I started feeding liquid nutrients this week. Although I’m using Nature’s Living Soil Super Soil Autoflower Concentrate mixed with Fox Farm Ocean Forest—so technically I could water only until harvest—I decided to begin liquid feeding in Week 3 at half the recommended dose. I also have a Tray2Grow Autopot system for automatic bottom feeding, but I haven’t activated it yet. When using liquid nutrients via top feeding, I’d need to turn the Autopot system off and wait until the plants absorb all the water in the tray before feeding from the top. Afterward, I’d have to manually turn the system back on. That seems like a hassle compared to just hand-watering and feeding. I could technically add the liquid nutrients to the Autopot reservoir, but that somewhat defeats the purpose of the system. The tank holds 25 gallons—enough to last a few weeks—but if I want to change or rotate nutrients weekly, I’d have to dump the remaining water and remix the solution each time. If I wanted to feed nutrients every other watering, I’d be changing out the tank every 3 days. Plus, liquid nutrients can cause buildup, so I’d need to clean the reservoir and all the tubing regularly. For now, I’ll stick with hand-watering and top feeding. I’ll only switch to the Autopot system if I need to leave town.

Harvested 3 plants of Strawberry Cheesecake and 2 of Amnesia. This is the last one from 1st grow. I planted it 2weeks later as the original plant didn’t survive. Avoided some basic mistakes and the buds on this one are huge. All plant is covered in crazy amount of sugarlefs. Now in flush...some time next week chopping it down and moving on to next grow.

Girls are trucking along without much issue. I did have a bit of PH flux due to my PH meter calibration being off but no biggie, she didn't show too much signs of stress. These girls are starting to stink which I'm happy about, hoping for a really cheesy harvest :D

Such an amazing flower, really great especially a phenomenal hash producer yall will be super satisfied with this one!! She’s a shorty but Make sure you top 4 to 6 times or even more to have all them gooey bud producing heads , Dirtyblonde is absolutely an amazing plant!!

Chinazes) The nuts have all sprouted, Easy to grow, 70 days have passed from the beginning of the first week to harvest, Incredible, sweet, delicious smell, once you smell this aroma, you can enjoy this smell for hours)) I recommend it to everyone!!)) I will put this variety in the top.

Tropicana flowers 🌞☀️🌤️🌦️🌧️ Plant is 15 cm high because of low stress training. The length is 31 cm. Day 36: Sun is shining, 15-23 degrees, high humidity. Tropicana gets two liters of pure rainwater. Spend the day in my veggie garden working. In the evening I brought some 🐞for Tropicana because I spottet a few lice. My mood changes drastically as I find spider mites eggs, first and second stadium. Don‘t overthink that and decide to defoliate the plant immediately. I prepare a tee out of the leaves which brings fast relaxation. My mood is much better now. Day 37 In the morning with better light I find more spider mites and decide to wash the plant with rainwater. Can‘t find after any more of these little killer dwarfs. I decide to bring more beetles and check the leafs more often. Temperature is felling under 20 degrees, it‘s raining and the humidity is 87%. Day 38 In the early morning I couldn‘t find any mites on Tropicana. Got to continue controlling this in the next weeks regular. I‘m sure they are still there somewhere hidden in a dark spot. 🌦️ 13 - 21 degrees and humidity is around 60-70%. Day 39 🌦️🌧️ Very rainy day. Just let Tropicana enjoy life and tie down the top one more time. 🐞 stay since some days. One on every plant. I think the mites are a result of their start inside and no hygiene at all. Have the same with my peppers some years. 14 - 21 degrees, humidity around 84% Day 40 🌧️☁️🌤️☀️15 degrees, humidity 83% We listen to Roots Reggae, Tropicana is happy and quite busy with producing new roots, I guess. Don‘t understand when to stop low stress training. I think it’s enough now. She needs a rest. Day 41 🌧️⛈️🌧️🌧️ 15 - 19 degrees, humidity up to 89% We had rainfall today around 65 liters of water. I collected enough of it for the next weeks. Day 42 ☀️ 6 - 23 degrees. Humidity is falling. Tropicana enjoys the morning sun while she drinks and drinks and drinks…. Coffee. 😅

Despite a very good weather, the plants are stretching a lot, there is a few direct sun hours during the day and they lack light. Nevertheless, they keep growing and started to develop tiny side branches. Harvest & Trim Report — RollerCoaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) Overview We’ve reached the end of the RollerCoaster Haze ride. After an intense and rewarding flowering period, the girls were harvested and processed with care. This is a full documentation of the final stage: harvest timing, drying method, trimming workflow, kief collection and pressing, and final yields. This harvest produced excellent results from two phenotypes — a true tribute to the genetics and the ecosystem we built around them. Final dry yields: • Pheno #3: 138 g (dry, trimmed bud) • Pheno #2: 224 g (dry, trimmed bud) Total dry bud: 362 g We also collected kief and pressed it into a beautiful resinous hash using heat and pressure; this sits alongside the cured flower and will be part of the upcoming smoke review. ⸻ Harvest Timing & Rationale The decision to harvest was made after careful observation of trichome and pistil development, the overall fade, aroma intensity, and the plants’ finish-line behaviour. The last weeks of the run had been dedicated to ripening: we completed the last balanced feed, then transitioned to plain water and a spectral end-season program (reduced whites/blues, elevated red/far-red/UV). These cues — combined with visible trichome development and the natural fade in the canopy — indicated the plants were ready to come down. ⸻ Cutting & Whole-Plant Drying • Each plant was cut whole and hung to dry intact. • Drying duration: two weeks (full-plant hang), at the environment you maintained (consistent conditions around your final stage set point). This allowed a controlled, gradual loss of moisture and preserved aromatic compounds and trichome integrity. • Drying environment was monitored and managed with the same attention as the grow: consistent airflow, humidity control and gentle circulation to avoid hotspots while preventing too rapid desiccation. (Notes: this section is a narrative of what i did. For clarity on local rules and safety, always follow local regulations and recommended practices.) ⸻ Trimming Workflow • After the two-week hang, the plants were moved to a dedicated trimming area and placed in the trim bin for processing. • Trimming method: primarily hand trim, using delicate, precise trimming tools and patience — “delicatessen and love” as i put it. The emphasis was on preserving trichome-rich surfaces while shaping each bud for appearance and even curing. • Hand trimming allowed you to selectively manicure the buds, remove the remaining larger fans, and leave the finished colas in a state ideal for curing and later consumption. The results were clean, visually appealing buds with intact resin heads. ⸻ Curing & Storage • Trimmed buds were carefully placed into Grove Bags for the finish of the cure. The Grove Bags are being used as the controlled environment for the slow biochemical processes that refine aroma, smoothness, and terpene expression. • The plan is to allow the flower to finish its cure under stable conditions until ready for the smoke review. This prolonged, stable cure should bring out the nuanced haze profile the genetics promise. ⸻ Kief Collection & Resin Press • While trimming, kief was collected from the trim and from screens. The kief was then pressed into a concentrated resin/hash using heat and pressure. • The result is a solid, aromatic hash — glossy and packed with the strain’s signature terpenes — a beautiful secondary product from the harvest and a perfect complement to the flower in the smoke review. ⸻ Sensory & Quality Notes • Aroma: intensely hazy — a dominant hay-sweet note with mature, layered complexity. The smell in the drying/trim room was strong and very characteristic of a classic haze. • Appearance: colors trending golden to warm yellow tones, heavy frosting of trichomes, dense calyxes and robust colas. The buds visually convey potency and quality. • Structure: each phenotype expressed the haze identity; long internodes on some branches, dense stacking on others — overall excellent structure that translated into heavy colas and great yields. ⸻ Recap: Seed → Harvest at a Glance • Germination: pillbox water method; seeds cracked and into soil within 48 hours. Gentle Aptus start mix supported early vigor. • Vegetative: bottom-watering to promote downward root growth; transplanted and vegged with controlled training and canopy management. • Flower: early flip to 11/13; progressive nutrition with Aptus + Plagron mix; inner canopy lighting (ICL300) to support middle/low bud development; spectrum tuning (red/far-red/UV) toward the end of flower. Final flush and plain water to finish. • Harvest: judged by trichome and pistil maturity, aroma, and overall plant condition. Whole-plant hang for two weeks, then hand-trimmed and cured in Grove Bags. The Blackberry auto by Fastbuds has been a thrilling plant to grow. Starting off as a tri-cotyledon seedling, she's been a rush from the start. When she came out mutated I didn't even know if I wanted to keep her; I asked the growdiaries.com community for help. After speaking with a few experts I decided to keep it and see what would happen.. Since then she has developed thick healthy stocks stalks and dark leaves with ripe purple flowers bursting out between them add every node. Using a home mix super soil with Promis Organic as the base, I decided to feed compost extracts laced with Golden Tree & CalMag which helped kick this girl into over drive and push out these dense sticky buds. I'm expecting around 3 ounces from her and it's day 73 since she popped out of the soil. She has a sweet aroma and is completely covered in trichomes. Drying/ Curing process: - she will be hung upside down by the main stock until she is dry (8-12 days) - My humidity will be set to 55 - 60 % and my temps will range from 65-70 degrees F - Will store in Glas Mason jars with 2-way Boveda humidty packs. These are a lifesaver for new growers. They will keep the humidity in the jar at 62%. - after 2 weeks I'll throw down a mad sesh Thanks to everyone who offered me tips and help when I needed it.
