi è sempre sembrato di un ottimo colore, e non noto alcun problema per adesso dal out o di vista radicale, probabilemnte grazie alle basse temperature della soluzione che nn supera i 20 gradi celsius e questo penso sia un grande vantaggio che tende a non far sviluppare funghi o microrganismi maligni per lo sviluppo della pianta! Per adesso sono davvero piacevolmente sorpreso dei risultati che sto ottenendo! Spero di continuare in questa direzione e di avere sempre la giusta conoscenza di questo nuovo tipo di coltivazione così chiamata da William texier "bio - ponica" una giusta terminologia per descrivere qualcosa di coltivato biologico senza uso di pesticidi o altro, e che sia fatta in acqua senza suolo! Garzie anche al sistema di Mars Hydro Dwc che per adesso si sta rivelando un ottimo sistema idroponico! Posso solo dire garzie di far parte della loro famiglia e anche quella di Terra Aquatica, è spero di continuare con questi ottimi risultati! L unico problema del loro sistema è il cambio Dell acqua, che xo penso si aver risolto comprando una pompa che mi aiuti a svuotare completamente la soluzione vecchia e sostituirla con quella nuova.. No reservoir change this week in the end, just top ups and nutrient top ups - If I stop being lazy, I might do a complete change out tomorrow (D85). They're getting really frosty now. Can't wait to make some leafy THC snow in a few weeks time after I install my 24w UV-B tube above the canopy. Starting to pack on some lateral buds as well, pretty much mirroring last grow in terms of growth so far, without hacked off tops this time :) Can't really do anything about the wind burn, just got to accept it, otherwise the fan is on too low and doesn't move air properly.
